Awakening Your Intuition: Listening to the Voice Within
Have you ever felt like there’s more for you… but you can’t quite explain it?In this episode, I sit down with soul alignment coach Lara Thomas to explore what happens when we stop ignoring that inner voice and start listening.Lara shares her deeply personal journey from a structured, logical world into the realm of intuition and spiritual awareness. What began as curiosity quickly became a life-altering calling that transformed not only her career, but her entire way of being.Together, we unpack:Why we’ve been conditioned to distrust our intuitionHow to begin reconnecting with your inner guidanceThe role of silence, trust, and surrender in personal growthThe courage it takes to follow a path others may not understandThe deeper truth of who we really are beneath fear and conditioningThis episode is a reminder that your intuition isn’t something you need to “find”, it’s something you need to remember.Because underneath it all, you are love, you are light, and you are here for a reason. If this conversation speaks to you, share it with someone who’s ready to step into their next level.

Truth or Lie: Are You Stuck Or Is It A Story?
I know what it feels like to believe you’re meant for more… and still feel stuck. In this episode, I’m diving into what’s really holding you back, and it may not be what you think. Because the truth is, it’s not your circumstances, your time, your money, or your support system that’s stopping you. It’s something much deeper.I break down the concept of your internal operating system—the belief patterns and conditioning you’ve developed over time—and how this “paradigm” is quietly driving the results you’re creating in your life.If you’ve ever caught yourself saying:“I can’t because…”“I’ll do it when…”“Once things change, then I will…”Then this episode is going to be a wake-up call.I share why most of us are living in an “outside-in” way of thinking, looking to our circumstances to decide what’s possible and how that keeps us stuck in the same patterns, no matter how much we want change.More importantly, I walk you through how to shift into an inside-out transformation, where you take back your power and begin upgrading the beliefs that are shaping your reality. We’ll talk about:Why you sabotage your own progress (and why it’s not your fault)How your current results are a reflection of your internal programmingThe only two proven ways to change your belief systemWhat it actually takes to unlock your next level of potentialBecause here’s what I know for sure:If you created your current results, you can create new ones. This episode is your invitation to stop waiting for your circumstances to change and start becoming the person who creates different results from the inside out.

How To Get Your Life Together (And What Actually Works)
Have you ever reached a moment where you’re just… done?Done with the stress, the overwhelm, and the feeling that something in your life isn’t working anymore but not knowing how to change it?In this episode, I share the story of the moment that began to shift everything for me, from being in a six-figure corporate career, missing meaningful milestones with my family, to finally deciding that enough was enough. But what I’ve learned is this: change doesn’t happen when we want something different, it happens when we decide.I dive into what I call transformational decision-making, the kind of decision that becomes a true line in the sand. The kind where you choose a new reality before you know how it’s going to work… and then take bold, immediate action to back it up.If you’re:Sick and tired of feeling stuckReady to stop overthinking and start movingCraving more freedom, fulfillment, and alignmentI want to invite you to look at your own life and ask:What am I no longer available for and what am I finally ready to decide?Because here’s what I know: the moment you decide and take action, things begin to move. Opportunities, people, and support start to show up in ways you couldn’t have planned. This episode might just be your moment to draw the line, and choose something different.

FEELING STUCK? You must shift gears for new results!
What if the moment I feel most stuck is actually proof I’m leveling up?In this episode, I’m sharing a story from when I was 16 and learning how to drive my first car, a stick shift. I stalled out more times than I could count, and one particularly embarrassing moment had me stuck in the middle of an intersection, completely mortified… until I realized I was in the wrong gear. That experience taught me something I still carry with me today: as we grow and go after bigger goals, we have to shift gears. And in that shift, there can be a gap, a moment where things feel clunky, slow, or like we’re failing. But we’re not failing. We’re adjusting. In this episode, I talk about:Why feeling stalled can actually mean you’re growingThe gap that happens when you move to your next levelWhat to do when progress feels slow or frustratingHow to reconnect with your vision and desireIf you’ve been feeling like you’ve lost momentum or things just aren’t working the way they used to, this is your reminder: don’t quit in the middle of the shift.I’m right there with you, and on the other side of the stall… is acceleration.🎧 Let’s get you back in gear.

4 Daily Self-Care Habits That Are Life Changing
When you think of self-care, what comes to mind? For most people, it’s a bubble bath, a glass of wine, or a massage. But in this episode, I want to invite you into a different way of thinking about self-care, one where it’s not something you do once in a while, but a way you live every single day.I’m sharing four powerful ways you can begin to practice self-care as part of your everyday lifestyle:Nurturing yourself with the right thoughtsSurrounding yourself with the right peopleHonouring your body through food and movementCreating an environment that truly supports and elevates youI also open up about some of my own experiences, like making the courageous decision to distance myself from draining relationships, and how shifting my physical environment changed the energy and momentum in my business. As you listen, I encourage you to reflect on where you may be unintentionally draining your energy, and where you can begin making more loving, aligned choices. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating a consistent, intentional relationship with yourself.Because self-care isn’t something you do… it’s how you live.

I’ve achieved things I once dreamed about… but for a long time, it still didn’t feel like enough. In this episode, I’m getting real about something not enough high achievers talk about, the quiet feeling of dissatisfaction that can exist even when everything looks successful on the outside.I’m sharing the mindset shifts that helped me move from constantly chasing “what’s next” to actually appreciating how far I’ve come.Inside this episode:Why I was stuck focusing on the gap instead of the gainThe simple practice that helped me start celebrating my winsHow my environment was either fueling or draining meThe fear that kept me in constant “doing” modeHow I started creating success across all areas of my life, not just businessIf you’ve ever felt like you should be happier than you are… this conversation is for you.Let’s redefine what success really means and start building a life that actually feels fulfilling.

I Stopped Wanting...and Finally Decided
I recently had an experience that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. After hearing Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield speak, at a time when the Artemis missions are reigniting humanity’s drive to explore, I found myself reflecting on my own life, my own goals, and the gap between wanting something… and truly deciding for it.This episode isn’t about space. It’s about identity, growth, and the internal shift required to actually create the life you say you want.In this conversation, I share:✨ The powerful distinction between wanting and deciding and how it’s shaped my life✨ Why I realized I had to change who I am, not just what I do✨ How I’m learning to love the staircase instead of chasing the destination✨ What it means that even high performers experience imposter syndrome✨ The question I now ask before taking any big risk✨ And the one question I’m leaving myself with: What am I going to do next? This episode is an invitation, for me and for you, to stop waiting, stop hoping, and start becoming.Because it’s not about reaching space. It’s about becoming someone you’re proud of on the way there. If this resonates, share it with someone who’s ready to step into their next level.#Artemis #ChrisHadfield #PersonalGrowth #IdentityShift #Mindset #Transformation

Start the Year Strong: Choose the Rooms That Shape Your Results
We’re still in the first quarter of the year, and this is when it matters most. The energy you surround yourself with right now will shape your mindset, your mood, and your momentum for the rest of the year.I believe we’re all either a sponge or a faucet. Sometimes we’re absorbing the energy in the rooms we’re in. Other times, we’re creating it. The key is being intentional about when we’re doing each and who we’re doing it around. At the beginning of the year, it’s so easy to fall back into default environments. The same friend groups. The same conversations. The same thinking. But if I want different results this year, I have to choose different rooms.Who I spend time with impacts how I think. How I think impacts how I show up.How I show up impacts what I create. When I put myself in rooms where people are expanding, building, dreaming bigger than me; I become the sponge. I absorb that energy. It stretches me. It raises my standard. And when I walk into rooms that need light, leadership, and belief — I choose to be the faucet. I decide how I’m going to show up. I set the tone.As we set this year off on the right foot, I’m asking myself:Who am I spending time with? How do I feel after I leave certain rooms? Are these relationships aligned with where I’m going — or where I’ve been? This year, I’m being intentional.Because the people around me will either fuel my momentum or slow it down. And I know which one I’m choosing. Here’s to starting the year surrounded by the right energy and creating results that reflect it.

Always Saying Yes? This Is Why Boundaries Feel So Hard
So many people say, “I need better boundaries.”But what if boundaries aren’t actually the problem? In this episode, I share a powerful reframe that completely changed how I think about boundaries, and why trying to “create” them can feel hard, restrictive, and even exhausting.Instead of focusing on saying no, this conversation explores a more expansive approach, one that starts with clarity around your values, your vision, and how you truly want to spend your time and energy. In this episode, we explore:Why the idea of “creating boundaries” often creates resistanceWhat to focus on instead when you’re feeling burnt out or resentfulHow clarity naturally guides what you say yes and no toWhy saying no isn’t selfish, but an act of alignmentThis isn’t about building walls or pushing people away. It’s about creating a life you love, and letting that vision guide your decisions. If you’re someone who tends to say yes too quickly or feels stretched thin, this episode will give you a fresh perspective and a simple shift to experiment with right away. Here’s to you living a life you love.Stacey Berger, Transformational Coach | Life & Business
