Prohibition - One of the most significant times in American history and how it affected all aspects of everyday life. Join us as we venture down the rabbit's hole of Prohibition and the creation of Speakeasies as everyday Americans found ways to still enjoy their favorite liquid spirits.

Cognac isn't just fancy brandy that is double distilled in copper pot stills and then oak-barrel aged for at least 2 years. Like any number of spirits throughout history, it is named for the area from which it’s produced but history has a way intertwining itself into places and spaces. Tonight, we focus on Cognac and how it affected history for France, the USA, and specifically New Orleans. We meander our way through Bourbon Street and the amazing cemeteries that hold so much mystery and intrigue.

It's a special Flight of Five tonight. We go back over the last four spirits and introduce a fifth for another flight of five. This time the Whiskey Wheel stopped on 'bottom shelf bourbon!' Today, most of the world is familiar with eggnog and it’s a common holiday drink but at one time it was a rare toasting treat! Glenlivet - Founder's Reserve is self-described as the definitive Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Established 1824 by George Smith in the Speyside Region of Scotland. Founder Reserve: To honor George Smith’s vision, The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve was distilled using traditional methods introduced by George himself. This included using lantern-shaped copper stills as well as traditional oak casks to age the whisky.
