Drinks with Lindley

A self-help comedic relief podcast created and produced by the single, delusional, overworked, gay man in his mid-thirties, Lindley. The show where he talks to himself and reminds himself that feelings are temporary, self-love is not selfish, the past is the past, but the future is where he strives to show the world who he wants to be. Join Lindley, his trusted "friends" (?) Deborah and Dennis, for this sharing of hope. Lindley does his best to keep it simple, but this is all new to him, and at the end of the day (while he hopes to help someone), he also does this for his own sanity.

    The "K-Hole"

Episode warning... It's a mind bender, but an extremely important mindset. Lana Del Rey has an interlude called "Burnt Norton", and that is what we are talking about. First though, let's talk about the "K-Hole" and how we got there. Cheers!

    We're The Same Crazy

Here we are... my first special episode!! I'm honored to introduce you all to one of my best girls, Shay! She knows me well and I her. This is a longer episode, but instead of hearing just me drone on and on, you get to hear two of us share our thoughts and how we progress and push through life. Cheers! *clinks glass*

    Lindley Party of One

The reality of getting older is a scary one. Especially when you feel alone. For a larger part of my life, I have felt lonely (physically and emotionally). I didn't understand how to express myself. I didn't want to follow a mold, I didn't want to do what others wanted me too, so I embraced the lonely, until it got to be too much. When that happened, I started choosing my family and those that I surround myself with. Let's talk bullies, loneliness, growing up, and family. Cheers! *clinks glass*

    Ring! Ring! Fates Calling.

Okay so this is a self-help podcast so what better way to dive into some real work than a hard topic to discuss. Let's chat about what "Let It Go" means to me, and how I've coped with only 1 of many traumatic instances in my adulthood. First loves are some of the toughest loves to get through, but we can do it with a little beauty, a little grace, and some friends along the way! This episode is deep, and this story is not the most fun, but thankfully my prepubescent voice brings in some lightheartedness. Love you babes, keep pushing, keep dreaming, keep working, you got this.

    Leather and Lace

This episode contains some depictions of sexcapades and explicit-ness, but we take our first dive into the bedroom talking self-love and acceptance.

    I'm A Libra Damnit

Being a Libra means being in balanced state of opposition, well at least according to my birthchart. I need to recognize balance as a means of not only actions, but emotions. How am I reminded of this? How do I enact this? Well...

    I Do Believe in Deborah

Deborah and Dennis... There is no other way to share with you what these two do for me in my life. They believe in me and I believe in them. Having something to believe in, for me, is crucial. Find out how I met them, and some of my thought processes on navigating an apology. It's not easy, but necessary for me and my happiness.
