Preston is a 7 year old sports fiend from Stella Maris, he was a little shy, but Mum says he was full of beans before and after hanging with Sam and Ash (or Dana filling in for Ash) Sam can often have that effect on people...don't worry buddy!

6 year old Aaby (not Abby) from Stella Maris College in Maroochydore dropped by and did a superb job as our Wed Weather Kid. A keen Alex Nipper and Jelly lover, Aaby is welcome back anytime...

What a dude... Articulate, kind and charming...NO, I know what you're thinking....why am I describing Sam ;) But these are the adjectives we are using to describe our latest Wed Weather Kid Blake. Blake is a Buderim Mountain State School year 6er and has one hell of a future ahead of him. Such a cool kid! Thanks Blake.

Wednesday was made magic today with a visit from Adelaide from Mountain Creek State School. Adelaide is a very bright student, who was in no mood for Sam's antics when he was trying bait her into bagging out her teachers.....she would have none of it! Thanks Adelaide, your a great kid with a big future. Big love, Sam & Ash

Looks like we've got some competition... Lincoln from Glasshouse Christian College has written Sprouts Idea at just 9 years of age....despite this amazing feat, Sam & Ash are not perturbed (they looked that word up as they are now big time authors) and welcomed their rival.....I mean new friend in to do the weather! Nice work kid... 

GRADE 3 @ Sunshine Beach State School must be pretty fun, especially when little legends like Stone are in the class. Stone loves skateboarding and smashes his sausage roll with sauce... and today he smashed the weather out for Sam & Ash

Allina from St Andrews Anglican College is one switched on little cookie.... Bright, confident, loves horses and equestrian and did a bang up job of our weather... Thanks Allina, Sam & Ash

Stella Maris has a long history of cultivating little legends....our very own Nugget is one! Charlie our WED WEATHER KID is a little rock star and smashed our weather out like a pro! Thanks Kid. Sam & Ash

He hails from Sunshine Beach State School, moonlights as a stand up comedian and is very passionate about his anime card game... a superstar in the making we were thrilled to have Stephen drop by to do our weather today, thanks Bud... best wishes, Sam & Ash

Sonny is a superstar from Mooloolaba State School, Sam's old stomping ground.... when Sam went there, shoes were optional and early marks were rewarded with a trip to the beach... Some parts of the school are very different, but some are just the same a nostalgic Sam reflects... Thanks Sonny ;)

Penny from Buddina State School prior to reading our weather was quite nervous... A little emotional even, but when Sam & Ash started their chat and interviewed Penny she stood up and delivered a super pro performance that belied her 6 years. Go kid...

Nambour Christian College is a great little school on the hill in Nambour and has some fabo Alumni. One soon to be Lucian, great name, great kid, great job with out weather....thanks Bud. NB: Lucian loved his Sunshine Mitre 10 Voucher

Jemzelle is an aspiring musician with a unique style. The 15 year old from Noosa District High is producing her own music from her own studio and says music is her life. We are very excited to assist Jem on her path to success and can't wait for the name Jemzelle to echo through the charts like other one named legends like Beyoncé, Madonna and Rhianna..... St Tomas Moore is a catholic school in Noosa and boasts and amazing cohort of exceptional students. Kikki is certainly one, funny, fast and a mean dancer! This Grade 6'er sure knows her own mind and is going places.. Big thanks to Kikki for stopping by to do our weather.

Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a wonderful school in Noosa, a lot of great athletes have had their start at this school.... Lucia could be one of them....

Tilly (aka Matilda) heralds from Sienna Catholic Primary and we were thrilled she could fit us into her busy schedule... A lover of netball and chicken Goujons Tilly is a young lady going places...

Xanthe is a 10 year old from St Thomas Moore College and she is about to cut ALL of her hair off for Leukemia. Yep, hair down to the middle of her back will make way for a buzz cut this Fri and she has already raised over $2,000.00 for her efforts, go kid. Great kid, big heart and fantastic weather kid.... So this kid is a bit awesome, karate master, hip hop and jazz dancer and all round great guy.....oh and nailed the weather. Thanks Ethan from Sunshine Beach for stopping by!

Sunshine Beach is known for its stunning beach, great surfing waves and stunning Coastline, Ash will have non of it preferring the books to the beach, go kid, you do you!

Sienna Catholic College has a budding netball star on the rise in Jazari, she carries the hopes and dreams like many young ballers wanting one day to play for the Sunshine Coast Lightning.. Great kid and great job with the weather, thanks Jaz! 

Josh did a great job with our weather today, he did his school Sunshine Coast Grammar proud and he told us about scoring his first job at Gelatissimo in Noosa, extra big scoops for Sam & Ash thanks Joshy.... Sadly, amidst all the excitement we didn't get a photo with the little legend, so Jakes greyhound Waffle stepped in as your pictorial replacement....

Baringa State School is one of the Coast news schools, situated in the new Aura development just south of Caloundra, this vibrant and thriving community was well represented this morning by this little legend... Thanks Connor from Grade III

You know how some people just have the most wonderful laughs? Infectious, gut rumblingly good....well, Marshall is one of those peeps. This lad from Pacific Lutheran College did a wonderful job doing the weather for Sam & Ash and had the team in stitches.\ Thanks Marshall, you're a star! 

BIg Dog Louie, is the biggest grade 2 kid we've met....strong like bull this young front rower / surf life saving legend is all about it. Killing it..

Today Riley from Mooloolaba State Primary dropped by to do Sam & Ash's Weather. Not only did he nail that, but he lets us know about his efforts in helping the environment by collecting plastic and other rubbish before it makes its way into our waterways, thanks legend.... Riley had a number of badges pinned to his uniform depicting his achievements and school based activities, he told us about one that was missing, his kindness badge, apparently someone had stolen it.......

Sam is very proud of his time at Mooloolaba State School, so it's only fair he is equally proud of 8 year old Sol who smashes the weather today for Sam & Ash. Thanks Sol....
