Expat snacks
by Expat snacks
Lysanne Sizoo has been roaming the world since she was a child. As a psychologist she has specialised in the issues that are faced expats, internationals and cross cultural travellers. Of course, we’re all travellers on the inner plane. But when life unfolds “away from home,” or—like many cross-cultural children—with little or no clear cultural roots, the psychological landscape gains an extra layer of complexity. Enjoy these snacks!

Episode 1 - Itchy feet
While believing to be on my way to France to retire with my Swedish husband, 2015 saw mw divorced, living on a houseboat in Holland. Yet again, I was faced with rebuilding my life, both personal and professional. And I did. Happily and successfully... And then one day, my feet started getting itchy again, and an invisible thread began to pull me in a new direction.
