    Your body is a beautiful thing...look after it. Not sure I've met a physiotherapist with as much knowledge about the body as Andy. Simply incredible. Though he doesn't have the credentials of a doctor - I'd see him very close to one following this chat. He specialises in getting you back on track through various supervised lifestyle programmes. Andy and his team treat their clients with warmth...a key ingredient for recovery that can be easily forgotten.  Thoroughly enjoyed listening to him myself. Keep doing what you're doing Andy. The world needs more people like you!

    Shut the front door. This was one of those chats that caught me off guard. Andrew zigs when others zag. He's had many life experiences that have made him the stand out man he is today. I got lost in his words of wisdom. Wait til you hear what he's got to say. Didn't know him until very recently and would look to him for all sorts of life advice now. Great listener. Great talker.     Amy is a powerhouse. You'll see for yourself what a determined and positive person she is. Backed up by her husband whom I'm happy to say I know...make a formidable team! In fact the wider family unit is incredible and has a uniquely special bond. Some say they'll go to the opposite end of the world for someone and then there are the people who do just that! What a journey. What a family. Inspirational.

    Fifty one years in the making - George Hook

    George is a big man with a big personality and a big heart. Adores his wife, family and grandkids. Took him a while to find his vocation but he got there, and that's what counts. George entertained many of us for years and he didn't disappoint on this chat either. He's had his own challenges and shown incredible resilience throughout his life, which is very admirable. He's an avid reader, movie buff and golfer. Still packs a heck of a right hook too! Well played George.

When people's emotions are high - Fintan and his team play a pivotal role. Couldn't recommend him highly enough and proud to call him my second cousin! He's also had some tough times himself.     Rev Rob isn't one for the adoration. Yet he's built a thriving community and won't say it was his doing. His ability to bring people together is effortless.     Very good on his feet and really accomplished. Kingsley Aikens is not just unique by name but he's got a different slant on things too. He's all about the diaspora. Extremely well travelled which has seen his network grow exponentially. Certainly knows how to make people prosper. Kingsley has seen it all. Everyone can take some notes from him. Absolute pleasure to sit down with.
