    Why Foreign'les? The Journey Begins

Episode 1: Why Foreignless? – The Journey BeginsWelcome to the first episode of Foreignless! This podcast was born out of my desire to connect with people and share the rich culture of South Africa, especially with those in America. After moving to a foreign country, I found myself feeling homesick and needing something to keep me engaged. That’s when the idea for Foreignless took shape.Through this podcast, I aim to bridge the gap between South Africa and the world, specifically inspiring Americans to come and experience the beauty, culture, and diversity of South Africa firsthand. Whether you’re planning a trip or just curious about the country, I want to share my personal journey and the many stories that have shaped my experience here.I also started this podcast as a way to stay grounded while living in a foreign country. It’s my outlet, my way of staying connected with the world, and my way of keeping myself busy while navigating the challenges of homesickness. In future episodes, we’ll dive into the hidden gems of South Africa, explore local traditions, and share travel tips to help you plan your own adventure here. But most importantly, this podcast is about connection—connecting people, sharing cultures, and growing together through travel.Call to Action:If you enjoyed today’s episode, make sure to subscribe to Foreignless and leave a review.
