Growing People Big and Small: The System, Standards, and Strategy Behind Celebree School’s National Growth

These structures reduce risk while preserving brand integrity. Richie’s leadership philosophy centers on “growing people big and small.” That includes mapped career paths for educators, hiring based on nine core competencies, rigorous market analysis, and responsiveness to trends such as universal pre-K funding.
