The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Joining us as a special guest is Robert Becker from the bands Fauxtrot and Book of Beart. In this special episode we dive into our personal experiences and struggles with mental health. We also talk about the healthy ways in which we cope with these struggles. We are also supporting The Jed Foundation in their mission to provide mental health assistance and suicide prevention for kids, teens, and young adults.
