Michael Huemer has been a big philosophical inspiration for me for a long time. So it was very cool to be able to chat with him for the second episode of this podcast-thing. Huemer is right about a lot of things in ethics, but he has one major vice: He is not a utilitarian (yet). Hence I thought it would be fun to talk about why—and about why he should be.
