Wine Club Wednesday

Biscuit and Muffin are back at it and spent a little more coin than normal for a Wednesday Wine with this fabulous bottle of Champagne. Every now and then you have to treat yourself.  We hope you enjoy this bottle and converstation about bubbles in your mouth. 

Biscuit and Muffin dive into beer this week.  Yes, this is a wine podcast but sometimes you have to crack open a delicious brew.  3 Floyds have made a best in class beer in Zombie Dust and we talk about it in a poorly researched manner.  We hope you enjoy one with us, it's exceptional.

Muffin and Biscuit journey to Italy this fine Wednesday for a rather tasty Wednesday pour of La Valentina Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. It's hard to say, but easy to drink.

We are drinking Merlot! Don't be afraid of the Merlot, embrace it. Enjoyed a great conversation regarding Washington state wines, Sideways the movie, and a fun drinking game to play with friends.

Muffin and Biscuit are apparently all wined out after only a handful of episodes and have transitioned to hard liquor. They discuss the love for a simple and classic beverage, the Dirty Martini. They talk about what it takes to make Vodka, what are some favorites and tips on how to make one that will keep you salivating for it everytime.

Muffin and Biscuit take us to Virginia Wine Country and stories of great times in the rolling hills of the state for lovers. Naked Mountain is a special winery and they crack open a 2015 Cabernet Franc, a variatal that grow well in Virgina. Muffin said that if you can't get a bottle of Virginia wine, grab a bottle that makes you feel like you are with family.

Red Zinfindels make us happy, Muffin chooses a great one for us to enjoy. Great a bottle os Seghesio and join us for a hang.

Muffin and Biscuit discuss the value of New Zealand culture and wine. Does Muffin love white wine, er...no, but she is a good sport. You also won't be able to unhear what Sav Blanc smells like, so sorry about that.

Muffin and Biscuit are excited about their upcoming trip to Mendoza Argentina, a wine region that is producing incredible fruit near the stunning sight of the Andes mountains. Wine not try some of the tastiness prior. They also discuss a recent trip to "Wisonsin Wine Country" in Door County, results may be mixed but the opinions will be full bodied.

This is our first wine that we will share together and it's the one that sent Biscuit and Muffin on a journey to learn more about wine, central California, and eventually travels around the world to learn about unique wine cultures.
