Ep. 71: My health journey + how i've maintained my weight for 2+ years
I have been able to maintain my dream physique for 2+ years now, without really *trying* to. Why? Becasue I have found what health truly means to me and i'm not only focused on my physique. Instead, I am focused on how to best take care of my body. I have been through my ups and downs along the way, but all of my experiences lead me to where I am today and why I am able to maintain my physique for so long. Are you someone who tracks macros? Maybe you don't want to track macros for good but you feel nervous NOT tracking macros. Tracking macros is a great tool to use to help you learn more about nutrition. BUT, it's not something I personally think anyone should do forever.
