https://3speak.tv/watch?v=yaslenysofia/wetkemde ESPAÑOL Saludos comunidad de @sketchbook, es mi primera vez publicando por esta comunidad y, con ello, quiero compartirles el proceso que me llevo el ilustrar una portada para un cuento infantil de mi autoría, el cual lo pueden ubicar en el siguiente enlace, por si quieren comprender un poco los elementos presentes dentro de la composición. Como el cuento se centra en una muñeca, busqué una imagen para usarla como base de la figura de la misma, por lo que inicié con un boceto sencillo, luego le fui añadiendo las líneas finales y así colorearla con los tonos bases. Sin embargo, al descargarle más pinceles a krita, conseguí uno que da como ese efecto de tinta, así que usé este, para trazar nuevamente las líneas, además de que estás no fuesen de color negra, si uno que armonizaran con los colores de cada parte en que se compone la muñeca. Asimismo, encontré unos pinceles que dan ese efecto de creyón, como si uno estuviese dibujando con lápiz de color, por lo que los tonos sombras y luces los terminé haciendo con estos tipos de pinceles. Al finalizar los detalles de la figura, la exporte en formato PNG, para luego pegarla en otro documento, el cual tendría un fondo de color azul. Tras ello, duplique la figura de la muñeca, la oscurecí y le di transformar, para ponerla como si fuese una sombra y le añadí unas pintadas oscuras en la parte inferior de la muñeca, para acentuar más esas sombras y hacerla resaltar. Posteriormente, bordeé toda la figura con blanco, pero me di cuenta que primero debía dibujar otras figuras alrededor de ella, que son parte significativa dentro del cuento. Estas figuras son una casa, un árbol y una mochila, las cuales las terminen también pintando. Al ver finalizado el anterior paso, me percaté que ese azul se tragaba la figura principal, por lo que el color de fondo lo cambio por uno naranja, el cual llevo textura y otros detalles y no solo al fondo, asimismo a las tres figuras de menor dimensión. Y este fue el resultado. Fue realmente agradable poder obtener estos pinceles que le dan esa textura real a la ilustración, como si estuviese usando el material en físico, sea un creyón, un oleo o cual otro; aún me falta mucha práctica y entender el programa y sus herramientas, pero Krita de verdad es un programa muy completo para ser software libre. As the story focuses on a doll, I looked for an image to use as a base for the figure of the doll, so I started with a simple sketch, then I added the final lines and colored it with the base tones. However, when I downloaded more brushes to krita, I got one that gives that ink effect, so I used this one, to draw again the lines, besides that they were not black, but one that harmonized with the colors of each part of the doll. Also, I found some brushes that give that crayon effect, as if you were drawing with colored pencil, so I ended up doing the shadows and highlights with these types of brushes. After finishing the details of the figure, I exported it in PNG format, to paste it in another document, which would have a blue background. After that, I duplicated the figure of the doll, I darkened it and gave it transform, to put it as if it was a shadow and I added some dark paints in the lower part of the doll, to accentuate more those shadows and make it stand out. Afterwards, I bordered the whole figure with white, but I realized that first I had to draw other figures around it, which are a significant part of the story. These figures are a house, a tree and a backpack, which I ended up painting as well. When I saw the previous step finished, I realized that the blue was swallowing the main figure, so I changed the background color to orange, which brought texture and other details not only to the background, but also to the three smaller figures. And this was the result. It was really nice to be able to get these brushes that give that real texture to the illustration, as if I were using the physical material, be it a crayon, an oil painting or any other; I still need a lot of practice and understanding the program and its tools, but Krita is really a very complete program for free software. Aunque tenía el boceto, cambié mucho la idea inicial, ya que no me agradaba como estaba quedando y tenía como un bloqueo creativo, quizás era el tiempo corto en el que podía hacerlo, pues el lugar donde lo hacen que es @segradi, terminaba sus jornadas laborales al día siguiente.😱 Asimismo, me costo un poco, porque tenía como 3 año sin usar el programa de Krita, familiarizarme de nuevo con las herramientas que trae, se me dificultó un poco, pero me logré adaptar. La idea principal era hacer al doctor en versión chibi, con un perro y un gato, no obstante, seguía sin agradarme como estaba quedando, por lo que ubique todas las figuras a un extremo y le dibuje cosas relacionado a los veterinarios. No me agradaba del todo, así que, en vez de agregarle objetos, fueron dibujados otras figuras de perros, gatos y otros animales. Si tenía pensando hacer un dibujo solo en blanco y negro y con una frase, pero, luego me decidí añadirle color. Aunque, después de ver que tardaría mucho en añadirle a todas las figuras, solo resalté la imagen del chibi. Ya con las figuras dibujadas y coloreadas, le añadí la frase, buscada en internet. Y así quedó impresa en la taza. Al doctor le encantó, más con los dulces que le puse a la bolsa de regalo. La ilustración fue hecha en el programa Krita. Although I had the sketch, I changed a lot the initial idea, since I didn't like how it was turning out and I had a creative block, maybe it was the short time in which I could do it, because the place where they do it, which is @segradi, finished their working days the next day.😱 Also, it cost me a little, because I had about 3 years without using the Krita program, to familiarize myself again with the tools that it brings, it was a little difficult, but I managed to adapt. The main idea was to make the doctor in a chibi version, with a dog and a cat, however, I still didn't like how it was turning out, so I placed all the figures at one end and drew things related to veterinarians. I didn't like it at all, so, instead of adding objects, other figures of dogs, cats and other animals were drawn. If I had thought to make a drawing only in black and white and with a phrase, but, then I decided to add color to it. Although, after seeing that it would take too long to add to all the figures, I only highlighted the image of the chibi. Once the figures were drawn and colored, I added the phrase, searched on the internet. And that's how it was printed on the mug. The doctor loved it, even more with the candy I put in the gift bag.
