Frederik Coene (Selfpress type 6) claims that true Selfgrowth happens, when you face your Taboos. And there is a lot of Taboos when it comes to Sex. It can indeed be very vulnerable to talk about - especially with our partner.  The Enneagram can be a gateway. In this episode we are talking to former EU diplomat Frederik Coene.
