The Red Scrolls of Magic. Book 1 in The Eldest Curses series by Cassie Clare and Wesley Chu. A Shadowhunter Novel. If you haven't read any of the Shadowhunters books, you can read this one, sort of, but I would recommend reading The Mortal Instruments first. This one is good, and it reminded me all the reasons why I love Shadowhunters. ❤️

Beginning the journey to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The Philosopher's Stone, book 1 in the Harry Potter Saga, written by JK Rowling. Let's go to Hogwarts, be selected into our house, go to the Forbidden Forest, come back, study, have an adventure, and finally return to the Muggle world after all that, and realise we don't want to go back. We want to stay in the Wizarding World.

Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. A Fantasy YA book that introduces us to Nora Grey and Patch, a fallen angel who is seeking a key to break a long-time oath or curse. Minor spoilers on this podcast if you haven't read or heard about the books. Recommended? Yes.

Verity written by Colleen Hoover. A suspense, mystery, dark, romance, and other genres thrown in there to try and spice it up. This book chat (review) contains spoilers, if you have not read this book and would like to keep the mystery of it, then I recommend you skip from the first minute to the last minute to avoid knowing details of the book.

By Holly Jackson. A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, follows Pip in her investigation and we follow along just to see what happened.
