Hello! Today's Shenanigans are Concerts. I have gone to 3 these last few months. I of course bought the tickets before the whole surgery thing. I will talk about FKJ, Gorillaz, and Jinjer. Now those are all very different uhhh genres, yet they are really a core part of me.

This is a very special episode. Today's Shenanigans was the gym! My nephew wanted me to talk about as today is his 17th birthday! I hope that you enjoy! This episode also mentions one of my old Marines who runs Marathons. And it has a minor tribute to a Navy Corpsman, Joshua Crane, who passes away saving others from dowming. He was a body builder. When I think of the gym now, I think about these 3 individuals and how the gym has shaped their lives and has led them into greatness.
