Furthermore, we as a medical community at large continue to hold harmful schemas of what it means to be a woman in medicine, which can restrict women trainees' ultimate career goals (ie tropes of "I cannot be a surgeon and a good mother," be a good physician and pursue projects outside of medicine, etc.).
