Episode 90 - WWE Saturday Night's Main Event (1st November 2025)
The co-hosts return with an episode of Saturday Night's Main Event and for full transparency, Holly just wanted to have an excuse to watch this show. Did the world heavyweight championship match help or ultimately hurt the reputation of the two men involved? But most importantly, when will Cody turn heel?
-
115
Episode 89 - WWE Wrestlemania 21 (Part 2)
The co-hosts return to the March Through The Manias journey as they stop off in Los Angeles California for Wrestlemania 21 as the showcase of the immortals goes Hollywood! The attitude era is well and truly in the rear-view mirror and the ruthless aggression era is on the cusp of finding its feet. Whether this is the start of a new beginning or the first step tumbling down the slope is a matter of debate and something for Scott and Holly to chew on

Episode 88 - WWE Wrestlemania 21 (Part 1)
The co-hosts return to the March Through The Manias journey as they stop off in Los Angeles California for Wrestlemania 21 as the showcase of the immortals goes Hollywood! The attitude era is well and truly in the rear-view mirror and the ruthless aggression era is on the cusp of finding its feet. Episode 87 - Terry Funk's Wrestlefest
In the second part of the Win Twice trip to Amarillo, Texas, the co-hosts pay a visit to Terry Funk's Wrestlefest, a show put together to honour the contributions to professional wrestling of the perpetually middle aged and crazy one. Does the show do the legend the justice he merits when all was said and done?
-
112
Episode 86 - Terry Funk Tribute
Ahead of the co-hosts review of Terry Funk Presents Wrestlepalooza, it seemed appropriate to pay homage to the man himself. A legend in every respect, Funk blazed a trail through this industry in a way that set him apart from his contemporaries. With Holly being unfamiliar with the body of his work, how will she feel once this episode is in the books?
-

Episode 85 - WWF Superstars (4th July 1993)
To say that this show was unlike any the co-hosts had put up for review up to this point would be a colossal understatement. Yes it is an episode of WWF Superstars but the venue just so happens to be the USS Intrepid and the entirety of the even revolves around one very specific challenge. Buckle up everyone!
-
110
Episode 84 - WWF Superstars (7th September 1991)
A first for the co-hosts as they take a trip back to 1991 to explore the aftermath of the Savage/Miss Elizabeth wedding reception on an episode of WWF Superstars. Always pleasing to see Macho Man in all of his pomp, but the wedding cake was far from the only thing in tiers when all was said and done.
-
109
Episode 83 - WWE NXT Takeover R:Evolution
The co-hosts return to their journey through the NXT Takeovers with R:Evolution. So far the Takeover shows have delivered with respect to entertainment value and this iteration would hold even higher standards given the emerging talent on showcase.
-
108
Episode 82 - WWE Wrestlemania 20 (Part Two)
The second of half of Wrestlemania 20 saw the co-hosts dive into the real meat and potatoes of the event, with a number of key matches to cover. Does the main event of 20 go down as one of, if not, THE greatest main events in the history of the Showcase of the Immortals, or would future events irreparably tarnish the final scenes?
-
107
Episode 81 - WWE Wrestlemania 20 (Part One)
After what feels like an eternity, the co-hosts are back on the March through the Manias and perhaps fittingly it is back to "where it all begins again". A massive Wrestlemania card littered with stars up and down the booking sheet. Not only that, perhaps one of, if not THE greatest Wrestlemania main events in history. A well trodden path for one of the co-hosts, but this is Holly's first exposure to the full event.
-
106
Episode 80 - Hulk Hogan Tribute
With the passing or arguably the biggest star in professional wrestling history, the co-hosts take a break out of their normally scheduled programming to take a view of the the man known to fans around the world as Hulk Hogan. Love him or hate him, he will forever be associated with the industry of professional wrestling.
-
105
Episode 79 - WWE Evolve (12th March 2025)
The co-hosts return to the WWE Performance Centre for the second edition of WWE Evolve. With Holly on the hunt for a shorter show to get stuck into and having enjoyed the first episode more than she had anticipated, this made for an easy choice. Would Evolve continue to build upon their first offering?
-
104
Episode 78 - WCW Festival De Lucha
An unaired pilot from the WCW archives recently surfaced on YouTube named Festival De Lucha. Given the co-hosts are always open to viewing a wide spectrum of wrestling forms, this seemed like a good opportunity to dip their toes into the Lucha Libre pool. Both Scott and Holly enjoy cruiserweight wrestling so who would have thought this show would have been received like a turd in the punchbowl.

Episode 77 - WWF Summerslam 1992 (Part 2)
A show that has long been overdue for the Win Twice treatment. Summerslam '92 for a lot of wrestling fans growing up in the United Kingdom in the early 90's was a touchstone event. A moment that signified the importance of the UK fans in the eyes of the Federation. This was an iconic show in the annals of British wrestling history. Wembley Stadium, London. Let the show begin!

Episode 76 - WWF Summerslam 1992 (Part 1)
A show that has long been overdue for the Win Twice treatment. Summerslam '92 for a lot of wrestling fans growing up in the United Kingdom in the early 90's was a touchstone event. Episode 75 - WWF Saturday Night's Main Event (13th October 1990)
Staying with the Saturday Night's Main Event theme, this edition sees the co-hosts treated to a Bavarian festival, with Wieners and Schnitzels for all. Arguably the most fun outside of the ring shenanigans in any show that has been reviewed thus far on the podcast. Fortunate really as the in-ring portion was not pulling its weight.

Episode 74 - WWF Saturday Night's Main Event (25th April 1989)
For Episode 74, the co-hosts head back to Saturday Night's Main Event; a show where the headline attraction was Hulk Hogan defending his WWF title against the Big Bossman inside the classic blue cage. Given the pair have let the co-hosts down in the past, surely this one had to be better, right?
-
99
Episode 73 - WWE Night Of Champions 2009
It is rare that Holly offers a specific show up for review, but when she does, you had better believe Jeff Hardy is involved! This week, the co-hosts head back sixteen years to Night of Champions. A show where every title is on the line, would it deliver gold throughout?
-
98
Episode 72 - WWF In Your House 3: Triple Header
The co-hosts return to the early iterations of the In Your House PPV branded vehicular activity. The headline attraction on this night saw all of the WWF titles on the line in a single match. I wonder which side Holly will be rooting for in this one. That is before we even mention the likes of Razor Ramon making a long awaited turn to the podcast!
-
97
Episode 71 - WWF The Big Event
The co-hosts head back to 1986 and more specifically to the highest attended professional wrestling show of all time to that point (excluding a couple of Jim Londis exhibitions). The Big Event was very much that in terms of scale. Would the in-ring action also deliver?
-
96
Episode 70 - WWE NXT Takeover Fatal 4 Way
The co-hosts return to the black and gold brand of NXT for episode number 70 as we head back to 2014's Takeover Fatal 4 Way. The Takeover shows so far have delivered on quality (mostly) and hopes were high that this trend would continue.
-
95
Episode 69 - WWF Insurrextion 2000
For episode 69, the co-hosts partake in a real treat for two as Earl's Court plays host to the 2000 iteration of Insurrextion. An Attitude Era show in the UK, in theory would be one that would offer numerous points of discussion with the potential for many laughs. In that regard the show did not disappoint!
-
94
Episode 68 - NWA Clash Of The Champions I
For this episode the co-hosts head back to the good ol' NWA and their attempts to hamper the potential numbers of viewers for Wrestlemania 4 with the TBS broadcast of Clash Of The Champions. This was a retaliatory measure after the intentional damage caused by Vinny Mac and the WWF who had previously scheduled Survivor Series to clash with Starrcade.
-
93
Episode 67 - WWE Wrestlemania 19 (Part 2)
The co-hosts return to the March Through The Manias series as they reach Safeco field for the nineteenth edition of Wrestlemania. This show marks the first Mania since the change from the WWF to the WWE and also coincided with the transition from the Attitude Era to the dawning of Ruthless Aggression. With seventeen and eighteen having been smash successes, would 2003 see this trend continue?

Episode 65 - WWF In Your House 16: Canadian Stampede
The co-hosts return with another listener requested show; WWF In Your House 16: Canadian Stampede. Having just paid a visit to the very first iteration of In Your House, the question is, how much will the WWF landscape have changed over the course of two years as we now begin to slip into the Attitude Era.
-
90
Episode 64 - WWF In Your House 1: Premiere
The co-hosts pay a visit to another "first of" shows with In Your House: Premiere. The In Your House concept was brought around in order to combat the monthly PPV schedule already in play within the halls of WCW. However, with a relatively depleted roster in the 1995 landscape of the WWF, how well could a monthly PPV schedule realistically work in the eyes of the paying consumer?
-
89
Episode 63 - WWE Evolve (5th March 2025)
For episode 63, the co-hosts pay a visit to another "first of" shows in the latest branded vehicular enterprise of the WWE; Evolve. What effectively is the AA feeder system to the AAA NXT, who from the Performance Centre looks as though they are one to watch for the future?
-
88
Episode 62 - WWF Royal Rumble 1988
The co-hosts take another trip in the DeLorean back to 1988, a fine vintage year, if co-host Holly is to be believed, to review the very first Royal Rumble. A two and a half hour TV special that only featured four matches could be a cause for some concern, but with two unofficial Win Twice bouts on the card, what could possibly go wrong?
-
87
Episode 61 - WWE NXT Takeover
This week the co-hosts revisit NXT and the first officially titled NXT Takeover. Having previously covered the first special event held within the developmental group and what would prove to be the precursor for the future Takeover events in NXT Arrival, would the black and gold brand continue to build momentum with this showing?
-
86
Episode 60 - WWF Saturday Night's Main Event (26th November 1988)
Since the WWE network got taken down in the UK, the co-hosts searched for the oldest SNME available on the WWE Vault YouTube channel and happened upon this particular treasure from the tail end of 1988. No longer was Hogan champ, Savage was now on top, but ladies and gentlemen if you were expecting to see a solid night of in-ring action, you were sure to be in for a surprise!
-
85
Episode 59 - WWF Wrestlemania 18 (Part 2)
After a short break stemming from real life circumstances, the co-hosts return with a bang as they pick up the baton on the March Through The Manias series. Having covered the peak of the Attitude Era at 17, could 18 hope to live up to the heights that had been set before it. Perhaps it would take an Icon vs Icon to give it that fighting chance.
-

83
Episode 57 - WWE Saturday Night's Main Event (14th December 2024)
With the landscape of the WWE archived footage recently having shifted, the co-hosts bring us to the tail end of 2024 and the return of Saturday Night's Main Event. The timing of the return being months after the originals were brought to the table for dissection is merely coincidental no doubt. Most importantly though, Jesse Ventura is back in the fold so it was never in any doubt that Holly would pick this show.
-
82
Episode 56 - TNA Unbreakable 2005
Episode 56 sees the co-hosts visit their first TNA PPV in Unbreakable 2005. The event played host to one of the best triple threat matches in the history of professional wrestling and felt like a pivotal moment for the Orlando based promotion. Does the match still hold up 20 years later?
-
81
Episode 55 - WWE No Way Out 2004
Back for 2025, the co-hosts bring one of the single greatest moments of mid-noughties wrestling to the table which took place at WWE No Way Out 2004. A big moment for many fans that showed anyone can overcome the odds set before them. How would the rest of the show stack up?

The 2024 12 days of Wrestlemas journey sees the co-hosts list who, in their opinion, have been the top 12 wrestlers over the course of the 2024 calendar year. Just like Santa, they have made a list, but probably forgotten to check it twice!
