Equitable Subrogation and its application to the commercial doctrine of "debt" - The ex-officio Board Of Examiners and its CLERK
by douglas_of_avalon
This show shall attempt to encapsulate the final component and it's application in a court venue. These are all administrative remedies for US that do not involve controversy or arguments. The "usage" of property owned by the Principal is what a "Claim for Compensation" is all about and this will also be explained and where it is submitted is the ex-officio Board Of Examiners, pursuant to NAC: CHAPTER 41 - TORT CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE, ITS AGENCIES AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS. This link is where I found this legislation: https://www.leg.state.nv.us/NAC/NAC-041.html

Ep. 1 - Equitable Subrogation and its application to the commercial doctrine of "debt" - The ex-officio Board Of Examiners and its CLERK
An open discussion focusing on Equitable Subrogation and how we hold actors accountable for "using" property owned by the Principal. Licensing agreements and "Claims for Compensation" shall also be discussed and where I found these tools in the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC). Any political discussions will be quashed as this forum is APOLITICAL and in no way connected to any groups or associations. We are here to help one another...let's DO IT!
