Flagler's Folly Rag
Flagler's Folly Rag by James L. King III is a charming late-elementary ragtime piece with crisp staccatos and showy syncopations sprinkled throughout! "Flagler's Folly" was his Florida East Coast Railroad extension to Key West that operated from 1912 through 1935. After the great Labor Day hurricane of 1935, the railroad extension ceased operations. The bridges that survived became part of the Overseas Highway, US Highway 1.
