Diggin Knowledge Ep. 55: It's Okay, It's Necessary, It's Part of the Process
This new mantra for me, it's okay, it's necessary, it's part of the process, has helped me embrace the challenging moments of early parenting, especially how tough drop-offs to day care were. I gift this to you in hopes that a shift in mindset will help you not only approach challenges differently but draw the positives from them. There's a lot to be grateful for, and this year of gratitude has allowed me to tap into that more than ever. 3 months in and the results are beyond words. Whether you're looking to add gratitude to your game or level it up, this episode digs into my recent experiential wisdom and ways for you to draw from it. Enjoy!

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 54: The Year of Gratitude
Two goals or New Year's resolutions - no dessert for the entire year and a personal message of gratitude every single day to a different individual throughout the year.I've given up other things for a year, so I want to see how this goes and how it impacts me moving forward. And, I'm excited to let those who have impacted me know just how grateful I am, particularly those I haven't spoken to in years and those who probably have no idea how much of an impact they've had on me. Who knows, if you're reading this, you'll probably be receiving a message from me at some point this year.

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 53: Check Yourself
Short, sweet, and to the point - Check yourself on how you treat other people, particularly when they haven't treated you well. Why do some get your grace and why do others not? Can you be mature enough to show up the same toward those who have done you wrong as you do for others who you feel deserve the best? No matter your response reflect on why and what you want it to be. No matter your response make sure it's one you can be happy about. No matter your response just be consistent and true to yourself and allow the results to be the results.

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 47: By the People, For the People Vol. 1
*First, a huge shout out to my student, my guest from episode 46, who created the new cover art!!!* I've finally collected questions from the listeners to dig into, so this is the first episode of many to come out that's influenced by the people, for the people. Here are the first few questions from Min and Shin: Q1: What have I learned about myself while talking to all these guests? Q2: Since starting the pod how has my vision/outlook changed? Q3: What's the one thing I can take away from doing this podcast for 3 years now? This allowed me to reflect on my journey so far with podcasting and helping me reset the foundation as I move forward.

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 10: Lenses and how we view everything
This is a quick snack-bite about the lenses we view the world through. Once a person understands what lenses are and can identify their own, that's when they can shape and mold it into something beneficial for them. We can intentionally impact the lenses we have and can gain, you'll learn a little bit about that through this episode. Questions to consider: What lenses do you typically view things through? What kind of information do you get from that? How impactful are those lenses for you? What lenses does your inner circle typically look through? What's the impact there? What kind of blinders do you notice when you think of the lens you use? Is that important information you're missing out on?

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 9: "I'm That Dude, Because I Know I'm That Dude"

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 8: Top 10 Rules for Success
I'm dropping my top 10 rules for success that I follow on a regular basis. The whole point of this list is to see what you hold yourself accountable to towards your own successes. If you're not feeling successful you should be able to point out parts of the list where you haven't done what you needed to, so then it's something you can make more intentional. I got thsi idea from seeing Eric Thomas' list on YouTube, follow the link here to watch that, I highly encourage it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6XgyFOIzdo

This is the longest episode yet, which is surprising because I figured it might have been 15 minutes. Anyways, I hope you enjoy and let me know your resolutions if you have any.

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 5: Forever Memories
This episode captures those moments and memories we have throughout life that continue to have an impact on us moving forward. No matter how small the moment, it's something that I can still draw from and even sometimes gain a new perspective with as I have new experiences now. I'll get into a phrase that was said to me by a family member that has probably had the biggest impact on the drive that I have through life. Question wise I'm interested in what others still carry with them that they know is a piece of the puzzle to who they are as a person. This is all to recognize and be more aware of the impact our actions and words have on others.

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 4: The Importance of Student Voice
The Importance of Student Voice This episode is about a huge realization I've had for myself that I didn't see until seeing it more in our students. I've realized how I'm an adapter. I'll explain exactly what that means. I'm also interested in hearing what things, good or bad, others experienced in their grade school experience that still impacts them today. More importantly, things people didn't realize still impacts them until they were older. Something I've learned through all of this is a different approach to people in that we should treat others the way we would want to be treated if we were in their exact situation. So more of an empathy approach rather than just a personal views approach.

Diggin Knowledge Ep. 2: A Change is Gonna Come
This episode will present the format I'll be using moving forward in terms of how the episode is laid out. You'll get to hear about the move I'm making within the education field. I'll be tackling some changes I could make and I will make to improve my personal and professional life. Finally, a quick dig into my knowledge, I'll go over this idea I've thought about for a while and that I would present to my classes.
