Getting Lost In The Middle
by PAUL CHAPMAN
“In essence, being lost is rooted in a lack of control - and managing a lack of control is the essence of adventure"I have a feeling that people and in particular blokes when you get to those middle age years your world gets a bit smaller and whilst often nothing is particularly wrong you just feel a bit stuck - a bit lost in the middleThis podcast is an often irreverent look at whether that is the case and whether actively stepping out of your normal and having more adventure in your life – whether that is adventure in its traditional sense or adventure as I define it, as doing something that is outside of your normal – actively seeking less “control and certainty” – trying to get lost - is the solution to those feelings and the driver for happiness.
