Why You Still Feel Rejected (Even After Time Has Passed)
Have you ever found yourself thinking…“Why am I still dealing with this? It’s been so long—shouldn’t I be over it by now?”In this episode of Hope Beyond the Hurt, we’re talking about why time alone doesn’t heal emotional wounds—and why rejection can still affect you even when you thought you had moved on.Your heart, mind, and emotions don’t automatically heal just because time has passed. What’s been buried isn’t healed—it’s just waiting to be processed the right way.In this episode, I’ll walk you through:Why unhealed pain doesn’t just go awayHow rejection impacts your thoughts, emotions, and even your bodyWhat the Word of God says about handling rejectionA simple, practical way to move forward without staying stuck in rejectionJesus never said rejection wouldn’t happen—but He did show us how to respond to it.It may knock you down… but it doesn’t have to knock you out.📖 Scriptures:Matthew 10:14 (AMPC)Isaiah 43:4 (NKJV)You are not defined by rejection.God already settled your value!Sign up to receive weekly encouragement from me at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdIPJWodM8k3-zllV6fW9mwYSdwwm82C_9SvrAXWCVzzPu-Xg/viewform?usp=header

Does Time Heal All Wounds
Does time really heal all wounds… or have we believed something that isn’t actually true?In this episode of Hope Beyond the Hurt, we’re talking about one of the most common phrases people say in difficult seasons—and why it doesn’t bring the healing we’re hoping for.Time may help you move forward… but it doesn’t heal what’s been broken inside.Real healing happens when you intentionally allow God’s Word to restore your heart, renew your mind, and uproot the pain that’s been buried. In this episode, I share a personal moment that changed everything for me—and the choice we all have to make when we’re hurting. If you’ve been waiting to feel better… this message will help you understand why—and show you where true healing is found.📖 Scriptures:Romans 12:2Mark 4Isaiah 61:1You don’t have to stay stuck. Healing is available to you.

Guard Your Heart
Not everything gets access. You are the gatekeeper of your soul. Not every thought gets permission. Not every voice gets a seat at your table. In this episode, we talk about what it really means to guard your heart—and why it matters more than you think.Through a simple but powerful analogy of pulling weeds, we unpack how issues, pain, and past experiences can take root in our hearts if we don’t deal with them. Some things don’t belong—but they still try to grow.Proverbs 4:23 tells us to guard our hearts with all diligence, because everything in our life flows from it.This episode will help you:Recognize what you’ve been allowing into your heartTake authority over your thoughts and emotionsLet go of what doesn’t belongChoose forgiveness and freedomWith the help of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, you can uproot what’s been planted and walk in the freedom God has for you.You don’t have to let everything in.For more encouragement, subscribe to my YouTube channel @TrishaWarrenPodcastSign up to be on my email list: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdIPJWodM8k3-zllV6fW9mwYSdwwm82C_9SvrAXWCVzzPu-Xg/viewform?usp=header

Do They Deserve Your Forgiveness…Even Without An Apology
Have you ever felt like you couldn’t move on until you heard the words, “I’m sorry”?You’re not alone. In this episode, we talk about the truth that can set you free:👉 You don’t need an apology to forgive.Sometimes the person who hurt you doesn’t recognize what they’ve done…Sometimes they feel no remorse…And sometimes, the apology you’re waiting for may never come.So what do you do?In this message, I share how waiting on an apology can keep you stuck—and how making the decision to forgive can set you free.We look at what Jesus demonstrated on the cross when He said, “Father, forgive them…”—even when no one asked for forgiveness.Forgiveness isn’t about excusing what happened. It’s about releasing yourself from what’s been holding you back.👉 You don’t need an apology.👉 You need a decision. If you’re ready to let go, heal, and move forward, this episode will encourage and strengthen you.If this message blesses you, be sure to subscribe and share it with someone who needs it.Please sign up to be on my email list to receive weekly encouragement: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdIPJWodM8k3-zllV6fW9mwYSdwwm82C_9SvrAXWCVzzPu-Xg/viewform?usp=header

Distracted
Have you ever wondered why you feel so distracted? In this episode, I share a simple moment with my son that revealed something powerful. He kept spilling things, and instead of just correcting him, I asked questions to help him think it through. What we realized was clear—he wasn’t being careless… he was distracted. And so many of us are living the same way.We carry stress from home into work, bring work stress back home, and allow our minds to be pulled in every direction. Then we wonder why we keep missing things, making mistakes, or feeling like we’re not succeeding anywhere. But distraction doesn’t just affect our daily lives—it affects how we hear and respond to God.I also share a moment when I was about to pay for Conrad’s food and heard the Holy Spirit say, “Check the date.” It was subtle, and I almost ignored it—but when I looked, it was expired. That moment reminded me how important it is to listen to the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit.Along with that, I talk about a situation with our baby goats getting out and how I almost hesitated to let Conrad step in and help—almost holding him back from doing what he was designed to do.How often do we do the same thing when God is speaking?Distraction and hesitation can keep us stuck, but when we learn to listen and obey quickly, everything begins to change. The Holy Spirit is always speaking—our job is to be present, disciplined, and ready to respond. If this episode encouraged you, please subscribe and share it so others can be strengthened too.📩 Be sure to join my email list — https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdIPJWodM8k3-zllV6fW9mwYSdwwm82C_9SvrAXWCVzzPu-Xg/viewform?usp=header

In today’s world, when something isn’t working right, we refresh it.We refresh a webpage when it glitches. We restart our phones when they freeze. We close and reopen apps when they stop responding.Because sometimes the problem isn’t that the system is completely broken…It just needs to be refreshed. And the same is true in your life.If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, discouraged, or like something just isn’t right—this episode is for you.In this episode of the Hope Beyond the Hurt Podcast, Trisha Warren shares how your mindset shapes your reality and why renewing your thinking can completely change the direction of your life.Have you ever noticed how two people can grow up in the same household—facing the same circumstances—yet walk away with completely different perspectives? One sees opportunity. The other sees limitation. One rises. The other stays stuck. The difference isn’t always the situation. It’s the mindset.✨ In This Episode, You’ll Discover:• Why your mindset matters more than your circumstances• How to recognize when your thinking needs a reset• The difference between being broken and simply needing a refresh• How to shift your perspective and take control of your thoughts• Why you don’t have to stay stuck in negative patterns• How renewing your mind leads to transformation🧠 Your life will always move in the direction of your strongest thoughts. If your thinking is filled with fear, doubt, and limitation—you’ll feel stuck. But when your thoughts align with truth, faith, and possibility—you begin to move forward.📖 Biblical FoundationRomans 12:2 reminds us:“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”Transformation doesn’t start externally—it starts internally. When you change the way you think, you change the way you live.💡 Key TakeawayYou don’t have to stay where you are.You don’t have to keep thinking the same thoughts that have kept you stuck.Sometimes your life doesn’t need a complete overhaul…It just needs a mindset refresh.🎧 About the PodcastHope Beyond the Hurt is a faith-based podcast designed to help you heal, grow, and move forward in freedom. Feeling Behind?
Have you ever looked at your life and thought, “I should be further along by now”?Maybe because of what’s happened—or even a few choices you wish you could redo—you feel behind. That feeling can quietly turn into discouragement, frustration, and the sense of being stuck. But feeling behind does not mean you’re done.In this message, we look at what Jesus taught in Mark 4—that the Word of God is like seed, and the heart is like soil. The seed is always good, but growth depends on the condition of the soil it’s planted in. When the Word doesn’t seem to be producing fruit, it may be time to look inward rather than give up.Jesus identifies four heart conditions that can either block or release growth:A hardened heartA shallow heartA distracted heartA good heartThis teaching will help you recognize where you are and why progress may feel stalled—even when God is speaking. We also connect this truth to Romans 12:1–2, where Scripture shows us that true transformation happens through surrender and the renewing of the mind—not by striving harder, but by allowing God to work from the inside out. This is the kind of change that truly transforms your life. Finally, we look at John 15, where Jesus reminds us that growth and fruitfulness come from staying connected to Him—not from pressure, performance, or perfection. If you’re feeling behind, this message will encourage you to:Examine the condition of your heartRelease striving and choose surrenderRecommit to God’s WordTrust the process of transformationYou may not be delayed. You may be planted. No more down days.

Sitting with pain she had never known before, she had to make a decision — would she let what happened to her ruin her life, or would she turn to God, heal, forgive, and keep moving forward? This episode is a reminder that your circumstances do not determine your future — you do.You’ll be encouraged as we talk about:Taking responsibility for your response, even when you’ve been wrongedChoosing life, faith, and obedience in difficult seasonsUnderstanding the authority we walk in as believersStanding firm during storms instead of giving upWhy continuing to do right always produces right in your lifeWe look at scriptures including Deuteronomy 30:19–20, Luke 8:22–25, Matthew 16:19, Galatians 6:9, Romans 12:21, and others that point back to this truth: you have authority, and God is with you.If you’re facing challenges today, feeling tired, or tempted to quit, this message will remind you that you can stand firm, trust God, and keep doing what is right — no matter what. There is hope beyond the hurt, and God is not finished with you.📘 My Book Is Available Now!!!The First 24 Hours: What To Do When Your Spouse Has Had An Affair👉 Purchase your copy here:https://fultonbooks.com/books/?book=the-first-24-hoursAvailable in print and ebook formats.🎧 Listen on your favorite platform:Apple PodcastsSpotifyAmazon MusicYouTube Podcasts👇 Stay connected:Subscribe for daily encouragement:@TrishaWarren-f1fJoin my email community for weekly faith-filled encouragement:https://signup.trishawarrenministries.org
