EP-19 Travel Safety with Global Secure Resources
Ingrid Centurion recently interviewed Carrie Pasquarello, founder of Global Secure Resources, a threat-mitigation company dedicated to keeping travelers safe abroad.During their conversation, Pasquarello addressed the growing complexity of global criminal activity and how it impacts international travelers—from opportunistic street crime and organized theft rings to cyber exploitation and politically driven unrest. She emphasized that modern travel risk is no longer limited to high-risk regions; even traditionally “safe” destinations are experiencing spikes in crime targeting tourists.Key insights she shared include:Pre-travel intelligence is critical. Travelers should understand local crime trends, cultural norms, transportation risks, and safe zones before arrival.Situational awareness is your first line of defense. Criminals often target distracted individuals—those visibly unfamiliar with their surroundings.Digital security matters. Public Wi-Fi exploitation, SIM-swap fraud, and device theft can escalate quickly into financial or identity crimes.Layered protection strategies work best. This may include vetted drivers, secure lodging selection, itinerary tracking, emergency response planning, and real-time monitoring.Corporate responsibility is increasing. Organizations have a duty of care to protect employees traveling internationally, especially in volatile regions.Pasquarello underscored that preparation—not fear—is the goal. By combining intelligence, planning, and professional support, individuals and companies can significantly reduce exposure to risk while maintaining confidence in global travel.

EP-15 Interview with Veasna Roeun on the 2025 Thailand-Cambodia Conflict
The 2025 Thailand–Cambodia Conflict — Displacement, Peace, and Strategic Stakes. In this episode, we sit down with U.S. Army combat veteran and infantryman Veesna Roeun to discuss the deeply troubling Thailand–Cambodia border conflict of 2025 from the perspective of concerned outsiders calling for peace and humanitarian awareness. The conversation opens with an overview of how the conflict, rooted in long-standing territorial disputes and historical grievances, erupted into open hostilities in July 2025 and again later in the year, drawing in heavy artillery exchanges, airstrikes, and significant civilian displacement. Analysts estimate hundreds of thousands of civilians were forced from their homes amid the fighting, with mass evacuations occurring on both sides of the border and severe humanitarian needs emerging in displacement sites and host communities. We reference and unpack the Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS) article, “The complex fault lines of the Thai–Cambodian armed conflict,” by Morgan Michaels and Evan A. Laksmana (August 2025). The IISS analysis highlights just how layered the conflict has become: beyond historical territorial claims — including contested areas near iconic temple complexes — there are intersecting geopolitical pressures, domestic political dynamics, and broader Southeast Asian security challenges that have made the dispute difficult to resolve through traditional diplomacy alone. While the International Court of Justice has ruled Cambodia owns the Preah Vihear temple complex decades ago, ambiguity still surrounds the demarcation of the surrounding land, fueling nationalist sentiments and military postures on both sides. The scale of displacement — with figures ranging into the hundreds of thousands — has overwhelmed local infrastructure and strained access to clean water, health care, and protection for vulnerable populations, such as children and women. Who benefits from escalation?Veasna and Ingrid Centurion explore how various actors may gain strategically from continued tensions:Nationalist political blocs within both countries may find rallying support through border narratives that deflect from internal governance issues.Military establishments benefit from heightened defense budgets, recruitment, and entrenched authority in national security matters.External powers and regional actors — including major states with competing strategic interests in Southeast Asia — may find leverage through diplomatic influence or defense ties when conflict persists. Some observers suggest that proxies in broader US–China strategic competition could be implicated in how each side perceives security incentives. The discussion also touches on the need for law enforcement and international law adherence, emphasizing that while border disputes should be resolved through legal and diplomatic channels, enforcement of agreed mechanisms (such as cease-fire monitoring, observer missions, and de-escalation protocols) is essential to protect civilians and prevent future flare-ups. Finally, Veasna and Ingrid Centurion reflect on the human cost: displaced families yearning for peace, the importance of calling for humanity above politics, and the urgent need for robust regional conflict-management frameworks that prioritize people over territorial pride or power politics.

EP-14 Veasna Roeun becoming an American Citizen
Ingrid Centurion interviews Veasna Roeun, first generation Cambodian, killing fields refugee. He shares his journey to become an American Citizen. An inspiring story from a refugee camp to entering the US Army to fighting for Cambodian Americans. Veesna's family survived the killing fields where collectively more than 1.3 million people were killed and buried by the Communist Party of Kampuchea during Khmer Rouge rule from 1975 to 1979, immediately after the end of the Cambodian War (1970–75). The mass killings were part of the broad, state-sponsored Cambodian genocide. The Khmer Rouge regime arrested and eventually executed almost everyone suspected of connections with the former government or foreign governments, as well as professionals and intellectuals. Veesna shares where he was on September 11th, Fort Dix, NJ at a live fire Infantry training exercise. Veesna brought a radio walkman even after he was told not to. So the whole company listened on the radio that the Tower and Pentagon were hit. Then he deployed to the Balkans and volunteered to go to Afghanistan, as part of provincial reconstruction team in 2006. He almost did not become an American Citizen due to a fire fight in war. Hear straight from the combat veteran infantryman, Veasna Roeun.

EP-9 14th Amendment/Law of Nations
Ingrid and Alexander discuss the 14th Amendment, the Law of Nations, citizenship, privileges and immunities. The Fourteenth Amendment, ratified in 1868, addresses citizenship rights, equal protection under the law, and due process, playing a crucial role in defining the relationship between the federal government and the states. Its key provisions include defining citizenship for those born or naturalized in the U.S., prohibiting states from infringing upon citizens' privileges and immunities, guaranteeing due process and equal protection under the law, and addressing debt related to the Civil War. Alexander Higgins says "States should not be restricting guns rights, Congressmen should be trying to help people in other states to protect their 2nd amendment rights".

EP-12 Escobedo Murder Case
Ingrid Centurion, Frank Buono and Rocky Burke discuss the Escobedo Murder Case. Authorities in Florida have re-opened the investigation into the brutal execution-style murder of a family nearly 20 years ago, after the two men convicted and sentenced to death in the killings had their sentences commuted by former President Joe Biden. St. Lucie County Sheriff Richard Del Toro and 19th Judicial Circuit State Attorney Thomas Bakkedahl announced last week the reopening of the 2006 Escobedo family murder case. Daniel Troya and Ricardo Sanchez, Jr. were convicted in 2009 of killing Jose Luis Escobedo, 28; his wife, Yessica Guerrero Escobedo, 25; and their sons, Luis Julian, 4, and Luis Damian, 3. The family's bodies were found in the grass alongside Florida's Turnpike in Fort Pierce on Oct. 13, 2006, shot at close range. Authorities said the boys died in their mother's arms. Troya and Sanchez were later sentenced to death, but they were among 37 people who had their death sentences commuted by President Biden this past December 2024. Under Biden's action, all 37 were given life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

EP-11 Garrity Warning
Ingrid Centurion and Rocky Burke discuss the Garrity Warning. A Garrity warning is a notification of rights given to public employees during an internal investigation. It protects them from being compelled to incriminate themselves in criminal proceedings by informing them of their right to remain silent and that any statements made can't be used against them in a criminal case. This protection stems from the Supreme Court case Garrity v. New Jersey, which established that employees cannot be forced to choose between self-incrimination and job loss. Appellants, police officers in certain New Jersey boroughs, were questioned during the course of a state investigation concerning alleged traffic ticket "fixing." Each officer was first warned that: anything he said might be used against him in a state criminal proceeding; he could refuse to answer if the disclosure would tend to incriminate him; if he refused to answer, he would be subject to removal from office. The officers' answers to the questions were used over their objections in subsequent prosecutions, which resulted in their convictions. The State Supreme Court, on appeal, upheld the convictions despite the claim that the statements of the officers were coerced by reason of the fact that, if they refused to answer, they could, under the New Jersey forfeiture of office statute, lose their positions.

EP-5 ICE Violence on the Rise with Rocky Burke
Ingrid Centurion and Rocky Burke discuss the Los Angeles Riots and the increase in violence on Law Enforcement Agencies. These violent protests and unrest that erupted in Los Angeles in June 2025 following U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids, with demonstrations leading to vandalism, property damage, and clashes with police are going to be on the rise throughout the summer. ICE will be the agency the left liberals are going after in 2025. They discuss the violent rhetoric by high ranking politicians who are boldly supporting the violence of law enforcement officers. Protest are constitutional but not when it turns violent; leaders should not be condoning these actions. Rocky Burke says he is very happy that South Carolina leadership supports local law enforcement agencies. SC local leaders enforce protest must be peaceful. Ingrid discusses the McAllen, Texas CBP active shooter attack. Rocky discusses the Congressman LaMonica McIver who was charged with three counts of forcibly impeding and interfering with federal officers. ICE officer's must have probable cause and the warrant to conduct these raids. The left are pressing for more violent protest to gain media attention. They discuss George Soros and paid agitators. Free Speech do we still have it in America. You should not say words that incite violence or talk about family members. Police officer's can get sued during investigations. Rocky's rule don't invade your body space because then its on. Police Officers show tremendous restraint with civilians.

EP-6 Newsom visits SC with Frank Buono
Ingrid Centurion, Frank Buono and Rocky Burke discuss Governor Newsom's visit to South Carolina and his tour around the country seeking a connection with voters. Frank Buono says Newsom is a symbol of the mainstream Democrat party. They discuss the intent of this tour and what they feel are his bid for a future Presidential run. Newsom lands in the small town of Seneca, which four-term GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham calls home. In last year’s general election, President Donald Trump won more than 75% of votes cast in surrounding Oconee County. Treading in that territory fits with the image that Newsom has been cultivating for himself ahead of a possible 2028 White House bid. Newsom's speeches are filled with the "Big Beautiful Betrayal" and telling younger voters that they must exercise their moral authority against the Trump administration and the GOP. Rocky Burke says Newsom hates Trump with a passion but he is trying to upset the 2026 elections in SC. Frank Buono a former Democrat says Newsom is all about illegals entering this country. California is a sanctuary state which means their state law enforcement agencies are not allowed to work with the Federal Government. Newsom will say whatever he needs to get the nomination and is trying to act like he is a moderate but he does not mean those things and is completely insincere. Frank Buono a former Democrat and Park Ranger share his insights.

EP-8 Alexander Higgins-The American Test Declaration Constitution
Ingrid Centurion interviews Alexander Higgins on his book the American Test Declaration Constitution. The American Test was designed to set the standard for educating and testing citizens and their government personnel on the Declaration of Independence (DOI) and U.S. Constitution. The American Test Declaration Constitution is a coursebook that contains: full-text copies of both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution; writing exercises and explanations covering the Preamble, the "Sword and the Purse," and the Constitution's relation to the DOI; and a glossary of constitutional terms to help with the study. Many of the commentaries and definitions in the book were extracted from The Law of Nations, congressional speech transcripts, Black's Law Dictionary, The Federalist Papers, and other trustworthy sources. In addition, there are hundreds of text recognition exercises on almost every ratified word in the DOI and Constitution (all original articles and amendments). The text recognition exercise covers all 300 of the questions from the American Test exam books and more. The content delivers positive and engaging learning challenges and prime information on the nation's central documents. After a full study of this black coursebook, many everyday citizens will gain familiarity with the Constitution and DOI beyond that of many political scientists, lawyers, and historians.

EP-7 Frank Buono LA Riots
Ingrid Centurion and Frank Buono, retired Park Ranger and former Democrat discuss the Los Angeles riots. On June 7, 2025 protestors and federal law enforcement agents clashed in Paramount and Compton, CA during raids. President Donald Trump responded by federalizing the California National Guard, calling for 2,000 guard members to deploy to the city under Joint Task Force 51. Protests have been organized and attended by multiple groups and unaffiliated protestors. Frank Buono shares his prediction of this summer LA riots was the signal for a wide range of people to engage in protest and then riots from coast to coast. This plan is to make the country ungovernable. This plan played out in the summer of 2020, it's organized, and pre-planned. These people want to destroy the rule of law and stop the deportation of illegals who are under removal orders. David Huerta engaged with interfering and blocking the duties of the federal officers and was arrested.

EP-4 California Railwaste Project with Patricio Feder
Ingrid Centurion interviews Patricio Feder, a business strategist to discuss the Trump's administration termination of $4 billion in unspent federal funding for California's High-Speed Rail (HSR) project, often referred to as the "train to nowhere". This decision, announced by U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy on July 16, 2025, followed a Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) compliance review. Duffy cited 16 years of project failures, including no completed high-speed track and rising costs, as justification for the termination. Ingrid describes the project as a mismanaged and over-budget blaming California officials and the state's mismanagement. Patricio called the project "disastrously overpriced" and stated that liberal always do this. Their great ideas "the amazing railroad does not exist, and never will". California Governor Gavin Newsom and the California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) countered the actions, and filed a federal lawsuit to fight the termination of the grant agreements.

EP3 TN Landmark Supreme Court Decisions with Frank Buono and Rocky Burke
Ingrid Centurion, Frank Buono and Rocky Burke discuss the the United States Supreme Court landmark decision upholding Tennessee’s law restricting gender-transition interventions for minors and affirming the State's authority to protect kids from risky and unproven medical practices. Tennessee’s lawmakers enacted the challenged legislation in response to a surge in the provision of puberty blockers, hormones, and surgeries to minors with gender-identity issues. These medical interventions often result in permanent physical changes and have life-altering effects, including irreversible loss of fertility. Numerous health authorities have concluded that the risks of these interventions outweigh any possible benefit. June 2025 historic Supreme Court win, the common sense of Tennessee voters prevailed over judicial activism," said Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti. "A bipartisan supermajority of Tennessee's elected representatives carefully considered the evidence and voted to protect kids from irreversible decisions they cannot yet fully understand. I commend the Tennessee legislature and Governor Lee for their courage in passing this legislation and supporting our litigation despite withering opposition from the Biden administration, LGBT special interest groups, social justice activists, the American Medical Association, the American Bar Association, and even Hollywood." As Chief Justice John Roberts writes in the 6-3 opinion of the Court: "This case carries with it the weight of fierce scientific and policy debates about the safety, efficacy, and propriety of medical treatments in an evolving field. The voices in these debates raise sincere concerns; the implications for all are profound. The Equal Protection Clause does not resolve these disagreements. Nor does it afford us license to decide them as we see best. Our role is not ‘to judge the wisdom, fairness, or logic’ of the law before us, but only to ensure that it does not violate the equal protection guarantee of the Fourteenth Amendment. Having concluded it does not, we leave questions regarding its policy to the people, their elected representatives, and the democratic process." "The rapid and unexplained rise in the number of kids seeking these life-altering interventions, despite the lack of supporting evidence, calls for careful scrutiny from our elected leaders," Attorney General Skrmetti asserted. "This victory transcends politics. It's about real Tennessee kids facing real struggles. Families across our state and our nation deserve solutions based on science, not ideology." This decision recognizes that the Constitution lets us fulfill society's highest calling - protecting our kids.
