Out of hundreds of cases of children abducted to Japan not a single one has been returned. Japan also is not currently a subscribing member of the Hague Convention regarding disputes involving children. For Patrick Braden his work on Capitol Hill is the only way he has to parent his child.

"The State of Michigan is struggling â?? and its citizens are suffering. As I write this, Michiganâ??s unemployment rate has climbed to 15.2% - the highest in the nation â?? and it is expected to rise higher. Although we do not specifically endorse candidates, this was a great interview with insight where Michigan legislators need to be heading.

Jay LaSuer, San Diego County Sheriff Candidate joins us live on Get Your Justice Live to discuss his candidacy. Former Undersheriff Jay LaSuer has been a California Peace Officer for thirty-one years. Born January 24, 1940, in Hutchinson, Kansas, Jay grew up in San Diego and El Cajon. After graduating from El Cajon High School, Jay enlisted in the United States Army where he proudly served his country in the 101st Airborne Division. He was honorably discharged in 1961. However, new roles have crept into her busy life, ones that have taken her quite by surprise, the roles of activist for her children's freedoms and crusader of responsible government. Like many, Kristine was dismayed to read the news and see her children's hopes for future prosperity be replaced with debt and taxation. Not one to sit around and complain, she looked for ways to make a difference. This led to her involvement with helping organize the Indianapolis Tax Day Tea Party, and subsequently, becoming involved with the Independence Caucus (whose mission is to replace 40% of the compromised incumbents in the 2010 elections, and has the proven track-record to achieve this goal). During the Tea Party planning, it became evident to Kristine that a rally would need to be followed by concrete action, and this action would have to focus upon getting real representation back into our compromised government. She started working closely with the Independence Caucus on any project they needed help with and was asked to be one of ten regional representatives to help organize the Independence Caucus throughout the 50 states, her region encompasses Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. She is now devoted tirelessly to the cause of spreading the successful campaign strategies implemented by the founders of Independence Caucus when working with Rep. Jason Chaffetz, (R-UT) to beat a 6-time incumbent with an all volunteer staff in the 2008 national elections. Now Mondays with Mary and Lary, Mary is bringing the issue of accountability and investigation into the judiciary. Mary Cadei-Johnson: Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, her parents John and Mary were married for over 40 years. Mary has a a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and currently owns an Interior Design Company in California. She also has worked for the San Mateo County Juvenile Probation Department and San Mateo County Sheriff's Department. Mary is a divorced single Mother of 2 beautiful daughters Alyssa and Megan Elizabeth, ages 20 and 15 years old respectively. Mary has experienced the painful difficulties of divorce as well as Parental Alienation. Mary has gained the experience associated with the injustices of our nation's broken family court system and defunct child protective services agencies. Mary's personal hope is that she can bring action and solutions regarding our Judicial System. We are trying to convince her for more episodes than 6, so we will need all of your help. We brought Dr. Lefkowitz from SuburbanPsychology.Com and Mike Mastracci, Autho and Legal Mind behind STOP FIGHTING OVER THE KIDS, together on an interesting show titled "HELP My Divorce and Child Custody Lawyer Sucks" which was a funny approach to some common-sense things that a client should do before hiring a potential attorney. This is as much a legal question as it is a mental health question because decisions are often required to be made under high stress and in short times.

Parental Rights . Org dropped in on this episode to discuss the Parental Rights Amendment that has been proposed to the US Congress. House Joint Resolution 42 (Congressman Pete Hoekstra) and Senate Joint Resolution 16 (US Senator Jim DeMint) were the topic of discussion as well as what Grassroots activists and organizations can do to encourage the adoption of this important measure.
