After brushing aside a boring Vampire Diaries episode, Carlos and Alex try and grapple a whole season of Jessica Jones and the second season of The Leftovers, while desperately praying for Star Wars: The Force Awakens to be what we need it to.  

Alex and Carlos go Into The Badlands for some Flesh and Bone but discover they're really Masters of None. THEN! Gorge Montoya shows up to help us wrap up Vampire Diaries season one and start season two, while giving us tons of audio issues! 

Alex and Carlos catch up on what's survived their Fall roundup, go far into Fargo, beg you to watch Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, something something groovy Ash Vs Evil Dead, and ramp up to true insanity with the Vampire Diaries. We're back, baby! 

Carlos and Alex watched all the Fall premieres for the week of Sep 27-Oct 2. They unmitigatedly liked one. Thank god for the Vampire Diaries.

Alex faces the storm of Fall TV and a mysterious guest arrives to tell him exactly what he's in for.

In the long calm before the impending storm, Carlos and Alex check out Colbert's first few Late Nights, hope that someone will Show Me A Hero, and jack vampires up in The Vampire Diaries.  

Alex and Carlos are at the cusp of new TV, and they spend their time Fearing the Walking Dead, debating Public Morals, taking in a Carmichael Show before hanging out with some Narcos and reading a chapter of the Vampire Diaries. 

Carlos and Alex break out the bunsen burners and clipboards to give a scientific breakdown of Amazon Drama pilot contenders Sneaky Pete and Casanova, and marvel at the runaway freight train that is The Vampire Diaries.   

In the runup to pilot season, Carlos and Alex search desperately for new shows, and come up with Seven Days In Hell (which isn't a show), Catastrophe (which was already a show), Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll (which shouldn't be a show) and Humans (which is too many shows). Also shit goes crazy in The Vampire Diaries.  

Carlos sleeps through Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell! Alex makes way too many Styx references when we talk about Mr Robot(o)! We LEAD with the Vampire Diaries! Everything is crazy. 

Alex has clawed his way out of production hell and Carlos is sick as a dog, and we're FINALLY back! We talk about how much better True Detective Season 1 was while reviewing True Detective Season 2, and get trippy and sexy with Sense8, before paying a long overdue visit to Mystic Falls with The Vampire Diaries. We're back baby!  

After WEEKS of build-up, Carlos and Alex talk about the upcoming fall season, do some streaming with Between and Grace and Frankie, toss the ball around with Friday Night Lights and vamp it up. I am really, really sorry for the delays, and we'll be back to our regular schedule soon. 

Since Carlos can't talk about Fury Road, he and Alex discuss whether there are crickets in Wayward Pines (pilot), get lost in Other Space (1-3), can't do this all on their own with Scrubs (1-4) and something something The Vampire Diaries.  

Alex and Carlos mourn/celebrate the loss of a ton of TV shows in a new feature, then clone last episode's Wabac machine with Orphan Black Season 2 before becoming increasingly happy about The Vampire Diaries. 

Carlos and Alex join the Clone Club and watch ALL of Season One of Orphan Black, with a nice sprinkling of The Vampire Diaries for good measure.  

Crossover time! James Kislingbury from A Quality Interruption swings by to talk Wolf Hall, The Vampire Diaries and Alias! There's some great roleplay about Fred Bond, we come to realisations that we might be morons, Genevieve yells some stuff off-mic, it's great.   

Carlos and Alex battle technical garbage to get familial with Bloodline (1-2), beat stuff up with Daredevil (1-2) Then get in the Wabac to learn about Parenthood and finally, after TWO WHOLE WEEKS, return to the Vampire Diaries (episode 7)

We're streaming shows everywhere! Carlos and Alex get the theme song to the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt stuck in our heads and swear too fucking much with Powers (1-4). Then they go down with the sub with the last of our Last Resort coverage, and find themselves surprisingly enjoying the Vampie Diaries.

SPRING BREAK! OR SOMETHING! Alex and new co-host Genevieve are chilling on vacation and chilling on dramas. We tackle some new comedies (Fresh Off The Boat (1-2) and Broad City), some old comedies (The Munsters and All In The Family) and brave the great outdoors to bring you the first podcast to ever destroy a relationship. Also, Genevieve's a vampire racist. 

Pilots pilots everywhere! Carlos and Alex are not The Last Man On Earth (1-2), tunnel into Dig (1), pick a verb relevant to Battle Creek (1) and log on to CSI Cyber(1). Then, finally, we start growing up with Parenthood. (1-4). Sorry for the late episode!   

In the most incoherent episode yet, Alex and Hannah forget to tune up the Wabac machine and instead plunge into Togetherness (1-2), Man Seeking Woman (1-2) and finally begin their Vampire Diaries odyssey

Carlos and Alex get chilly in Fortitude (1-2), whack the shit out of a kid in The Slap (1-2), and cut their life into pieces, this is their Last Resort (5-8).  

Hannah and Alex still really like Empire (3-4), ARE VERY GLAD THAT THE LEGAL PROFESSION EXISTS AND ARE NOTHING BUT COMPLIMENTARY as they check out Better Call Saul, and then die.    And then they watch Dead Like Me (1-2.)

The co-host carousel brings Carlos back around to discuss the new round of Amazon drama pilots.

Lord of all and the richest man in the world Gorge Montoya lays out a selection of shows for Alex to digest. We talk the Vampire Diaries and The Originals for a double dose of vampires, someone finally makes Alex watch Arrow, and the team reminisce about Firefly.

You asked for it, we partially delivered. AJ, Alex and Jimmy-Dean Ca NOBODY ELSE start the long Male Leap into Stalker Season One.

In this episode, we discuss Joe Carnahan's "television show" State of Affairs (eps 1 -2) , get real about the class struggle in The Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce (eps 1-2), make our way back to the Pacific Northwest in Twin Peaks (eps 2-4) and plunge back into the muck of terrible comedies.    

The first of our Viewer's Choice episodes, sponsored by Richard Switzky! He wanted a show all about dogs. AJ and Alex tackle a trio of 1960s cartoon dogs, hear about the story from Wishbone, Whisper to some Dogs and...watch Life. There's a dog in an episode, so.   

Apparently Alex is some kinda chump baby with family that loves him and wants to spend time with him on the holidays. What a maroon! Thankfully, AJ, and his new, better co-host Tom Roper made everything alright. Complete with musical cues, swear words, cool talks, and contests, this is easily I'm Watchin' My Stories' best episode!   

Alex and AJ tackle a slew of Amazon Originals with Transparent (1-3) and the pilots for Mozart In The Jungle, Bosch, Hand of God and The After, transfer out of Farmington with the last of their coverage of The Shield season one (11-13) and dig out some more terrible comedies.   

We engage in some actual critical discussion of Olive Kitteridge, finish up and lament Terriers (9-13) and dive back into some more horrible comedy. ALL THIS AND MORE! Well, not really. That's about it.

With too many shows to fit into a title, we finish up Fall by demon hunting with Constantine (1-2), getting really confused about The Affair (1-2)(OR DO WE?!), and utterly failing to give a concise summary of Jane The Virgin (1-3). We swing the Wabac over to The Good Wife (11-13) where we wrap up our coverage and then reveal a SHOCKING NEW SEGMENT, brought to us by our lord and master Gorge Montoya.

AJ decided to celebrate Halloween by getting deathly ill, so Alex recruits friend of the show and Original Terriers Watcher Will Garroute to talk about their history in their industry, the state of Hollywood and what to do if you ever end up in Los Angeles. Back next week with our regular show!
