    Are we fine? The current climate of the world is pretty crazy right now! Maybe we just need to realize that there is more than one way to be, and that is fine. Find what works for you, and we can get back to being fine.

    You don't always have to relate

    What's up? You do not always have to help by relating. Honestly, the best help comes from just being there. I have realized for far too long that I have made myself the victim of my story, and any story, for that matter, in hopes of this giving some clarity. That does not help anything or anyone. What helps is being there and just listening!

For so long, and I continue to do it, I will beat myself up when I make a mistake and apologize to everyone. When a friend or colleague makes a mistake, I will tell them it's ok and that when we make mistakes we learn how to move forward better and stronger than before. See the disconnect there? We have to start talking to ourselves that way too. Mistakes will happen, learn, grow from it, and keep going!

One type of training is not better than the other. It’s about learning and supporting people through their journey. Each person is one of one so let’s treat them that way.     Change is tough and it’s a big struggle sometimes, but ultimately change comes by the individual taking action. I know it’s hard.
