  5. 37

    push through

even though covid is definitely a weird time period in everyones story, I think it may have changed a lot of us for the better, I did not enjoy covid at all, it was definitely the worst time of my life so hard, but I wouldn't change it for the world because it shaped me to become who I am today, and I bet it did the same to you!

  6. 36

    regret

regret is a feeling most of us often get, and it both normal and valid, but does regret actually help us? or should we switch our mindset when it comes to past mistakes?

  7. 35

    independence

why do we become independent? is it a good trait to have at a young age? are situations, and challenges, and life itself is what prepares us for the next stage in our lives, but sometimes it feels like we could have hold on to our childhood for a bit longer, join me while I try to heal my inner child letting her know she docent need to rush that process.

  8. 34

    running before walking

should we stop asking kids to act like grown ups? and let them be kids? this is a little letter I wrote to my 6 year old self, who was addicted too being praise for how mature she was, I truly wish someone would have told me that it was okay to be a child, that I should enjoy being a kid! :)

  9. 33

    age

  10. 32

    disordered eating

every single episode is special to me, they all come from my heart and they are all extremely raw and genuine, but this episode is the most vulnerable i've been ever, I debated many times if I should post it or not, but I love this community and I feel safe with you, so here it goes. Dear 16 year-old me...

  11. 31

    greatest gift

what is the greatest gift you've received? you know that thing you can't imagine yourself living without. Well... for me its my sister and this episode is dedicated to her. Love you nugget.

  12. 30

    heartbreak

one of the worst feelings in the world is getting your heart broken, but only broken completely shattered, heartbreak isn't a one-size fits all, it comes in different shapes and in diferentes moments in life, so lets start the conversation and start healing.

  13. 29

    freedom

we all have that core memory, maybe it's clear, maybe it's not, but what we have lived has changed and shaped us into the people we are today, for me there is core a memory that changed everything, a simple day when I was 13 years old.

    alike

  15. 27

    when you least expect it

we've talked before about the importance of mindset, and one of thing that really changed my mindset towards life, opportunities and people is the frase "it will come when you least expect it" maybe letting and not fixating on things make us more open to great opportunities, what do you think?

  16. 26

    you are not that special

we've been told our whole life that we are special, and we are supposed to find confort in that, but more often than not this speech is actually the root of our anxiety, so how about we take a look on the other side, how about we start the conversation stating that we are actually not that special.

  20. 22

    support

all of us are capable of achieving greatness, we are capable of doing it alone, even when the odds are against us, but the fact the we are capable docent mean we should, having support is amazing and we should take a minute to appreciate the people in our life that have our back always!

  21. 21

    love

love is a beautiful and complex emotion, we can feel it towards people, places, and memories. The one person that has really thought me the definition of love is my best friend and oldest partner in crime, so this is a love letter to her.

  23. 19

    soulmate

what where the biggest lies you where told growing up? for me it was the hole rant about soulmates, I will never forgive Disney for how the portrait soulmates and the fact that every movie ended either with a kiss or a weeding and a happily ever after.

  24. 18

    vulnerability

we've all heard the don't cry I'll make you look weak speech, but what if I told you, crying, feeling, being vulnerable makes you tougher, strong and more mature, tune in and listen to this Friday episode which is all about vulnerability.
