WHY DO WE CARE?

Hello my angels, welcome to this week's episode. I will be honest in this episode I am just venting about letting go. I have tried again and again with certain people in my life, but I just have to let them go. I will not allow people to do things to me and not hold them accountable. Mental health is something I take very seriously and I do not play about mines. I encourage you all to really think if you need certain people in your life and ask "what do they do for me?" if you cannot think of anything then it is simply time to let go. Hello my angels, in this episode we will be thinking about kindness vs validation. I feel often times we do not realize being nice often is taken advantage of. I have been a people pleaser in my past and noticed I was always "kind" or "nice", but it was because I was seeking some form of validation. This is not limited to friendships or romantic relationships, but also family relationships. Naturally we want people to look at us in a positive way, but when is enough enough? Are you kind ?
