A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! című műsorában Tuba Orsolya azt igyekezett megértetni mi a különös és a sajátos az ottani iskolarendszerben, meg persze azt is kerestük, mi a titka az ezt befogadó finn társadalom egészének. „Az iskolában – mint intézményben, meg a tanárokban való feltétlen bizalom mellé harmadikként a diákokban, a tanulókban való bizalom – meséli szenvedélyesen -, ami felszabadító és ami ’előhozza’ a demokráciát”. Szó esik még a demokrácia beágyazottságáról, a finnországi önkormányzatok és a lokalitás jelentőségéről, a könyvtárak kiemelt szerepéről, amelyeknek már régen nem a könyvek kölcsönzése pusztán a kiemelt feladata, hanem ezek a helyek - más társadalmi intézményekkel együtt - a diskurzus tereivé válnak. Így térünk vissza a közbizalom jelentőségéhez, a részvételhez és a helyi cselekvés fontosságához.
