Family Forward Project has worked for years to help change federal law related to child welfare. Our efforts helped to pass the Family First Preservation and Services Act, now known as Family First, in Feb 2018. Tennessee has created a new law for non traditional child care which will allow the transport of children across state lines without meeting the requirements of ICPC.
