Have you ever had a secret that you wanted to scream? Or a side of the truth that nobody knows? A bottled up emotion or embarrassing pastime? Do you have a trauma that you've tried to bury but somehow... it still finds you? Me too, and now I'm saying Eff It. I'm going to say these things out loud for the first time. My name it Katelyn. I started this podcast because for years there have been events in my life that have been sitting in my brain manifesting anger, embarrassment and depression. So instead of feeling these negative feelings I decided to say "Eff It, let's talk about it". Everyone has moments like this in their lives and yet these traumas make us feel so isolated and foreign to those around us. However, in reality there is someone somewhere that we can relate to and has, maybe, even been in a similar situation. When I was younger, I wish I had someone, anyone, to tell me that. So that brings me to a goal for this podcast. I want to share my stories to inspire others to shar
