    Self-Healing Oracle for Taurus Season

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.comSelf-Limitation:Unpacking the Energy:When you are triggered by the energy of self-limitation - you are being asked to look at the ways in which you may be in your own way. The ego can be sneaky in the lengths it will take to keep us from seeing that at the end of the day with all of the effort we put into life that we are somehow limiting ourselves and blocking our own potential from being manifest.Pulling this card signifies that a pattern of self-limitation is showing up in your life and is no longer serving you.Example: You get an opportunity to do something you have always wanted to do and the universe is conspiring to make it happen for you yet somehow you are waiting for the other shoe to drop. You have trouble actually getting excited about the opportunity at hand and your inner-critic is on the loud speaker within you.The impact of this Energy: At some point it self-limitation does get old because you can see it for what it is. An old defense mechanism that kept you safe for X amount of time. Playing small served you for a time-maybe even a long time. You can no longer play it small because you know that what you are meant to contribute to the world is bigger than you.Getting to the root of the Energy: At the root of self-limitation lives conditioning to stay small and play it “safe” You believe that maintaining stability and security in your world means doing what you know and staying that course for eternity. Pulling the card of self-limitation is a call for expansion out of the 4 walls you built for yourself to live in many moons ago because it’s time.

The New Moon in Aries Guided Meditation & Energy Release Video

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.comApril 17, 2026 — 27° AriesThere has been a strong and undeniable focus on Aries energy this year. That began the moment the two outer planets — Saturn and Neptune — entered Aries at the end of January-beginning of February they came together at the Aries point of zero degrees. That meeting was monumental.Together, they began laying the groundwork for something very real:Our individual dreams becoming tangible realities that contribute to a much larger collective vision of unity. The Aries ActivationAries is not subtle.Aries is the moment of ignition. The first spark. The decision to move. And this New Moon at 27° Aries arrives as a powerful activation point. We are not at the beginning anymore. We are already in motion. The Aries LandscapeThere is a lot of Aries energy at play right now.Chiron has been in Aries since 2018, continuing to guide us through healing our identity — reminding us that we have a right to exist exactly as we are.Eris, often called Aries’ sister, brings awareness to where we have been othered — where we have felt excluded, dismissed, or treated unjustly — and asks us to reclaim our space unapologetically. And now, the personal planets are joining the fire. The New Moon: Sun + Moon in AriesThe New Moon occurs when the Sun and Moon meet at the same degree — this month at 27° Aries. It is the only time each month that:The Sun (our life force) and The Moon (our emotional body)come into alignment. In Aries, this alignment is electric. The Sun in Aries is ready to act. It knows what needs to be done. The Moon in Aries responds in the body:• excitement • motivation • urgency—or, when blocked:• frustration • anger • impatienceAries is deeply embodied energy.Which means this New Moon asks:How are you using your energy?Mars + Saturn: Disciplined ActionMars — the ruler of Aries — is right at home here. But this time, Mars is not acting alone. He is conjunct Saturn in Aries. And this changes everything.Mars wants to move fast. Saturn insists on intention. This is precision over impulsivity.Saturn becomes a kind of guardian for Mars — ensuring that the actions you take now are not reckless, but aligned with something long-term.This is not chaotic action. This is committed action.Mercury + Neptune: Listening WithinMercury in Aries is direct, bold, and unfiltered. But it is conjunct Neptune in Aries, which softens and blurs the edges. This combination can create:• confusion in communication • misinterpretation • unclear conversationsBut it also opens a powerful doorway:your inner voice becomes louder than external noiseThis is a time to double-check what you hear from others… and deeply trust what you hear from within.Pluto Sextiles: Transformation OpportunitySeveral Aries planets — Mercury, Mars, and Saturn — are in a sextile with Pluto in Aquarius.A sextile is an opportunity.Pluto is transformation. This means:There is an opportunity right now to transform • how you communicate • how you take action • how you build your lifeAnd not just for yourself. But in a way that serves something larger than “I” — something that contributes to “We.”Venus + Uranus: A Final Reality CheckVenus in Taurus is strong here — grounded, steady, rooted in values. She is preparing to meet Uranus in Taurus on April 23rd — just before Uranus leaves Taurus after being there since 2018.This is a final wake-up call.A moment to ask:What is too much?• too stressful • too chaotic • too exhausting • too expensive • too misalignedUranus has been redefining stability for you since 2018.This is your final chance to adjust before the next chapter begins. The Nodes: Surrender + DiscernmentThe North and South Nodes remain in Pisces and Virgo. They are helping us:• release what is no longer sustainable • simplify what feels overwhelming • surrender attachment to controlThis is the quiet guidance beneath all the fire:Move forward — but not from force. Move forward from alignment.Jupiter in Cancer: Emotional ExpansionJupiter may be standing alone during this New Moon, but it is not quiet. In Cancer, Jupiter is expanding your emotional world. You are being invited to rewrite your story around:• family • lineage • belonging • emotional safetyThis work is happening deep beneath the surface. And it is shaping how you will show up moving forward.Aries New Moon ReflectionTake a moment to sit with these:• Where am I being called to act right now? • Where am I reacting instead of responding? • What would it look like to move with both courage and intention? • What truth is my inner voice asking me to trust?

    The Aries New Moon Forecast

There’s been a focus on Aries energy ever since the two outer planets: Saturn and Neptune went into Aries earlier this year. These two planets in Aries meeting up was monumental. They laid the groundwork for our individual dreams to become tangible manifestations that contribute in a vital way to the larger collective dream of unity. There are other points in Aries as well: Chiron-the point of the wounded healer has been in Aries since 2018 and will stay there until 2027 and continue to facilitate personal healing through vulnerability and reminding us of our individual right to exist.Eris is often referred to as “Aries sister” and in the sign of Aries she symbolizes boldly acknowledging when and where we have been personally “othered” and treated unjustly. Then we have the personal planets that have been joining the Aries party and Moon being the fastest moving planet-only staying in a sign for 2.5 days will put the cherry on top when it gets to the same exact degree point as the Sun creating the New Moon in Aries on April 17th at 5:52am MST The Sun and the Moon conjunct only occurs once per month. It’s the only time of the month that the Sun (the current lifeforce energy) + the Moon (the current emotional state) come together to have a conversation in which they are able to see eye to eye and get on the same page. The Sun in Aries is pulsing with life force energy and ready to shine light on what needs to be done while the Moon in Aries is either responding with high energy, excitement & motivation to get going or reacting in anger and frustration that things aren’t moving faster or going the way he would like. Because Aries is experienced so powerfully in the body it’s important to be mindful of the way in which we are using the Aries energy especially when there’s this much of it.Additional personal planets in Aries during the New Moon are: Mars-the planet that naturally rules Aries is actually conjunct and working together with the planet Saturn. Mars in Aries can really benefit from the influence of Saturn in Aries and that Saturn pretty much acts as a Guardian Angel ensuring that Mars in Aries doesnt make any sudden movements that will cost him more than he can handle. Mercury-the planet of communication and information is also in Aries symbolizing very direct, straight-forward and even blunt communication that has absolutely no filter. It’s conjunct + working together with the planet Neptune in Aries. Neptune is an outer planet and has more influence over Mercury. These two planets working together can make communication with others feel a bit fuzzy. We must be sure to get the story straight with Neptune casting it’s foggy energy over Mercury. This conjunction is good for connecting with your own inner voice or Higher Self guidance. There are also several planets sextile Pluto in Aquarius during the Aries New Moon. A Sextile is an opportunity aspect meaning that the planet Pluto-the planet of deep transformation is offering an opportunity for healing to each of these planets: Mercury in Aries, Mars in Aries, and Saturn in Aries. So there is an opportunity for our communications, actions and the structures we are building to undergo a makeover to serve not just “I” but also “We”. Our dear Venus in her home sign of Taurus is sitting pretty during the new moon as she builds momentum in preparation for her conjunction with Uranus in Taurus on April 23rd-just two days before Uranus moves out of Taurus into Gemini after being in the sign of Taurus since 2018. Venus represents what we value and as it makes that exact conjunction to Uranus we will have a final opportunity to get real about what is ‘too much’: too stressful, too chaotic, too exhausting, too much money etc. Uranus has been trying to get us to see more clearly what stability looks like in our future and make the necessary adjustments so that we can be prepared for what is coming. The North and the South Nodes are still in Pisces and Virgo helping us sort through, discern, and dissolve what is no longer working for us in terms of taking care of our own mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. The nodes are also guiding us into the future by asking us to surrender to the path of least resistance and let go of any attachments to the way we wanted it to be.Jupiter in Cancer is sitting alone during the New Moon but definitely not quiet. Jupiter is always loudly and enthusiastically trying to push us to expand and evolve and in the personally emotional sign of Cancer that expansion is happening beneath the surface of our flesh-deep within the emotional terrain of our past lives. We are getting more and more clear about the narrative we are meant to carry about our family of origin, our lineage patterns, and how we want to show up emotionally going forward. The Libra Full Moon Guided Meditation & Energy Release

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.comLibra Full MoonChoosing Balance. Choosing Peace. The Libra Full Moon at 12 degrees arrives on April 1st at 8:12pm MST.Every Full Moon is a release point. An opportunity to consciously invite balance into the places where we have been living in extremes. This particular Full Moon is in the sign that calls us into balance first and foremost—Libra. The Work of Libra: Balance in RelationshipLibra is a Cardinal Air sign.Cardinal energy initiates.Air energy communicates, reflects, and processes through connection. At its healthiest expression, Libra calls us into the balance between self and other—without losing sight of our own needs in the process of tending to someone else’s.Libra reminds us that our power lies in our willingness to:* communicate our needs clearly* check in with others about theirs* and reflect understanding backBalance is not passive. It is participatory. The Mirror: AriesWhenever we want to understand where we are out of balance, we look to the polarity sign. For Libra, that is Aries. And during every Full Moon, the Sun sits in the opposite sign of the Moon—which means the Sun is in Aries at the same 12-degree point.Aries is also Cardinal—but it is Fire.It leads by acting.By initiating.By moving forward without hesitation.Aries does not wait for permission. It lights the first match. The Tension You May FeelThis Full Moon may feel like a pull in two directions:The desire to tend to others…and the desire to forget everyone and choose yourself. The instinct to check in…and the urge to just move.Neither is wrong. Both are necessary.Aries teaches Libra that not every decision needs to be filtered through others.Libra teaches Aries that not every action should ignore the impact on others. This is not about choosing one. This is about learning how to hold both.A Sky Full of AriesThe Sun is not alone in Aries. We also have:* Saturn in Aries* Neptune in Aries* Chiron in AriesThe Sun has just moved through conjunctions with Saturn and Neptune. It has been shaped.Refined.Grounded by Saturn.Spiritually oriented by Neptune. The version of you that is moving forward now is not the same one from even a few weeks ago. There is more responsibility in your desire.More awareness in your action.More purpose in your forward movement.A Powerful Opportunity: Saturn & PlutoSaturn in Aries is forming a sextile to Pluto in Aquarius. This is a powerful opportunity. Both Saturn and Pluto are what I call “no-nonsense” planets. They are here to do the work. They do not drift. They do not avoid. They commit.A sextile is an opportunity—but it requires participation. These planets are ready to move something forward. The question is:Are you?A New Standard for CommunicationPluto in Aquarius is also forming a supportive trine to the Full Moon in Libra. Both are Air signs. This opens the door to a new standard of communication—not just in your personal relationships, but collectively.Libra invites diplomacy.Pluto invites truth.Together, they ask:Can you communicate honestly without abandoning connection? The Ruler of the Full Moon: Venus in TaurusVenus, the ruler of Libra, is in Taurus—its other home sign. This matters.Venus in Taurus reminds us that peace is not something we wait for.It is something we choose.Regardless of what is happening around you, you have access to your own internal sense of value, steadiness, and calm. With both the Moon and Venus in Venus-ruled signs, peace is available. But it is still a choice. And your choice ripples outward.Sacred Rage & Self-NarrativeThe Sun in Aries is also forming a trine to Dark Moon Lilith in Sagittarius. This brings us into relationship with our anger. Not as something to suppress—but as something to understand. This may bring awareness to:* old beliefs you were given* ways your voice was shaped or silenced* narratives that are no longer yours to carryThis energy invites you to find an outlet. To express. To tell the truth.Through:* writing* speaking* movement* or simply allowing yourself to feel what has been heldRewriting the StoryMercury in Pisces is forming a trine to Jupiter in Cancer. There is deep support here for releasing old emotional narratives—especially ones formed early in life.Mercury in Pisces helps you access the story.Jupiter in Cancer helps you reframe it with compassion. You are not meant to carry every story forward. Some are ready to end here. This Is the WorkThere is so much support available in this Full Moon. But support is not the same as action.Libra can hesitate. It can overthink. It can wait. This is not the time for that. This is the time to choose. Not perfectly. Not with full certainty. But intentionally. If you feel overwhelmed by options:Put them in a hat.Pick one.And let the Aries energy carry you forward.Just like NIKE says—Just do it.IntegrationThis Full Moon is asking you to:* Notice where you are out of balance* Communicate what is true for you* Release the old story* Choose peace* And take one aligned step forwardYou do not need to do everything. You just need to do the next thing.

The New Moon in Pisces Guided Meditation & Energy Healing Release

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.comPisces New MoonMarch 18, 2026 — 28 degrees of PiscesThis Pisces New Moon occurs on March 18th at 28 degrees of Pisces, only one degree away from the final degree of the entire zodiac. There is deep symbolism in this placement. We are standing at the threshold of the zodiac itself — the final inhale before the astrological new year begins with the Spring Equinox on March 20th.There are four planets plus the North Node in Pisces, with the North Node sitting at the same degree as Mercury retrograde. This New Moon is not just about new beginnings. It is about the sacred work of endings. The Final ChapterWe have talked a lot this year about endings, resets, and new beginnings. That is because the sky itself has been preparing us for the turning of the astrological wheel. The Sun and Moon join together in Pisces — the sign that lives between worlds. Between the spiritual and the physical. Between dream and reality. Between the past and the future. When the New Moon occurs at such a late degree of Pisces, something inside of us becomes very aware of what is old, expired, and complete. And Pisces reminds us:If we do not consciously release what is finished, it begins to quietly create chaos in our future.Mercury Retrograde: Messages from the DeepThis New Moon is surrounded by what I like to call a school of fish — a Pisces stellium that includes Mars, Mercury retrograde, and the North Node.Mercury stationed retrograde on February 26th and will move direct on March 20th, the same day as the Spring Equinox. Can I get a hallelujah?Mercury retrograde in Pisces is not about logistical confusion alone. It is about internal messages.Messages from memory. Messages from the subconscious. Messages from the soul. Many of us have felt this retrograde in very tangible ways.If your schedule has felt like a game of hide-and-seek… I see you.If deep emotions from the past have resurfaced in your closest relationships… I see you.If travel plans shifted unexpectedly… I see you.If your body asked for rest through illness or exhaustion… I see you.If the last few weeks felt like a spiritual initiation… I definitely see you.Mercury retrograde in Pisces activates memories so that we can clearly see what absolutely cannot move forward with us if we are choosing to live out our destiny.A quote from one of my favorite films, Waking Life, captures this perfectly:“Dream is destiny.”And that is the essence of this Pisces New Moon. The Fire-Starters: Aries Energy AwakeningOutside of the Pisces waters, we have three planets and Chiron in Aries. These are the fire-starters.Neptune — ruler of Pisces — is now in Aries, activating the dream itself.Saturn in Aries provides the discipline and boundaries needed to make that dream real.Venus in Aries awakens a new honoring of our individuality and our desires. And Chiron in Aries reminds us that vulnerability is part of the path toward fully expressing who we are. This is the moment where the dream begins to find its courage.Uranus: The Final Chapter of a Long StoryThe Sun and Moon form a supportive sextile to Uranus in Taurus.Taurus is the builder. It asks us to create stability — something solid enough to hold the dream.Uranus, however, is the planet of sudden insight and awakening.Sometimes gentle. Sometimes shocking.Uranus is finishing its time in Taurus and will move into Gemini on April 25th, remaining there until 2033.Whenever an outer planet prepares to leave a sign, the final months often bring last-minute developments.Uranus entered Taurus in 2018.Take a moment to reflect on that timeline. What has been renovated in your life since then? What has been demolished? What foundations have been rebuilt? This New Moon may reveal the final pieces of that transformation.Crossing the ThresholdThe Sun and Moon are also in an out-of-sign conjunction with Neptune, only three degrees away in Aries.Energetically, this creates a threshold.A doorway.A crossing point between the past and the future.Between confusion and clarity.Between dreaming and doing.Over the coming weeks, each Pisces planet will move into Aries. And on April 17th, the Aries New Moon will arrive with seven planets in Aries. After a long chapter of feeling lost, movement will return swiftly.Venus Square Jupiter: Healing the PastVenus in Aries forms an exact square with Jupiter in Cancer. This is a cardinal square — tension between two forms of leadership.Venus in Aries asks us to honor our current desires.Jupiter in Cancer asks us to honor our history.Squares create friction. But Jupiter tends to benefit any aspect it touches. So the question becomes:What beliefs from the past are still slowing you down? What old stories are still playing in the background? This New Moon invites us to declare:I am willing to release the beliefs that have kept me small.Because once we reach the Aries New Moon in April, we will have very little patience for hesitation. The path must be cleared.Saturn Sextile Pluto: Serious TransformationSaturn in Aries forms a supportive sextile with Pluto in Aquarius. These two planets do not play games.Saturn builds the structure.Pluto transforms the foundation.Together they ask:Who are you in this collective transformation? And are you willing to fully step into that role? This is not just personal change. It is collective evolution.Jupiter Trine Mars: Reframing the PastJupiter is also in a wider trine with Mars during this New Moon.Mars has been deeply involved in the Pisces review process alongside Mercury retrograde. He is looking back at his past actions.Jupiter brings perspective.Wisdom.Reframing.Together they are preparing Mars to begin a brand new cycle in Aries. And when Mars enters that next chapter, he will be ready to move forward with confidence instead of regret.

    The Pisces New Moon 2026

The Pisces New Moon occurs on March 18th 2026 at the very late degree of 28 degrees of Pisces. There is symbolism of the new moon occurring at this late degree point only one degree away from the final degree of not only the sign of Pisces but the absolute final degree of the zodiac. There are 4 planets plus the North Node in Pisces which is conjunct and at the same degree point as Mercury which is still retrograde until March 20th.We have talked a lot about endings and re-sets and new beginnings this year so far and that’s because we have had different planets involved in facilitating the changes necessary to start the astrological new year which is also known as the Spring Equinox or the Fall Equinox depending on where you live on the planet. The New Moon at a late and almost final degree point of Pisces working with our life-force planet: the Sun, dancing together in and out of the spiritual and physical realms. Activating within us our awareness of what is old and expired, reminding us if we don’t tend to it-it will start to wreak havoc on our future. Outside of the Sun and Moon in Pisces at the late degree approaching finality, we have an additional stellium or cluster of planets in Pisces: Mars our primal action initiating planet, Mercury our messenger planet-retrograde symbolizing that the messages it has are internal and personal to us and not external like they are when mercury is direct. They are internal messages, activating the memories of our past so that we can see clearly what absolutely cannot move forward with us if we are to choose to live out our destiny. Mercury in Pisces stationed retrograde on February 26th and has been creating communication breakdowns everywhere we look and even the places we forget to look. Anyone that has felt like they are in a game of hide and seek with their schedules lately I see you. Anyone who feels like they are swimming in a deep sea of emotions that are re-surfacing from the past and coming up in your most sacred relationships- I see you. Anyone who’s flight or plan to go somewhere changed at the last minute-I see you. Anyone who’s body has gotten sick multiple times in the same month-I see you. Anyone who feels like their life turned into a spiritual initiation the last few weeks- I see you. It will move direct on March 20th coinciding with the Spring Equinox & can I get a Halleluja!?“Dream is Destiny” a quote from a favorite movie of mine: Waking Life that I consider to be very Piscean- is the very essence of this particular New Moon in Pisces.Outside of the school of fish aka Pisces planets we have during the New Moon, we also have 3 planets plus Chiron in the sign of Aries. We will call these Aries planets the fire-starters. Neptune-the planet that rules Pisces is currently in Aries symbolizing the activation of a dream, Saturn-the planet that creates a structure with strong boundaries in place is also in Aries symbolizing the ability to do what is necessary to make that dream a reality, and Venus the planet of attraction, receptivity, relationships and self-value is also in Aries symbolizing a new found honoring of our individuality and our ability to assert ourselves to make space for ourselves within the dream. Chiron is the point of the wounded healer and in Aries it is supporting us in seeing where we need to allow ourselves to be more vulnerable so that our individuality can be seen and shine as we work towards our dreams. The Sun and the Moon in Pisces are in a sweet sextile with Uranus in Taurus. This is an opportunity for us to touch in with the stability or lack thereof in the container we are creating our dream in. Taurus is the builder. It’s the sign that prioritizes stability above all else. Uranus is the planet that stimulates divine insight through sometimes rude awakenings or surprise changes. Uranus is finishing up it’s time in Taurus and will enter Gemini on April 25th and stay there until 2033. When an outer planet that stays in a sign for a significant amount of time is in the last leg or final chapter in a sign there can be last minute developments that set the stage for the new chapter. It has to be sure to complete the project it set out to complete while in the sign. Uranus went into Taurus in 2018. Think about the time span between 2018-now. What big project was Uranus completing in your life in the sign of Taurus? It most likely looked more like a renovation or demolition depending on what planets or areas of your chart that you personally have Taurus energy. The Sun and Moon in Pisces are also in an out-of-sign conjunction with Neptune since there is only 3 degrees between them from 28 degrees of Pisces to 1 degree of Aries. This is symbolic because it creates an energetic threshold for each of us to cross during the New Moon. From the past to the present. From confusion to clarity. It’s the activation of the threshold that we will be walking across slowly as each planet in Pisces enters Aries. On April 17th we will have the New Moon in Aries and there will be a total of 7 planets in Aries symbolizing swift movement forward after a long chapter of feeling lost. The planet Venus at 15 degrees of Aries is in an exact square with the planet Jupiter at 15 degrees of Cancer. This is a Cardinal square or point of tension between different forms of leadership. Venus in Aries symbolizes honoring our current desires to take action at an individual level and Jupiter in Cancer symbolizes honoring our history by re-writing the narrative to a more self-empowering script. A square is typically a negative aspect but Jupiter is said to benefit any aspect it is a part of. We must identify what exactly we need to create less friction between our desires for the current moment and our feelings about the past to make the most of this particular square. We must declare that we are willing to allow for the healing necessary to clear our subconscious minds of the beliefs that have been stunting our ability to move forward proud of who we are without any old tapes from the past playing over and over in our heads slowing us down. Once we get to that Aries New Moon on April 17th we will have zero capacity to be slowed down. We must clear the path so that we can sprint and not look back. The planet Saturn at 3 degrees of Aries is in a sextile or opportunity aspect with the planet Pluto at 4 degrees of Aquarius. These two planets are both no-nonsense planets that are willing to do what it takes to reach a goal. Saturn in Aries has a plan for the Aries sprinter not to get burned out before the first lap and Pluto in Aquarius is performing deep and transformative change on the collective and on each of us that are a part of making up the collective. These two serious planets have the opportunity to support us in seeing clearly who exactly we are in this collective transformation that is taking place. We must own it and stay dedicated to our own individual roles in this profound collective healing.Jupiter is also in a wider trine with Mars during this New Moon. It is worth mentioning because both planets are active in other aspects in the chart. Mars is already working with mercury retrograde and the north node as a part of the pisces stellium and Jupiter is already working with Venus. Jupiter and Mars are speaking to each other having a conversation about the past. Mars is reviewing his actions and Jupiter is bringing in positive re-frames for Mars to feel proud and empowered as he prepares to start a completely new cycle in Aries. This is a public episode. The Lunar Eclipse Full Moon in Virgo: Guided Meditation & Energy Release Monthly Ritual

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.comVirgo Lunar Eclipse — March 3rd, 202613 degrees of VirgoThe Virgo Lunar Eclipse on March 3rd will be a climax moment — a realization of how much we rely upon the mind in our everyday lives, and a call to trust the part of us that cannot be analyzed. The more we allow our blind spots to be revealed, the more we learn to trust the unknown path before us.The stellium of planets in Pisces — including Mercury retrograde in Pisces during this Lunar Eclipse — is asking us to surrender our attachment to the vision we have painted for ourselves. Not to abandon our dreams, but to release the illusion of control around how they unfold. Something truer is calling us forward now, in real time.Pisces energy can tempt us to escape the present moment. The Lunar Eclipse brings the present moment into sharp focus. It gives us a choice:Do we feel our way through the dark room into the unknown?Or do we fixate on the fact that it is dark? With Mercury retrograde, we must accept that we are not meant to see clearly just yet. If we can become the witness of ourselves during this time — feeling lost without judging ourselves or others — we can emerge ready for the fresh start of the Astrological New Year on March 20th.Eclipses change us forever.Solar Eclipses bring something new into our lives.Lunar Eclipses take something away that is no longer aligned with our journey forward.Every Lunar Eclipse is a Full Moon. Not every Full Moon is a Lunar Eclipse.A Lunar Eclipse occurs when the Earth passes directly between the Sun and a Full Moon, casting its shadow across the lunar surface. The Moon darkens, often appearing reddish — a “blood moon” — as the Earth’s atmosphere filters the sunlight. This particular Lunar Eclipse is in the mutable Earth sign of Virgo.Virgo connects us to our physical bodies. The systems within our bodies. The systems within our lives. How we are called to be of service. Our daily devotional energy.Virgo discerns. Virgo simplifies. Virgo focuses on the details of the present moment like no other sign.Yet this Eclipse occurs during Mercury retrograde in Pisces — Virgo’s polarity. We are in a season where much of the energy supports losing sight of details. Schedules blur. Plans dissolve. Timing shifts. There is surrender required. There is forgiveness required — especially toward ourselves. The Moon — our fastest-moving planetary body — governs our emotional responses and holds the records of the past. As the Earth casts its shadow across the Full Moon in Virgo, we are invited into a profound check-in moment:Can you feel your feet on the ground? What is necessary? What is excess? What choice grounds you? What choice creates chaos? This is an invitation to interview the body. To listen deeply to what feels out of balance within the mind-body-spirit connection. The Pisces stellium may make life feel upside down — like a fatiguing journey across many oceans. The Virgo Eclipse briefly turns us upright so we can see clearly what needs stabilizing, and what next step invites simplicity. This Lunar Eclipse is conjunct the South Node in Virgo. The South Node represents collective clearing — the patterns no longer serving our embodied path in this lifetime. As always, it opposes the North Node — which now sits in Pisces alongside the Sun during the Eclipse. The Sun and North Node in Pisces illuminate the dreams calling us forward — not by handing them to us fully formed, but by revealing what stands in the way.The Sun in Pisces forms a supportive trine with Jupiter in Cancer.Jupiter — the benefic planet of expansion and higher consciousness — offers warmth here. Jupiter in Cancer feels like a compassionate embrace. If Virgo energy becomes overly critical, this aspect invites softness. Unconditional love. Gentleness with ourselves and with others. The Virgo Lunar Eclipse also forms a sextile to Jupiter in Cancer, reinforcing the opportunity to redirect negative self-talk and harsh judgment into nourishment and emotional safety.Venus in Pisces forms a sextile to Uranus in Taurus during the Eclipse.Venus — ruler of Taurus — is exalted in Pisces. This is an opportunity to stabilize relationships through small, sincere acts of kindness. Unexpected tenderness. Reminders of devotion.Saturn and Neptune remain in close proximity after their exact conjunction at 0° Aries on February 20th. Together they are awakening us to what we are uniquely here to do. The Pisces planets continue dissolving residue from old identities so that Aries motivation can move through us cleanly and courageously.Mars — ruler of Aries — is still within the tension of its recent square to Uranus. These two movement-oriented planets can create volatility. Breakdowns that lead to breakthroughs — or breakdowns that are irreversible.Conscious awareness is essential. How we work with this energy internally determines how it manifests externally.Saturn in Aries forms a sextile to Pluto in Aquarius — an opportunity to consciously build a bridge from present to future. This is strategic transformation. Honest restructuring. A willingness to face what feels heavy within the subconscious so that true healing can begin.Uranus in Taurus also forms a sextile to Neptune in Aries. Virgo Lunar Eclipse Forecast

Eclipses change us forever. Solar Eclipses bring something new into our lives and Lunar Eclipses take something away that is for whatever reason no longer in alignment with our journey forward.Every Lunar Eclipse is a Full Moon. Not every Full Moon is a Lunar Eclipse. A lunar eclipse is created when the Earth passes directly between the Sun and a full moon, casting its shadow across the lunar surface. This alignment causes the Moon to darken, often appearing reddish called a “blood moon” because Earth’s atmosphere filters sunlight. This particular Lunar Eclipse is in the mutable earth sign of virgo. Virgo connects us with our physical bodies, the systems of our bodies, the systems in our lives, how we are called to be of service to others, our daily devotional energy. Virgo is discerning and simplifying and able to focus on the details of this current moment like no other sign. This Virgo Lunar Eclipse is occurring in the midst of a mercury retrograde in the sign that is Virgo’s opposite or polarity: Pisces. We are right in the midst of a time period when most of the energy is supporting us in losing sight of the details, and feeling like most things on our schedules are not actually happening at the time or date originally specified and there is a lot of surrender to the flow and forgiveness needed to manage our own energy. The Moon is our fastest moving planet causing our moods to shift as it changes signs every 2.5 days. The Moon rules our emotional response to life as it holds the records of the past. As the moon becomes full and the earth casts it’s shadow across it creating the lunar eclipse in the sign of virgo it’s a major checking in moment for us inviting us to feel our feet on the ground in this present moment and discern what is necessary and what is excess? What choice will ground me and what choice will bring chaos? It’s a call to do an interview with the body and truly listen to what is out of balance between our mind-body-spirit connection. The stellium or cluster of Pisces planets during the eclipse can make us feel like our life is flipped upside down and the Virgo eclipse comes in and turns it right side up for a moment so we can see clearly what to do next to invite some stability and direct next steps into what has felt like a fatiguing journey across many oceans. The Lunar Eclipse in Virgo is conjunct or working directly with the South node in Virgo. The South Node represents the collective clearing out of the patterns no longer serving the grounded embodiment of our energy in this lifetime. The South Node is always directly opposing the North Node just as the Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse is always directly opposing the Sun. So that means that the Sun and the North Node are working together in Pisces to bring attention to the dreams calling us forward through revealing what is standing in the way of those dreams being more reachable. The Sun in the water sign of Pisces is in a supportive trine aspect with the planet Jupiter in the water sign of Cancer. Jupiter is a very supportive planet in general known as the benefic planet that brings luck and expansion and higher consciousness. Jupiter in cancer supporting the Sun in Pisces during the Lunar Eclipse shows up as a warm hug of gentle, compassionate energy for us to lean into if we find ourselves feeling critical or harsh with ourselves or others during the Virgo Eclipse. Virgo can be overly critical and this energy invites us to soften into unconditional love. The Full Moon Eclipse in Virgo is also in a sextile or opportunity aspect with that Jupiter in Cancer which backs up this notion of not allowing ourselves to get lost in negative self talk or judgement of others in any extreme way.The planet Venus also in the sign of Pisces at 26 degrees is in a sextile or opportunity aspect with the planet Uranus in the sign of Taurus during the Eclipse. Venus is the natural ruler of Taurus and also likes being in Pisces so is an opportunity for us to stabilize our relationships through random acts of kindness and showing each other how much you mean to each other.Saturn and Neptune are still in somewhat of a conjunction after their exact conjunction at zero degrees of Aries on February 20th. They are working together to bring each of us alive and awake to what we are uniquely here on this planet at this time to do. All of the Pisces planets are ensuring that we continue to usher out any residue of old patterns that would block our ability to fully harness that Aries motivation to move forward. The planet that rules Aries: Mars-is still in somewhat of a square or point of tension with the planet Uranus after their direct square on February 27th. Mars is known as the little brother to Uranus as both planets are movement oriented with Uranus being motivated to move by divine insight while mars is motivated to move by primal instincts. These two planets in a point of tension with each other can show up in our world as volatility and perhaps fights that cause lasting effects. Those lasting effects can mean there is a breakdown to breakthrough that happens or a breakdown that is unrepairable. We must be conscious about how we work with these energies within us and in our own lives during the lead up and the come down of this Eclipse. Our boundary and rule governing planet: Saturn in the fire sign of Aries is in a sextile or opportunity aspect with the planet of transformational change: Pluto in the Air sign of Aquarius. These two planets are presenting to us an opportunity to truly see and plan for a way forward across the bridge from present to future. We would be wise to be honest with ourselves about anything that we are carrying within our subconscious minds that is heavy or burdensome so that we can seek out the healing we need. Our progressive and truth seeking planet: Uranus in the Earth Sign of Taurus is also in a sextile or opportunity aspect with our illusion dissolving, higher self connecting planet of Neptune in the fire sign of Aries. These two outer planets are communicating about how to bring the future into the tangible steps we are taking now in our everyday lives. How do we create stability in such a de-stabilizing world? How can we simplify and use our energy to be here now while also being aware of what needs to be done at a steady pace? These are the questions we are being asked to sit with during this Lunar Eclipse. Saturn Merges with Neptune at the Aries Point of No Return

This is a serious check-in for the collective but since each of us make up the collective this is a serious call to check in with ourselves as well. We contribute to collective healing when we do our own healing. So many people look outside of themselves at the collective and have a lot to say about what needs to change but since we are a part of the collective as individuals- our biggest place of power to change the collective is to focus on our own individual healing. The nature of the check-in we are all being called into on February 20th goes like this:Saturn in Aries: Accepts that it’s go-time for a new chapter and is checking in on what it is you want to initiate next and assessing it’s ability to endure the long-term steady work necessary to ensure success.Concerns: Aries can start strong and burn out quickly. Saturn is wanting to teach Aries how to conserve his energy for the long-haul.Self-Reflection for Saturn in Aries: How can I make space to be bold and excited about what I am building next while also not burning out before I even start? How can I make myself proud by not doing too much too soon?Neptune in Aries: Accepts that it is no longer in it’s home-sign of Pisces and that the focus is starting a new chapter instead of ending a final chapter. For Neptune, the focus is still on dissolving what is not in alignment with your higher self, and in Aries it also extends to your physical body with a focus on your blood and your head.Concerns: Aries wants to act first think later. Neptune is wanting to teach Aries how to be led down the path of least resistance instead of charging ahead before taking the time to tune into higher guidance.Self-Reflection for Neptune in Aries: Where in my life do I feel impulsive? Can I take a step back to tune-into my higher self before moving forward? What is my body saying it needs now in order to sustain this change of pace? The conjunction or the merging of these two outer planets will have potent ripple effects in the collective and our personal lives as well. Since outer planets move so slowly the effects will be stretched out over the next few years and at that point we will have a more comprehensive understanding of the potency of this conjunction. It’s less about what is changing and happening this week and more about the intentionality we meet this week with.We must do our part to merge with these two planets that are merging. We have to consciously put our energy into the conjunction like we are planting a seed for our dream to grow. Saturn and Neptune in Aries are the perfect combination of energies to help us build our dreams from the ground up we just have to be clear with ourselves about what seed we are planting and be willing to take tangible steps to water the plant. In Astrology there are always many complex factors at play but since Astrology is ruled by Aquarius we can trust that there is a certain genius at play at all times in order to support the evolution process. For instance, during the Saturn-Neptune conjunction at zero degrees of Aries we also have the moon at 12 degrees of Aries adding a more personal jolt of raw emotional knowingness for each of us to sit with and feel into during the conjunction. The moon represents the public so there may be more unsolicited opinions from the peanut gallery around us on things that feel personal. The other astrology genius at play here during the conjunction is we still have 3 planets in Pisces plus the north node in Pisces which points at our highest collective potential at this time. That North Node is still in a conjunction with Venus in Pisces while Mercury in Pisces is preparing to go retrograde next week on the 25th and the Sun has just entered Pisces on the 18th. The genius part of this is we have this monumental conjunction at the zero point of Aries screaming new beginning as well as a stellium of Pisces planets giving us the gentle reminder that we must not step back into old patterns as comfortable as they may be. The retrograde period will be a time where we will get to witness ourselves and others be messy in this process of trying hard to move forward while falling down and having to get back up and start again. This is genius because we are human. We need the transitions. We are not built to leap into new chapters without subconsciously opening the door to the past. We need trial and error. We need grace. We must give it to ourselves because we are worthy of it and bonus it also sets an example for others to see that we get to give ourselves grace in this monumentous times of change. Full Moon in Leo Guided Meditation & Energy Release

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.com🌕 Full Moon in Leo ForecastFebruary 1, 2026 | 13° LeoThis Full Moon in Leo illuminates the heart of our individuality at a moment when nearly every other personal planet is gathered in Aquarius. The Moon—our emotional record keeper—stands alone in Leo, asking us to remember the times we felt different, proud, and yet profoundly alone.Leo remembers the moments when we didn’t fit neatly into any group. When we stood in our truth before there was an audience ready to receive us. Those lone-wolf moments—the lion walking by itself—are the moments that shaped our character most deeply. They were not detours. They were initiations. Each time we chose authenticity over belonging, a new frequency was released into the universe. Eventually, that frequency began calling others toward us. This is how new communities form—not from fitting in, but from standing out.Opposite the Moon, the Sun in Aquarius reflects this truth back to us: new groups are forming now. Chosen families are finding each other. Communities are emerging that didn’t exist before. This Full Moon asks us to question whether the identity of “doing it alone” still fits—or whether we are ready to connect in new, unexpected ways. Are you being called to gather people? To introduce friends to one another? To build an online space you actually want to show up for?To let yourself belong without abandoning your individuality? The Aquarius ActivationWith Venus, Mercury, Mars, and the Sun all in Aquarius, collective consciousness is loud and active.Venus and Mercury conjunct in Aquarius invite conversations rooted in core values—conversations that spark progressive, heart-centered action. This is about speaking what matters to you and discovering who resonates.Mars, freshly transformed by his recent conjunction with Pluto, carries hard-earned wisdom forward. Something has shifted permanently. A cycle has ended. A pattern of wasted energy has been exposed. This Full Moon asks:* What is no longer worth my mental or emotional energy?* What am I unwilling to repeat, no matter how familiar it feels? If you pause and listen, you already know the answer.Mercury also forms a sextile to Chiron in Aries, opening an opportunity for healing through vulnerability. When one person shares their truth, others recognize themselves in it. Individual courage becomes collective medicine.A New Way of SeeingJupiter sits directly on the Ascendant of this Full Moon chart, offering each of us a new lens through which to view the world. This is an invitation to see with beginner’s eyes—to understand how personal histories and family lineages shape behavior, including our own.We are being asked to consciously tend to our emotional inheritance. To choose healing over repetition. To show up without carrying the unresolved weight of generations past. What would it look like to meet the world as the version of yourself who has done that work?Stabilizing in the Midst of ChangeAt the top of the chart, Saturn in late Pisces sextiles Uranus in Taurus, offering an opportunity to stabilize while everything feels in motion. This is a moment of collective maturation. Both planets are finishing their time in these signs, signaling a readiness to level up—if we choose it.We may not yet be living the life we want, but can we begin making decisions from the mindset of the person who will be?Can we pause instead of reacting?Stand still on shaky ground instead of forcing movement?Higher-Self InitiationNeptune has just entered Aries, conjunct Saturn and the Midheaven, broadcasting a powerful spiritual message to the collective. Neptune in Aries seeks to dissolve conflict with unconditional love—but Saturn reminds us that love must have boundaries to be sustainable. This Full Moon asks:How can I embody unconditional love in a way that is grounded, contained, and self-honoring?🌕 Support Through the Full Moon PortalIf you’d like support integrating this energy, you can unlock my Full Moon in Leo Guided Meditation and Energy Release Video. The Full Moon in Leo Unmasked

The Full Moon in Leo on February 1st 2026 at 13 degrees of LeoThe moon is the only personal planet not in Aquarius during this full moon. Since the moon is the emotional record keeper of everything that’s ever happened to us-in the sign of Leo at this climax point we are being called to remember all of the times we didn’t feel we fit into any one group. The times in which we felt alone even when we felt proud of who we had become. The times when the strong, prideful lion felt like a lone wolf are the moments in their life that were the most defining. The times in which true character was built and a new vibration of authenticity was sent streaming into the universe to eventually be met in resonance by another and another and ultimately forming a new community of like minded souls. The Sun in Aquarius directly opposing the full Moon in Leo at 13 degrees reminds us there are new groups forming right now. There are chosen families being built and communities finding each other for the first time. Each prior lone-wolf identifying lion is being challenged to ask themselves if they truly want to or have to continue on with that identity? Or are there people that you are feeling called to connect with in a way you never thought possible? Are you being called to start a group? To introduce friends? To create an online community that you actually look forward to reading notifications from? All of these questions are streaming in during this Full Moon. There are four other planets in Aquarius besides the Sun during the Full Moon. Venus and Mercury are conjunct each other chatting it up about how we can take our core values and start conversations about them with others that spark progressive action toward a future that benefits all of humanity. Mars is coming off his conjunction with Pluto only 4 days before this full moon. It was such a monumental moment in time for these two brother planets. One being the big brother: Pluto having a sit down with little brother Mars instilling his wisdom that real lasting change takes the thorough breaking down of the old to see and expose the root of the problem in order to build something that won’t create the same problems all over again. Mars is in the process of moving on with that wisdom in the forefront of his mind. Mars is forever changed from this sit-down with Pluto and therefore so are we. If we take the time to get conscious about it- we have each seen the light about something in our lives this past week. What is no longer worth our mental energy? What cycle of insanity has stopped that we aren’t willing to start again no matter how hard it feels?Mercury our messenger planet in the sign of Aquarius is also sextile or has an opportunity with Chiron in Aries during this Full Moon. Chiron is our collective soul wound. Mercury in Aquarius is group consciousness and Chiron in Aries is vulnerability in individuality. There is an opportunity here to each individual in the group to choose to be vulnerable with the opportunity to see how relatable their individual experience actually is.Jupiter our benevolent planet of expansion and blessings is conjunct or actually sitting on top of the Ascendant of this full moon chart. Gifting each of us a new pair of glasses to look at the world through. We must very bravely take this opportunity to look out at our world with beginners eyes. We must allow ourselves to see how our own individual upbringing has created each person that makes up the world we live in and make the conscious choice to do something that contributes to our own emotional healing in relation to our own personal family lineage. We must do the work it takes to call forward the version of ourselves that is not showing up with the emotional baggage of all of our ancestors. We must come current with our emotions as best we can and trust whole-heartedly that that is what the world needs most now.The boundary ruling planet Saturn sits at the top of this full moon chart in the late degrees of unity-driven Pisces in a sextile or opportunity aspect with the insightful and fast evolving planet Uranus in the slow but steady sign of Taurus. There is an opportunity for us to stabilize during all of this de-stabilizing energy. We must not miss the forest for the trees as we witness the chaos around us. We must remember the higher purpose of all of this which is a felt sense of unity in our human experience. Both Saturn in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus are finishing up their respective time in Pisces and Taurus. This signals a leveling up of maturity for all of us if we choose it. We aren’t yet living the experience we want to be living but can we step into the mind of those people that will be? Make decisions from that higher mind? Stand still uncomfortably instead of taking action on shaky ground? The planet that connects us with our Higher-Self: Neptune has just recently moved into the sign of initiation and new chapters-Aries 5 days before this Full Moon. Still conjunct Saturn as well as the Midheaven of this full moon chart symbolizing bringing it’s message to the masses. Neptune in Aries wants to dissolve war with unconditional love and Saturn’s involvement in late Pisces is trying to bring structure to that powerful spiritual intention that Neptune is holding. How can we as individuals embody that message of dissolving war with unconditional love in a structured way that has boundaries in place?Be sure to opt-in to my Full Moon in Leo Guided Meditation and Energy Release Video if you are wanting support in finding your way into deeper alignment with your future self and everything that you are being guided to step into through this Full Moon portal. The Capricorn New Moon 2026

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.comThe New Moon is my favorite moment in the lunar cycle. It is the point of pure potential—the energetic clean slate we’re offered every single month. Whether we consciously participate or not, the Moon continues her cycles, but when we choose to align with them, something powerful happens. Momentum builds. Energy ripples outward. Life begins to respond. The New Moon is the only time each month when the Sun and Moon meet in the exact same sign and degree. The Sun represents our life force, our presence, and our identity in this lifetime. The Moon is our emotional record keeper, holding our memories, patterns, and lived emotional experiences. When they come together, they speak the same language. This creates a rare moment of coherence between who we are and how we feel—a potent opening for new beginnings.Wherever this New Moon falls in your natal chart is where you are being offered a fresh start this month. Preparing for that moment—slowing down, reflecting, releasing what no longer fits—allows the activation itself to land more deeply and work more powerfully.A Grounded, Strategic New BeginningThis New Moon takes place in Capricorn, a cardinal earth sign focused on leadership, initiation, and long-term stability. Capricorn does not rush. It builds. It plans. It asks for a solid foundation before taking the next step forward. This is not an impulsive New Moon. It is one that asks for maturity, responsibility, and intentional structure. Capricorn teaches us that real progress happens when we commit to the long game. What makes this New Moon especially potent is that it is not just the Sun and Moon in Capricorn—we have a Capricorn stellium (a cluster of planets in the same sign)The Capricorn Stellium* Sun & Moon at 28° Capricorn* Mercury at 26° Capricorn* Mars at 26° CapricornFour planets clustered together, all speaking the same Saturn-ruled language.Mercury in Capricorn brings wisdom, discernment, and future-oriented thinking. This is the mind of the elder, the strategist, the one who understands consequences and timelines.Mars in Capricorn is action with intention. Mars here does not waste energy. It moves when the probability of success is high. It is disciplined, steady, and deeply committed to long-term results.Together, this energy supports:* Strategic planning* Wise decision-making* Sustainable action* Leadership rooted in integrityThe invitation here is to move steadily—without rushing or overworking. Capricorn energy can become unbalanced when we push too hard or lose ourselves in productivity. This New Moon asks for focused effort, not burnout.Pluto, Venus, and the Call for Transformational ChangePlanets that are conjunct are usually in the same sign although because the New Moon is occurring at a very late degree of Capricorn it is close to anything in the early degree of Aquarius. The New Moon and Sun at 28 degrees of Capricorn are conjunct Venus at 1° Aquarius conjunct Pluto at 3° Aquarius.Venus speaks to:* Self-worth* Values* Money and resources* Relationships* Feminine energy and well-beingPluto being the only outer planet in the bunch forming the conjunction- trumps the other planets and infuses them with its need for transformation that cannot be undone. It is the “this must change” planet.Pluto & Venus in Aquarius, conjunct- broadcasts a message to the collective:Our values are evolving. Our relationships to power, money, and belonging are shifting.Aquarius connects us to the future, to mass consciousness, to technology and humanitarian ideals. With Pluto here, the future is not optional—it is streaming in like Sun after weeks of rain. This New Moon carries a message about building new structures for a new world. Structures that are more inclusive, more conscious, and more aligned with collective well-being.With Pluto in Aquarius’ influence-You may notice opportunities that feel like shortcuts—not reckless leaps, but unexpected openings that move things forward faster than anticipated. Trust your discernment here. Capricorn builds slowly, but Aquarius reminds us that sometimes evolution requires a bold pivot.A Strong Saturn SignatureCapricorn is ruled by Saturn, and Aquarius is co-ruled by Saturn and Uranus. Making this a deeply Saturnian New Moon. Saturn governs boundaries, responsibility, delays, and long-term success. It does not deny—it refines.Adding to this theme, the Sun and Moon form a sextile to Saturn in Pisces.A sextile is an opportunity aspect. It requires conscious participation.Saturn in Pisces is asking us to:* Dissolve outdated emotional patterns* Release illusions and blind spots* Allow endings to complete fullyWith Neptune also in Pisces, this New Moon offers a profound opportunity for emotional and energetic clearing. Blind spots may surface—not to punish us, but to free us.This is not always comfortable. Seeing clearly can feel destabilizing at first. But clarity is what allows true new beginnings to take root.An important intention for this New Moon:“I am willing to see what is ready to be revealed, and I release fear around seeing clearly.”Earth Trines and Manifestation PotentialUranus in Taurus forms a trine to this Capricorn cluster. Trines are supportive, harmonious aspects, and when they occur in earth signs, they carry real manifestation potential.Uranus brings surprise, innovation, and sudden change. In Taurus, it has been slowly but surely reshaping our relationship to security, money, and stability. This trine suggests:* Unexpected support* Breakthroughs around finances or resources* Tangible shifts that feel stabilizing rather than chaoticStay open. Light a candle. Name what you are ready to receive. Earth energy responds when we participate consciously.Balancing Capricorn with CancerWhile most of the focus is in Capricorn, Jupiter in Cancer quietly supports this chart. Cancer is Capricorn’s polarity—it asks us to stay connected to our emotional world.Jupiter in Cancer expands our understanding of:* Family (chosen and biological)* Emotional safety* Nurturance and belongingCapricorn can suppress emotion in the name of productivity. This New Moon asks us to consciously invite emotional presence back in. Ask yourself:What wants to expand within me emotionally during this New Moon?Closing ReflectionsThis is the first New Moon of 2026, making it a powerful launching pad for the year ahead. It sets the tone for what will continue unfolding through the Lunar New Year in February as we welcome the year of the Horse and say farewell to the year of the Snake. This New Moon is not about quick fixes. It is about building something real—with wisdom, courage, and integrity.I invite you to work intentionally with this energy through meditation, reflection, and release. Today's Sagittarius New Moon has a Guardian Angel...

The Sagittarius New Moon on December 19th 2025 at 6:43pm MST occurring at 28 degrees of SagittariusThis Sagittarius New Moon has a Guardian AngelThis is a gifted new moon with a magical mixture of elements creating the perfect energy to start a new beginning withAn ‘orb’ in Astrology is the amount of space between planets that are aspecting each other. Different factors effect how many degrees ‘count’ as an ‘orb’ that’s within fair range to be considered an aspect. This particular New Moon I am calling “orb-less” because of the unique makeup of the planets and the factors I see at play. For instance-so many of the planets and points are in Mutable signs and the energy of Mutable signs has an ‘orb-less’ feeling to them like they can’t be caged in. The mutability of this New Moon is so strong and would be excessive if it weren’t for the planets in earth signs acting as guardian angels to the whole operation. Let’s get to the specifics:We have the Sun and the Moon naturally at the same exact degree point of 28 degrees of Sagittarius creating an exact conjunction like any New Moon would. Then we have Venus~our feminine planet of attraction and beauty at 24 degrees of Sagittarius which is only a 4 degree orb conjunction between that Venus and the Sun & Moon. Then we have Mars~our masculine go-getter planet of action at 3 degrees of Capricorn which is a 5 degree orb between it and the Sun and the Moon. So on both sides of the Sun & the Moon aka ‘The New Moon’ we have the Yin and Yang of the zodiac Venus and Mars: symbolizing that we are at a point of knowing strongly what we desire and we must get grounded in our approach to manifest it.What we have is a Sagittarius Stellium including our dear messenger planet, Mercury at 10 degrees of Sagittarius who is squaring the Nodes of Fate while the other 3 planets in Sagittarius are squaring our illusion dissolving planet of Neptune in Pisces, and our structure insisting planet of Saturn in Pisces. This is a mutable T-square which means the only sign absent from the mutable signs involved is Gemini. Gemini energy is what would bring balance to the situation and so it’s our job to insert it. Sagittarius is excited about what it wants, Pisces is painting illusions about all the ways it could be real, the Virgo South Node is giving it the side eye of judgement, and so we must insert the Gemini energy by asking more questions and doing more research- perhaps having more conversations with people from a state of curiosity. More information is needed to proceed forward with the endeavor.I am naming Mars in Capricorn the guardian angel of this New Moon since he happens to be in the room overhearing the Sagittarius party planning for the manifestation that has not yet come to be and it’s Mars in Capricorn who saves the day this New Moon. Mars in Capricorn overhears the party planning and interrupts asking for a copy of the step-by-step plan for manifestation. When all that is present is the party planning for after the manifestation happens everyone in the room knows it’s time to get to work. This New Moon: You need more information, more step-by-step planning, and the promise that there will be a party at the end if you tackle the first two tasks. This is a gifted new moon because it has actual balance and where there is not balance we are being called to create it and that’s the whole point of why following along with Astrological forecasts can better your life experience. There are other planets having conversations this New Moon as well. We have Jupiter our planet of expansion and blessings squaring Chiron the point of the Soul Wound. This square although it’s a point of tension it is a promising one in terms of us reaching a higher perspective in our own personal spiritual healing journeys. We might for the first time see ourselves in contrast to our families of origin and see the higher purpose or some sort of silver lining on our past. This is especially likely because we also have our planet of self value-Venus in a trine or harmonious aspect with that Chiron applying healing salve to our sacred soul wounds. Our planet of divine insight- Uranus in the grounded sign of Taurus is in a sextile or opportunity aspect with Neptune in the ungrounded sign of Pisces. There is a solid piece of advice available for us with this aspect. Something to write down and repeat when we feel ourselves getting carried away by excitement and no plan. That advice goes as follows: Use your new found excitement and enthusiasm for your future as fuel to create a plan that stabilizes you and promises success because you are willing to put in the work.Want a New Moon Ritual Video sent to your inbox each month? This Sagittarius New Moon has a Guardian Angel

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit healmycosmos.substack.comThe Sagittarius New Moon on December 19th 2025 at 6:43pm MST occurring at 28 degrees of Sagittarius feel free to do the above guided meditation and energy healing at any point from now and through the day of the new moon as well as at any point during the moon cycle leading up to the next Full Moon in Cancer on January 3rd. An ‘orb’ in Astrology is the amount of space between planets that are aspecting each other. So on both sides of the Sun & the Moon aka ‘The New Moon’ we have the Yin and Yang of the zodiac Venus and Mars: symbolizing that we are at a point of knowing strongly what we desire and we must get grounded in our approach to manifest it. What we have is a Sagittarius Stellium including our dear messenger planet, Mercury at 10 degrees of Sagittarius who is squaring the Nodes of Fate while the other 3 planets in Sagittarius are squaring our illusion dissolving planet of Neptune in Pisces, and our structure insisting planet of Saturn in Pisces. The Scorpio New Moon & the message you can't un-hear

Personal planets are the planets that effect us on a very personal, everyday level. All of the personal planets except for Mars, are in Scorpio during the New Moon.Scorpio is co-ruled by both Mars: the planet that connects us with our primal, instinctual nature to survive, and the planet Pluto which connects us to our drive to transform all that is not true within us. The Sun, The Moon and Mercury are all at the same late degree point of 28 degrees of Scorpio-forming a “stellium” or cluster of planets in the same sign. Mercury being the messenger planet is currently retrograde aka in a process of reviewing information-is at the same degree point as the Sun and the Moon. Mercury now has the task of making sure our emotional truth (the moon) is felt and brought to the surface (the sun) The Moon connects us with our emotional response to what the Sun is doing. These 3 planets are creating a loud speaker of truth for us to hear. Because Mercury is retrograde: It’s the truth that we have had selective hearing around in the past. The truth that has been in our blind spot for lifetimes. The Sun, the Moon, and Mercury (retrograde) all in Scorpio are opposing the planet Uranus (retrograde) which has just moved back into the fixed Earth sign of Taurus for it’s last Hoorah in the sign before it makes it’s final ingress into the mutable air sign of Gemini in April 2026. It will stay in Gemini until mid 2032 so this last Hoorah in Taurus is quite significant. There are significant differences in fixed signs and mutable signs. Fixed signs resist change as much as mutable signs welcome it. Scorpio and Taurus are both fixed signs that are polarity to each other. Uranus in Taurus wants to break through Taurus’ natural inclination to resist change. The Scorpio stellium or cluster of planets in Scorpio including the Sun, the Moon, and Mercury (retrograde) all want us to acknowledge a deep truth within ourselves and that push for truth is being stared down by a planet that also wants truth (Uranus) in a sign like Taurus that connects us with what we value as well as our own personal self value. Uranus has a full spectrum scope of the future and in Taurus it’s trying to get us to question our values and receive an upgrade in them so that they are more future-focused. This opposition is kind of like a game of tug-of-war to get us to move forward steadily embodying the truth that our future is built upon. These changes can feel very personal. It’s like having all of your fears and doubts on a loud-speaker inside of your own mind so that you can once and for all name that they are irrational fears that have no legs to stand on.The Grand Water Trine occurring during this New Moon creates beautiful emotional support. The trine aspect is happening between Jupiter our beloved benefic planet in the Cardinal Water Sign of Cancer helping us expand our emotional capacity to re-writethe narrative of the past to a more self-loving version. The planets Neptune and Saturnare in the Mutable Water sign of Pisces. Neptune is the natural ruler of Pisces and it is helping us dissolve old ways of being that were too self-sacrificing. Saturn is our structure and boundaries-no-non-sense planet. In the sign of Pisces It is helping us dissolve old structures that are no longer working and create boundaries where there were none before. The other planets involved in the Grand Water trine are our event hosts: the Sun, the Moon, and Mercury (retrograde). These planets trining each other during this new moon is offering potent emotional clarity and ultimate forgiveness. The kind of forgiveness that doesn’t make you want to go backwards and start over with the same people and the same situations but the kind that supports you in finding gratitude in everything that happened that has brought you to this point of clarity to start over and re-build from a place of knowing what needs to be different now.The Grand Water trine creates a powerfully supportive Kite aspect in the chart of this new moon. The Kite is lifted off the ground by the planet that opposes one of the planets in the trine. In this case it is Uranus in Taurus offering a hand in making sure the old foundation doesn’t attempt to masquerade as the new foundation that will be our divine future. We are meant to stay present and aware of our actions and our motivations during the week of this new moon. Are we doing the same thing we did in the past that we know won’t work in the future? This is a time of brutal self-honestyand crawling out of the deep caves of our blind spots. A time where we will feel really tense and resistant and if we can stay conscious of the task at hand: soften, breathe deeply and surrender to the change, we will come out of this New Moon portal un-recognizable to ourselves in the best of ways. The point of the Kite-Uranus in Taurus is in a sextile with the other water signs it’s not opposing. A sextile creates opportunity. Uranus in Taurus is sextile Neptune in Pisces and Saturn in Pisces (Neptune and Saturn are conjunct each other and working together in the same sign) Neptune in Pisces is helping to dissolve the old, no longer usable materials that Uranus in Taurus doesn’t want to let go of. It’s like saying I really don’t want to get rid of this couch even though I know I should and then someone knocks on your door and asks if you have any furniture to donate to a family in need. The sextile aspect makes it easier to say yes to the change even when your heels are dug in to resisting it-something that Taurus does often. Saturn’s job in the sextile is to validate that yes this structure is outdated and we must take this step to bull-doze it so that we can begin to lay our new foundation in a timely manner. The other Sextile/opportunity happening for Uranus in Taurus is with Jupiter in Cancer. Jupiter is offering a positive emotional spin and much needed re-frame for us with thevery difficult changes we are being asked to make with this New Moon.Venus-our planet of beauty, money, value, attraction, receiving, divine feminine, relationships, health and self-worth is also in the sign of Scorpio and is forming a harmonious trine to the North Node in Pisces. The North Node is our collective destinypoint and in Pisces we are shedding everything that doesn’t support us in seeing our personal role in creating unity consciousness. Venus in Scorpio is helping us stand in our truth even if on shaky legs and through night-sweats so that we can emerge in our worthiness to be a part of this unity consciousness the future is calling us all into.Since the New Moon is happening at the late degrees of Scorpio-just days after the new Moon, the Sun and Moon will swiftly go into Sagittarius where we will get a glimpse of the hawks eye view over our lives and invite in a truer perspective of what we need to do to get to where we actually want to go from here.Feel like you want support in navigating what this New Moon in Scorpio is inviting you to heal within your own soul growth journey? Healing Self Abandonment in the name of Self-Love

Self-Clearing Card: Abandonment:Unpacking the Energy:When you are triggered by the energy of abandonment - you are in some way afraid that you will be left behind. This could be by a person, a group, or even yourself. Sudden changes or new ways of thinking, being or acting can trigger abandonment.Example: Someone you’re close to- like a partner or friend does something that isn’t in alignment with what you typically expect from them and it triggers abandonment. You have a thought that surprises you because it’s not something you have ever thought and it challenges what you have known and what feels safe to you to invite in new possibilities. You could feel like you are abandoning an old way of thinking or being and that feels terrifying because it’s all you’ve ever known. The impact of this Energy: Operating within Abandonment energy can negatively impact your current relationships to the point that you are constantly acting from a place of worry that someone will leave or ‘ghost’ you or that someone will see or suspect the parts of you that you abandoned out of fear of letting your whole self be seen.Getting to the root of the Energy:Ask yourself the following questions & journal or talk it out with a Therapist, a Healer or someone you trust: Did I ever feel abandoned as a child? By who? How did that shape me? My Core Beliefs?Did I feel abandoned as a teen or young adult? By who? How did that shape me? My Core Beliefs?Have I ever abandoned myself? What parts of me did I shove down or abandon because I felt I had to?What does abandonment energy look like in my daily life? How does it affect my relationships with others? With myself? What would my life be like if it wasn’t dominated by abandonment energy?Self-Renewal Card: Self-LoveUnpacking the energy:You have pulled the card of self-love as your self-renewal card: your energy field is receiving this particular energy so that it may guide you forward by informing your thoughts, and your actions. It is meant to serve as energetic support and medicine after the clearing away of the discordant energy in your subconscious mind through the self-clearing card we received. The energy of self-love will guide you forward now.Example of how this energy can show up in your life: Maybe you are a person who always shows up for others in ways and in times that win you major gold stars in relationships. Maybe at this point you are fatigued from always being there day and night for the same people. You acknowledge you have a need now and no one is there to meet it for you. Your relationship with yourself feels bone-dry because you have given all you have to the people in your life. The people in your life have learned that you are there for them but since you have never asked them to be there for you, they don’t even know what that looks like and now you feel abandoned by them when they were never there to begin with because you always abandon yourself to show up for them. You feel resentment and bitterness and you are being invited to ask yourself if that resentment and bitterness is for the most part at yourself for abandoning yourself as a default pattern to receive love from others. The energy of self-love is calling you forward for healing now.The impact of this energy: When you live in a constant cycle of self-abandonment, your self love is depleted. It can be difficult to attract relationships where there is any reciprocity whatsoever when you live in a perpetual state of abandoning your own needs for others. You can be exhausted, irritable, and anxiety-ridden when you are only focused on doing for others.Getting to the root of the energy:Ask yourself the following questions & journal or talk it out with a Therapist, Healer, or someone you trust:What does self-abandonment look like for you? Recall what the cycle looks like for you and write it out. Example: someone calls and complains they need something and don’t have time/energy to do it and you automatically volunteer for the job.Would you want others to abandon themselves for you just as you have abandoned yourself for them? Close your eyes and consider: Is that really what you want? Or would you rather everyone stop abandoning themselves for each other and see what kind of experience that creates? Take time to reflect upon what all of this feels like when you imagine it.Can you recall an act of self-love that you gave to yourself? If so when was it? What was the act? How did it feel to show yourself love? If you cannot recall any act of self love you have ever given yourself-ask yourself what that would look like if you made space to try. Make a list of acts of self love you would like to give yourself. Remind yourself that switching to honoring yourself instead of ignoring yourself is a major shift and resistance to the shift is normal and can take time and practice. Can you put a self-love date on your calendar this week? Commit to asking yourself what you need and setting aside the time to give it to yourself this week and sticking to it regardless of who asks you to show up for them at that time. Keeping one promise to yourself that honors what you need is a beautiful step on your self-love journey. This is a public episode. Healing Through the Two Parts of You

When listening to this podcast it’s important to start to think about the card decks in the Self-Healing Oracle deck we will be using as representing two parts of you. The Self-Clearing Cards in the deck represent the energy of your Ego (your false self). The Self-Renewal Cards in the deck represent the energy of your Higher Self (your true self). The role of the Ego is to protect you, although- because humans are conditioned from a young age to attach to fear-the protection that the ego is trying to provide can be counterproductive. It can look like maintaining a state of hyper-vigilance around the past repeating itself so on a subconscious level we are always waiting for the other shoe to drop and we can feel prematurely convinced that something is happening that is potentially just a story of the past playing on repeat like a broken record. When the Ego perceives or senses anything in our current reality that resembles the past it hits our internal panic button causing us to feel emotionally triggered. Unless we intentionally take the time to fact check our current reality and validate that this is indeed an old story and the emotion is rooted in the past we can get stuck in an emotional loop that never ends and the past can continue to play itself out and we continue to feel blocked from success in different areas of our lives. The protection the Ego is meant to provide you is making sure you don’t do things that are actually dangerous for you in the present moment like jump off a cliff. The problem is that whatever experiences of trauma we have had in the past provide the Ego with a long list of things it is defining as just as dangerous as jumping off a cliff. The role of the Higher Self is to guide you to your highest potential in this lifetime and to support you in your Soul Evolution Journey. From a young age we are mostly conditioned to listen to the voice of the ego aka the voice of fear-and so that voice gets increasingly louder. By the time we are adults it’s all we can hear and the voice of the higher self becomes a faint whisper. Through the process of consciously starting to invite the voice of the Higher Self to speak- the voice gets louder and more clear. A powerful part of the process in inviting the voice of the Higher Self in is redirecting the voice of the Ego so that you can listen to what the Higher Self has to say.The Self-Clearing Cards in the deck represent the energy your ego is inviting you to engage with that is keeping you stuck in the energy of the past. By acknowledging and releasing this energy from your subconscious mind it brings it into the conscious mind where you can begin to become aware of the root of it so that you can get beyond the trigger and begin to see it clearly moving forward in your healing journey. The Self-Renewal Cards in the deck represent the energy that your Higher Self is currently inviting you into so that you can begin to use that new energy as an anchor that guides your thoughts and actions so that you can begin to have the type of success in different areas of your life that you so crave. The Self-Healing cards are a tool you can call upon that will walk you through a healing process when you are in an emotionally triggered state. We are ready to choose our very first self-clearing card that is showing up today for you and the entire collective to work with in your self-healing journey. The card of: Unforgiveness:Unpacking the Energy:When you are triggered by the energy of unforgiveness - it can mean that something or a series of things have occurred in your life that you feel are so beyond acceptable that you just can’t fathom forgiveness. Your unforgiveness eats away at your ability to sustain peace and joy. A part of you wants to forgive but you just keep spinning in the resentment you feel. You recognize your own suffering as a result of unforgiveness and you don’t want to keep living like this.Pulling this card signifies that there is some unforgiveness that you are now ready to let go of.Example: Someone betrayed your trust and even the mention of their name brings up so much pain. They are no longer in your life and you resent them for it. You hold a grudge toward them and your unforgiveness is so heavy that it consumes your thoughts. The impact of this Energy: When you are triggered by unforgiveness it can feel like you are trapped in a bitter cycle of thoughts. You think about the person you can’t forgive and the pain or lack of love memory is activated within you. One story plays like a broken record in your mind echoing through your body. The story that your ego blasts as a means to keep you from experiencing more pain and in turn causes you to continue to exacerbate the pain you already have experienced by choosing to resist any and all attempts to humanize the person you can’t forgive through compassion.Getting to the root of the Energy:Ask yourself the following questions & journal or talk it out with a Therapist, Healer, or someone you trust: (These questions can be answered before or after pulling a self-renewal card and going through that part of the healing process)Who can’t I forgive? What possible circumstances in this person’s life could have contributed to them letting me down? Can I find compassion for their experience? How would my life experience change if I was able to let go of the anger and resentment through finding compassion for this person? Is there anything I need to forgive myself for?Do I need to forgive myself before trying to forgive others? After answering those questions it is now time to pull our very first Self-renewal card! The card is: Consideration. Let’s unpack the energy of consideration together.Unpacking the energy:If you have pulled the card of consideration your energy field is receiving this particular energy so that it may guide you forward by informing your thoughts, and your actions. It is meant to serve as energetic support and medicine after the clearing away of the discordant energy in your subconscious mind through the self-clearing card we received.Whichever card you pulled-the energy of consideration will guide you forward now.Example: You pulled the self-clearing card of unforgiveness and now the self-renewal card of consideration. The way forward for you is making space to consciously consider the situation and all people involved (including yourself) that you have been unable to forgive. This can look like you taking the time to consider things through journal writing, one-on-one processing with a close friend, a therapist or a healer- or writing a letter that you may or may not ever send to the person(s) involved in the situation you haven’t been able to forgive. The main thing to focus on is creating the space in your schedule to sit with and seriously consider your unforgiveness. The impact of this energy: The energy of consideration begs for spaciousness. We live in a fast-paced world where spaciousness can feel like a luxury and therefore something we cannot afford. When this energy comes into your awareness it is time to reclaim your right to spaciousness. Once you create the space-then you can actually consider what you are needing to consider in order to support your self-healing journey. Each of us has different lives. Different schedules. Different commitments. That means each of us will have a different definition of what spaciousness is and can be in our lives. Spaciousness can be taking 3 deep breaths before transitioning to the next thing in your day or it can look like taking a walk without your phone so that you can consider something without distraction. It can look so many ways and you will find what it is to you through setting your intention right here right now for consideration.Getting to the root of the Energy:Ask yourself the following questions & journal or talk it out with a Therapist, Healer, or someone you trust: (These questions can be answered at any point after pulling a self-renewal card and going through that part of the healing process)When in the next week can I create space to deeply consider what is keeping me in a state of unforgiveness? Towards myself? Towards others? What do I typically do to avoid consideration? How can I help myself minimize the liklihood of that avoidance happening this week?Even if it feels hard-can I make space to consider the other person’s point of view? When I make space to consider where the other person is coming from-what comes up for me?How do I feel when I consider if both things can be true? Guidance on using this Aries Full Moon to strengthen your Self-Healing Journey

The Sun- the life and vitality of the current events is in the cardinal air sign of Libra representing initiating connection with others opposing the Moon-the emotional response to those current events is in the cardinal sign of Aries representing initiating self will. The Key word that brings these cardinal signs together is initiating. All cardinal signs have an initiating quality to them. Aries and Libra are polarity signs because one wants to initiate what the other wants to turn away from. This full moon in Aries is asking us to lay certain toxic traits on the Altar of our becoming- this theme is strengthened when we look at what the planet Mercury is doing. Mercury just entered the sign of Scorpio. Scorpio is ruled by both Mars and Pluto. It is a fixed water sign inviting us deeper into our emotional truth so that we can alchemize the darker, shadow emotions we are seeing our lives through like fear and betrayal so that we can heal and rise higher into our truth. This process is typically facilitated through intimate connections with others. With Mercury being at the zero degree point of Scorpio it is approaching an exact square to Pluto- one of the rulers of Scorpio in the sign of Aquarius-which is a fixed air sign inviting us out of our emotions and into our minds to consider and honor what the group needs. This Substack is reader-supported. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber. So the square between Mercury and Pluto during the Full Moon in Aries is a point of tension meant for us to feel between our own individual needs and desires, the needs and desires of our one-on-one relationships, the needs and desires of the collective group, and the intensity we feel as we hold and process it all. This square can bring a climax of anger because what we feel and what we think are at odds. The Benefic Sisters-Venus and Jupiter have an opportunity to ground us into feeling valid in our wants and desires to have it all and honor it all and gosh darnit put it all on the calendar! Venus in Virgo is working over time to make sure it all can happen and that nothing, and no one feels cast aside, especially because she is working very closely with the South Node in Virgo which is making sure there is a thorough clearing out of all that is not working any longer. Venus connects us with what we value and in the organization and system honoring sign of Virgo we are somehow doing it all -even though we have no idea how or if we even like it. Jupiter in the sensitive, emotional, go-inward sign of Cancer reminds Venus in Virgo that cancelling plans to stay home and take a bath or bake cookies is sometimes the best way to use discernment when we look at the fullness of our schedules. The mastery we are being invited into with Venus in Virgo sextile Jupiter is remembering that even though we can do it all doesn’t mean we should and practicing discernment in moments where we may have gone too far is vital.Jupiter in Cancer is also in a square or point of tension with Chiron in Aries-our collective soul wound as well as Eris in Aries-where we feel ‘othered’. We are needing to take a fresh look at ourselves and how far we have come since we were wee little ones. We aren’t meant to compare with others but with the other versions of ourselves we seem to have grown out of if we look hard enough. We seem to be finding our people that don’t reconnect us with the experience of feeling ‘othered’ when we take the time to look around in the present moment. Jupiter in Cancer is also in a harmonious trine with our sacred rage Diva: Dark Moon Lilith in the emotionally intense water sign of Scorpio. We get to feel what we feel and we don’t have to feel shameful about it but we do need to be with why we are angry and ask honest questions about who’s anger it is to begin with. Our planet of rebellion and be who you are-Uranus in the chatty duality sign of Gemini is having some interesting conversations with other planets this Full Moon as well. It is talking possibility with our planet of dissolving anything but unconditional love-Neptune in the sign of Aries helping us stay abreast to who we are becoming and in connection with our future self. Uranus in Gemini is also trining Pluto in Aquarius facilitating conversations that need to be had for us to continue to walk blindly into the future trusting there is indeed a rightful place for each of us there. Even though the planet Mars isn’t making any aspects to other planets during this Full Moon-I would still call this a very Mars Full Moon-as it is in Aries the sign that Mars rules and Mars is in the sign of Scorpio-the other sign that Mars co-rules. With that Mercury in Scorpio squaring Pluto in Aquarius it is clear that Mars and Pluto are very key players in this Full Moon making it a grand opportunity to examine where in our lives are our actions motivated by fear, betrayal, and the shadow aspects of who we have become, and are we ready to allow those parts to heal by acknowledging why we are angry and what the root of our anger actually is?This Substack is reader-supported.
