After being given 8 years to live I I took myself on a journey, a journey filled with lots of tears, laughter, highs and lows. This journey has saw me lose over 16 stone and I am determined to never ever go back! I now dedicate myself to living a healthy lifestyle and addressing the issues that got me so big and so unhealthy in the first place! In order to rise from its own ashes a Phoenix first must burn!!
