Nate sits down with Red Deer Alberta's very own Trashed Ambulance as they came to town to do some bowling and play some music at the latest edition of punk rock bowling in Calgary. Check it out. Then check out their new release.

If you have spent any time involved in the local music scene you may have crossed paths with the one and only Brock Leroy Brown. Nate and Mike had the pleasure of going down memory lane with Brock and got him to tell us a little bit about finding punk in Medicine Hat, working in a local record store, playing in some legendary local bands and of course the infamous appearance by the Browns on A Channels morning news show.

Nate and Mike sit down with One Week Records artist Seth Anderson to discuss life in Canmore, what its like to record/work with the legendary Joey Cape, and what shapes a Seth Anderson song.

Nate and Mike opened up the basement to long time listener and music collector extraordinaire Jay and we discussed the marriage of punk rock and sports. Hey I know it sounds crazy but it was shockingly easy to find punk rock songs that had sports references. So get out your yoga mat or put on your running shoes and take a listen to what we came up with. Then in between crunches get your list to us.

Nate and Mike were lucky enough to hook up with Brian & Jarret from the band Pears when they came through town with NOFX. We talk about all the important things like why the band is named Pears. What Brian plans to do when he isn't touring. And we dug deep and found out Jarret isn't even from New Orleans. Hope you enjoy.

Episode 20 - The One About Movies Nate and Mike head into the basement on a cold snowy night to discuss some of their favorite movies references in music. It took some digging but music is littered with these sometimes subtle references. Take a listen as we sift through our music knowledge and then hopefully you one up us with your lists.
