6 years postpartum, after having my two tiny humans making my way back to me, I realized that there are other mommas who are going through what I went through and hearing from someone who is on the other side may offer something. I know I would have loved to found something like this even a year ago!     Do you eat your eggs the way everybody else eats them just to make life easy for everybody. Do you even know how you like your eggs? This episode had a completely different topic in the original plan. I got strong feelings that this topic needed to be todays topic. Learning and figuring out how to use my voice, to speak my truth and live an authentic life is no easy feat. This can be extremely challenging for those of us who have led a life of living small a life of watching what we say and how we acts in order to appease the masses. People pleasers and chameleons I am here to encourage you to find and use your voice, this is the work, it has a powerful ripple effect ❤️

    A quick little intro to grease the wheels! As I learn this whole podcast thing, there will inevitably be hurdles along the way that I am excited to figure out as we go! It's safe to say that I in the past have not felt confident through speech. Oddly enough public speaking does not terrify me I actually would love to lean into that more. Until I invested in myself hired a coach it's a really gritty work. I am also realizing I have a lot to offer. I think that there are women and mothers out there that are seeking the kind of community that I'm wanting to build. So let's build it! I am a mother of two with a diploma and holistic nutrition a beauty School dropout at 80s movie lover who quite often swear like a sailor. One of my current favorite remedies for a headache is getting my hands into soil. I love a delicious full-bodied red glass of wine. Stick around for a while, see if I'm your cup of tea.
