We'll Never Forget You (Series Finale)

Let this episode, and the series as a whole, stand as a memorial to my little brother and co-host, Richard "Flash" Flanagan, who passed away in November of 2023. Thank you to all those who listened to our series over the years, and anyone who may stumble upon it now and in the future. To all of you who listened to us, even when we were happily not knowing what we were doing, in spite of all our shortcomings - I hope we were able to entertain you at least a little. Thank you to all the amazing guests, several of which we should not have been able to book in a million years, but somehow did. I'm forever grateful to all of you who took time to share your stories with us. If you would like to download the episodes to keep, you can get them all from my google drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13FlwMHx0mlCAodcnz16gfdgu6xT6LtWA?usp=drive_link Even if/when I delist the show, I'll keep those files in the drive forever for whoever might want them. It's the least I can do to help keep RJ's memory alive. We'll grieve, we'll pick ourseves up, and we will move forward - but we'll never forget you RJ. How could we? I love you and I miss you my little brother from another. Until we meet again... -Jesse

    Invasion of the (Stryker) Force

In segment one, we give a brief rundown of Last Sunday's WWE Clash of Champions Pay-Per-View, going over a few of the important matches and other highlights.  For the first time ever, we talk a little NFL football, and not just about national anthem protests.  We cover the saga of the backup quarterback carousel for the New England Patriots, the amazing early season run of the Vikings and Broncos, and the fight of the century... Odell Beckham Jr. Vs. the kicking net.  We also attempt to summon goblin attack force to the field. Though it's usually not our style, at the 21:35 mark, we talk about the recent police shootings in Tulsa, OK and Charlotte NC.  We do this show as a means of entertainment, to help people forget the troubles of the world for a little while, but we felt we have a responsibility as podcasters to talk about it, even if only for a few minutes.  If you have a voice, you should speak up when you see something that can't simply be ignored. Our guest this week is Liam Stryker, co-host of the New Age Insiders podcast as well as the host of his solo podcast, Late Night Liam.  Get to know him in ways you never thought possible unless you were his wet nurse on his birthing day.  We also try out our newest game on him, called "Give Me 3".  There's a special announcement or two at the end of the interview, so be sure not to miss it. Back from (Lazy Podcaster) Hell

Our apologies for the long delay, but we're finally back in the saddle! On lucky episode 13, we cover the ongoing controversy that is Colin Kaepernick's protest of racial inequality by kneeling during the national anthem.  We also get into the octagon with C.M. Punk, because, really, anyone could, and probably win...  and break down his performance, and future in UFC. We also squeezed in a little anime/gaming talk in at the end of the show.  We discussed One Punch Man, Attack on Titan, Tales of Zesteria, and the upcoming WWE 2K17.  There's also a special announcement by Flash halfway through the episode. I want to thank everyone for their patience while we took a little time to dig out from underneath a series of unfortunate events, and a little laziness, in order to get back to doing what we love, and that's bringing you the greatest podcast with everyone else in mind.

    SummerSlam (2016) Wrap-Up

This week, Mr. Endo and Flash Flanagan recap all of the major events of WWE SummerSlam 2016.  Did Brock Lesnar go too far?  Does WWE even care about SmackDown Live?  Should the universal championship be renamed the Eva Marie All Red Everything Title?  Find out the answers to these burning questions and much more!  We also talk in depth about the all-too-real confrontation between Daniel Bryan and The Miz. This episode is dedicated to Ricky "Judge Gator" Weeks.  P.S.  Hope you enjoy our new opening theme song!  The song is called "Red Line"  by Michael Kisur, who generously gave us his permission to use it for the show.  This is what he told me about the inspiration for the song: "This song was done for a song pitch opportunity a few years back for a project that needed a sound-a-like for the Kenny Loggins 80's hit, "Danger Zone" (from the Top Gun movie soundtrack). That's why the sound is so dated on the track/mix - I was going for that 80's sound. Funny though, the song's become very popular - it's very surprising to me!" Thanks again Michael!

    Rain Delay

Our interview got cancelled and we had to reschedule, which left us with a gaping hole the size of Montana in our regular episode for this week.  It's been raining like crazy here in Houston, so for all intents and purposes, we are in a rain delay. The show opens with a rather morbid announcement of the rain delay, made by none other than WALTER CRONKITE FROM THE GRAVE...  Actually, it's just me doing a real bad Walter Cronkite impression, but I thought it was funny.  After that we dive right into our impromptu segment. We brought in Ethan Colvin, as we always do when we're desperate, to talk about  recent happenings in the WWE universe, as well as discuss a couple anime I recently got to see.   The second segment was actually supposed to be the first segment of this weeks show, before it got delayed.  We figured the shelf life on the subject matter was going to last as long as a gallon of milk left on a porch in Arizona in August, so we did a rough edit and presented it on this episode. In spite of throwing everything together very frantically, I had a great time with this one and I hope everyone enjoys it as well.

Also, we talk briefly about the 2016 olympics, tease future guests, and put our hat in the political ring (kinda). We covered all the major game releases and other announcements, so if you missed anything E3 related, you've come to the right place!   All music featured courtesy of Kevin McLeod (Incompetech.com) Used under creative commons by attribution 3.0 license.
