Why don’t I feel good about me

We all have days where we just don’t feel good about yourself. It definitely happens to all of us. I don’t think there’s any way of us getting out of it but I just wanna have a talk with you about it because I get you and I want you to feel good about yourself even on the days if you don’t feel good about you need to have the information and we need to know that we’re not by ourselvesIt’s okay to feel not okay on some days, but we got to know we’ve got a bounce bag and we can’t stay there and thinking that we are not good enough
