Can we find Freedom in our Human Duality?
I've always found it fascinating how our existence was shaped by what we thought was evil and what we belived was good. I discoverd it had a name 4 yrs ago: Duality. Here are my thoughts on that one.In this episode, I dive deep into the concept of yin and yang, exploring the duality within us all : the coexistence of good and bad in our daily lives. I talk about the importance of embracing our dark side, and how acknowledging contradictory thoughts or extreme shifts in perspective is completely human. I discuss how being a ''good person" is a daily choice. I also reflect on how this acceptance frees us from expectations: both toward ourselves and others. Finally, I connect these insights to the wisdom of the law of detachment and the balance of duality, as I share reflections from my latest article. Join me as we navigate this nuanced, complex, and ultimately liberating human experience.

Maybe You don't need a new YOU.
Every year, we feel the pressure to become a '' new person''. But why do resolutions fade so fast?In this episode, I talk about the psychology behind new beginnings, why most goas don't last, and why real growth is going to be based on identity instead of "just" resolutions. This year, I'm choosing alignment over drastic change; because I don' feel the need to change who I am anymore. Maybe you don't need a new you. Maybe you just need to comeback to who you truly are.

‘’ What you’re not changing, you’re choosing.’’
“What you’re not changing, you’re choosing.” In this episode, I take you through a personal story that made me stop, reflect, and realize how often we quietly choose the situations we stay in. Sometimes we think we’re stuck, but in reality, choosing not to act is also a decision. Through this story, I share the lessons that reshaped the way I see ambition, contentment, and gratitude. It’s about learning to act even when things aren’t perfect, but also about finding peace in the present without giving up on our dreams. It’s about the gentle balance between pushing forward and being grateful for where we are. My hope is that this conversation feels like sitting down together, listening to a story, and maybe finding pieces of yourself in it, enough to spark your own reflection: What am I choosing for myself right now?

Ep 1: Emotional dependence: How he/she makes you obsessed with them?
Emotional dependence is a quite serious matter that needs to be more talked about. It’s not something that we should normalise nor romanticise. It can literally destroy someone else’s life. It makes people settle for what hurt them deeply and destroy them little by little. My episode has one goal: help people recognise manipulative behaviour and be more aware of how dangerous emotional dependence can get. Enjoy it!
