A little about AI and what it can do in your businesses. We also spoke about our struggles and frustrations as we work on our businesses. And then we just basically spent some time catching up with each other.

Melizza Trevizo is a good friend who I met at a real estate meetup and she has spent the last year starting on her real estate journey. We spend most of this episode just catching up, trading stories. She is an amazing person who is focused on her future and the lessons that life brings us.

Yerzhan is a friend of mine from Kazakhstan. He immigrated to America and has a great story about where he came from and his journey since arriving here in America. He has started several businesses and has also started his journey as a real estate investor. In this episode I sit down with him and we talk about that journey, how we met, the shifts in mindset along our journey and where we hope to go from here.
