    Tuesdays (demo)

A song I wrote circa 2001 and finally recorded in 2019. Medium: Telecaster, looper pedal, keyboard, Vox amp (also used for mixing), recorded via smartphone and tweaked a bit with Audacity software.

    Bordeaux Lips (demo)

Something I wrote the night of 23 December 2016 and recorded in the basement (quietly, because the kids were asleep upstairs) on my iPhone 6. The guitar is an Alvarez acoustic-electric I bought in Prague from americana/blues giant Brad Huff before he left us for that great gig in the sky.

I Loved Her For a While (Outtake - Soft Explosion sessions)

In 1999, Jason Mashak and Jim Maddox, who had played together in various bands (The Steppers, Deacon Jones, the Sunday Drivers) in north Georgia in the mid-1990s, went into Type Foundry Studio in Portland, Oregon, with new material they'd written in Jim's small cottage during the preceding weeks. These are outtakes of Jason's songs from those sessions. While 3 of the songs made it onto the album, "I Loved Her For a While" has never been shared before. Please pardon the drunken vocals.
