Whimsy, Spice, and Sometimes Nice is a spoiler-free, read-along podcast for your favorite Romantasy books. Is it just us.... or has romantasy totally taken over your life, identity, and thinking space too?! Or, perhaps you're more chill than us (in which case, you're still TOTALLY welcome, just bear with us as we yap like two poodles waiting for their dried liver) and want a space to recap your newest romantasy obsession, lay out the details like you're 2 years old, and bridge some gaps for you... We're your new romantasy BFFs. In this episode, we discuss why we're starting this podcast, the spoiler-free, read-along format, why we believe romantasy is so important in today's world, the erasure of elves in modern fantasy, and our Hogwart's houses, among many other topics. We also reveal how we selected our first series, Zodiac Academy, tropes we're looking forward to discussing, and how reading can open your eyes to new desires.
