    37. Be-Do-Have alone doesn't work

    You might have heard of this famous model in coaching called BE-DO-HAVE. It is a mindset tool to get you away from the traditional ways of achieving your goals.You know the societal way… DO more (study harder, work longer hours, exercise more often, prove yourself with your actions), then you can HAVE more (money, career, weight loss, success), and when you have these things, then you will BE successful (rich, important professional, skinny, etc).And for many, it works until it doesn’t.     12. The Judgment in "Just do it"

    7. 5-Steps to Process Overwhelm

    Overwhelm is not a regular emotion that just lasts 90 seconds and then disappears.     5. Your Life’s Purpose

    What is more painful than not having a life's purpose? Feeling the VOID that comes from believing that your life has no purpose. And sometimes we feel the need to look everywhere for this purpose… Maybe a new baby? Perhaps a new job? What about a divorce? But maybe the purpose comes from accepting where you are right now.
