In this weeks episode we talk about some of the biggest results around world football. MLS sides like LAFC, Inter Miami, Chicago Fire, and more. The European semi finals have kicked off and are heating up. The race for safety and the title in the prem have taken unexpected turns. And SO MUCH MORE!

We discuss the end of the season in the Championship, a little MLS mostly pertaining to the Chicago Fire FC and Vancouver Whitecaps. Pitch invasions, goalkeepers fighting, and battling for league titles all at the same time.

In this episode we discuss a bunch of things like promotions, relegations, title winners and losers, MLS, the prem, and so much more.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have not been able to record this week. That being said we had a backup episode for this very reason. Enjoy!

In this weeks episode we discussed the results of the FA Cup, which included Man City vs Liverpool, Arsenal vs Southampton, Chelsea vs Port Vale, and Leeds vs West Ham. We also discussed the big weekend that OUR Chicago Fire FC had, and their upcoming open cup fixture vs Detroit City FC. The new NU Stadium, and the GOAT scoring Miami's first ever goal inside of it. Then we did a quick chat about the final 6 teams that qualified for the World Cup and did a bracket to crown our 2026 World Cup Champions!

In this weeks episode we discussed a couple things, most of which pertain to the world cup, like the start of the qualifying finals, ticket prices, transportation costs and that terrible Jelly Roll song. We also discuss UEFA and their stance against pricing fans out, and why Euro 2028 will be revolutionary. Finally we discusses some USL news and talked about an owner in world football that actually did what is right for the fans for once.

AJ went on a trip to England and talks all about it. He went from London to Newcastle and back to London. Tyne Wear Derby, Saint James Park stadium Tour amongst other things. We also discussed the ending of the UCL's first round of knockouts.

In this weeks episode we discussed the Champions League, and Premier League as well as some other key title races or matches. We highlighted corruption in AFCON, and the Premier League after the Chelsea verdict. We once again mentioned the start of a NEW USL team, and discussed how MLS teams can really give their fans a great experience.

This week we did something a bit different. No video this week unfortunately but more ball talk. We did a this or that with a guest who does not know much about ball. Let us know if you like this version of the pod!

In this episode we talked about the Champions League. We rounded up the final results of the playoff to the knockouts. Then we talked about the new draw and our teams playing in Hungary?? Spurs, Forest, Arsenal are all in danger, Wolves and City smell fresh blood and on the tails of those ahead of them. MLS continued with match week 2 and there were some real estate developments across the US soccer landscape. We finished the episode by talking about a true OG on the FIFA scene KSI and his new club!

The kickoff of MLS is upon us. The 2026 season was underway this weekend, and AJ went to Houston for the Fire vs Dynamo game with friend of the podcast Ricardo. We highlighted some of the big moments in MLS opening weekend like LAFC vs Inter Miami, NYRB, and San Diego Fc. We then talked about the rest of the world footy. That includes the champions league, Premier League, Serie A, and basically all other big European leagues.

In this weeks episode as we lead into the MLS 2026 season starting (this Saturday for those listening on release day), we thought why not predict the leagues standings. Now look we are by no mean experts, and we do not have the time to know all the signings and departures for every team in the league. BUT we do love football, we do love our Chicago Fire, and AJ especially loves MLS.

In this weeks episode we discuss the final group games of the 25/26 Champions League. We also discuss the big results of the Premier League over the weekend, some ongoing MLS news, AFCON's aftermath, and insane standards that make no sense.

This week we talk a little bit about home town Hero Derrick Rose. We discuss the implementation of promotion and relegation in the USL (United Soccer League), and the new realigning of the divisions. The resurgence of Manchester United, the crumble of Arsenal, and the fierce fight amongst the top of the Serie A table.

In this weeks episode of Football Lenses we discussed the end of AFCON. The end of Real Madrid in the Copa Del Rey, and Palace's capitulation. We also discussed Mark Goldbridge and his out of pocket antics, Robin Van Persie's son to the rescue and MLS changes.
