Vernon has gained back an unbelievable amount of weight after stopping at epic unfortunately he will be hitting a personal record and not in a good way shortly if he does not starts to run or go on some crazy diet. Yes, we really are short we are not pretending. I would love to be 6 foot but that does not seem to be a possibility nor does becoming professional basketball player, living forever, or being a professional figure skater. Speaking of the gym I should be losing weight but in fact I&apos;m gaining it at pace. I don&apos;t know if it&apos;s the age or the fact that I&apos;m not drinking this month that I&apos;m eating more but somethings gotta give. It may be January but it&apos;s also waking January at the Benedetto house. Condolences to Sam Darnold and the Minnesota Vikings that you can win that game there&apos;s always next year. I doubt Sam Darnold will be the Vikings quarterback next year. But it was some comeback season so congrats to him. Jason is going back to college so we will start his final year of college and zoom for episode number 30 which is why we&apos;re doing a giveaway it&apos;s a nice round number we are super excited that we are 30 episodes deep.
