Spencer Farms, located in Noblesville, IN has long been know for a destination where you can purchase fresh produce. Their ever popular Strawberry Festival is an annual event that brings visitors from near and far. They have now established themselves as one of the great local winemakers. Their testing room as warm and inviting as the original farmhouse that it is held in.

We learned a lot from David about the challenges of wine making in Indiana and how Sugar Creek Winery survived the pandemic. During our "Uncorked" portion, we may or may not get advice on sneaking extra wine into events.

After a week with a long lost friend, Amanda may be off the market. Ricki talks about getting stung on her hind side, but the wifi gods kept a bit of that conversation off the recording. Back after a week off to dry out after an eventful afternoon at Carb Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  Bill Gates and his internet of things caused some issues near the end of the show, but we persevered (had to use spellcheck on that one) and sort of wrapped it up.  This week we enjoyed a Bar Dog Sauvignon Blanc @bardogwine as well as a cabernet from Josh Cellars @joshcellars and a bourbon barrel aged cab from Stave & Steele.  Here's to you!  

On National Wine Day we try a Gewurztraminer wine from Carousel Winery in Mitchell, Indiana, gifted to us from friend of the show, Allison. We also talk about the great time we had on the Harder Brunch podcast, (Amanda swoons over Dyke Michaels), we take calls from loyal listeners who whine and share their favorite wines and we discuss our love for middle shelf wines. Other wines enjoyed this week since we picked up our stash from Cooper's Hawk; their white wine blend and their Winemaker's Barrel Reserve Bordeaux-style blend.  Here's to you!

Recovering from technical problems from the week before. Even though Ricki is in IT, somehow it took a week to figure out.  Hey, we're a glass half full podcast. Our 4 20 show just happened to be on 4 20 and we sampled some delicious wines and listened to some whines.

Amanda & Ricki hang out with cousin Katy, sip wine and whine a bit. Katy shows us The Wand by PureWine wine purifier & sulfite remover.  She normally gets nasty headaches from red wine, but not after using this wand. It works. They whine about gas prices, talk about Rosé and sip some wine. Here's to you!

The show goes on the road to Daniel's Vineyard. Producer Terry finally figures out the livestream didn't have video for the first few minutes, but then figured it out.
