Gensokyo Radio Meetup

Calling all creators! This Meetup event is a formal opportunity to introduce yourself and meetup with others in our Discord community. We've put together several resources to help get your creative journey started. Though it is ultimately up to you to take those first steps, we hope this event will help to make it a little easier and to foster an environment where creativity can flow. This Sunday, stop by our YouTube channel and Stage channel for two back-to-back events! First, tune in to the premiere of our "Top 100 Touhou Songs of 2022" video via YouTube. Afterwards, hop into our Stage channel on Discord for our 20th Meetup event titled "100 Ways to do the Top 100 Song Chart" where we'll discuss how those lists are put together every year, and what we could do to change or improve the process. We all have "titles", but what is it we actually do? What do people think we do? What do people think we should do instead? Join us during this event where we'll discuss the topic of roles among ourselves and with members of our community.

Join us on June 12th via Discord Stages: Music production and distribution have changed dramatically over the last 1-2 decades. With Touhou music's primarily physical distribution (even in 2022), we'll take a closer look at physical media's role in an overwhelmingly digital world.

Over the last few years, we've learned from the challenges that come with developing a mobile app for an existing platform. Join us during this event to hear what the experience has been like, what we've learned, and what our plan is moving forward.

This time, we're talking about "The Games We Play." Get a look at what some of the staff does in our off time (and for our variety streams), and learn more about what the community is into. See you there!

Join us for our 7th GR Meetup (via Discord Stages) titled "Critics Wanted." We want YOU to tell us what you really think about how things have been going at the station from your perspective. Don't be afraid to give us the largest lump of coal you've got, because we'll use it to light a fire and address as many of our listener critiques as possible during the Holiday break.
