Graceful Endings, Lasting Light: Janet & Jill’s Empowered Finale

After a year of weekly conversations, Janet and I announce a natural conclusion to our joint podcast at episode 50. We each express gratitude for the experience and emphasize that the decision to end wasn’t about problems or misalignment, but about recognizing a genuine sense of completion. We reflect on how the series aims to explore what works and what doesn’t in life, while offering practical, accessible ideas for empowerment and everyday application. The archive of episodes remains as a library for listeners who find value in the range and depth of topics covered.A central theme of the finale is how to navigate endings with clarity and respect. Janet and I highlight “peaceful endings” as a real and available option, encouraging listeners to trust your own timing and truth without overthinking, or seeking permission. We note that difficult conversations often benefit from direct, self-honoring language (“I’ve decided” or “It’s clear to me”). Assuming others can handle our truth can be a meaningful act of trust. We each underscore the role of mutual respect and spiritual maturity in closing chapters with grace rather than drama. We also explore decision-making beyond over-planning. For much of the series, we intentionally avoided rigid structures, showing how heart-led intentions and “next-step” actions can open unexpected doors. Uncertainty and doubt don’t disqualify a good decision; many worthwhile choices still involve incomplete information or mixed feelings. The key is having a personal system for addressing fear and ambiguity—whether that means simple rituals for courage, leaning on supportive tools, or focusing attention on what’s most needed in the moment.Another thread is the diversity of how people experience change. Janet describes phases that can feel like core-level shifts or new beginnings, and notes that awareness isn’t required for meaningful transformation to occur. I add that significant growth is possible at any time, individually or collectively, and that people have different “systems” for engaging their inner guidance—some feel led step-by-step, others prefer to choose and then move forward. We both encourage honoring personal preference, whether one thrives on feeling everything “out in the weather” or prefers a sturdier structure for steadiness. The episode closes with thanks to the community and a reminder that the podcast library remains available for replay. While the collaboration ends here, both of us continue our work independently through our own platforms and offerings. You are invited to revisit episodes for insight and inspiration, trusting that the ideas—and the calm example of a respectful ending—can support you through you own beginnings, transitions, and completions.Janet's website is at https://janeteichorst.com/ and Jill's is https://jillreneefeeler.com/Please enjoy, comment, share your experience and pass this video on to anyone that you think may benefit from it. Ending the Guru Era and Normalizing Everyday Transcendence

In episode 49 of their podcast, hosts Jill Renee Feeler and Janet Eichorst explore how people might access a wider sense of self—what they describe as “soulfulness” or “source energy”—within ordinary life. They introduce the idea of a “Galactic Council” as a metaphor for an expansive, formal aspect of consciousness that coexists with everyday humanness. While the term won’t resonate with everyone, their aim is to encourage listeners to take their inner light seriously, not as something distant or exclusive, but as a natural part of personal sovereignty and presence. This framing, they suggest, can make room for fresh creativity, ease with long-standing challenges, and a broader range of experience in daily living.A central theme is accessibility: both hosts emphasize that a sense of connection to the divine or to one’s highest self is not tied to profession, status, or spiritual credentials. Using examples that range from meditation to the work of a trash collector, they argue that insight and inspiration can surface anywhere. Jill uses the metaphor of an “inner sun” that nourishes the garden of one’s life, reinforcing her view that breakthroughs originate from within rather than from external teachers. In this context, they question the persistence of guru culture and invite a move toward “self-guruism,” where individuals trust their internal compass and recognize their inherent worth without outsourcing authority. The episode also addresses how spiritual experiences differ widely and need not fit a single template. Janet describes periods of vivid, energetic perception—visions, shapes, and work she characterizes as engaging with the “templates” of reality—alongside very grounded, practical living. Jill, by contrast, speaks to a quieter, more cognitive style of intuition (simply “knowing” things) and a spirituality that feels integrated and non-dramatic. Both caution against projecting expectations onto what awakening “should” look like, noting that for some it may simply feel like more peace or less anxiety rather than dramatic phenomena. They encourage listeners not to pathologize their experience if it doesn’t match others’.Another recurring thread is the value of respectful dissent and independent thinking. The hosts openly model disagreement—such as Janet’s optimism about structural changes that could reduce certain harms versus Jill’s view that some risks will persist—and present it as healthy diversity rather than conflict. They challenge popular spiritual slogans when those feel limiting, and they invite a comfort with the unknown: allowing ideas to percolate, trusting internal timing, and distinguishing between “I am wrong” and “my behavior needs adjusting.” In their view, differences in approach can coexist productively, offering multiple pathways for people to connect with what they consider their own source energy. To close, they offer a gentler image of human development. Rather than portraying people as a herd moving in one prescribed direction, they liken us to butterflies—each with phases of growth that are different but equally valuable. The message is that no single doorway or doctrine is required, and that everyone is inherently important, without having to earn that status through specific practices. Earth, they acknowledge, can be a challenging place to be, which is why compassion—for oneself and others—matters. Their overarching invitation is simple: allow your inner guidance to be available in all moments, let your spirituality be normal and livable, and make room for many valid ways of being fully human.Janet's website is at https://janeteichorst.com/ and Jill's is https://jillreneefeeler.com/Please enjoy, comment, share your experience and pass this video on to anyone that you think may benefit from it. Block, Breathe, or Build a Bridge? Smarter Choices in Conflict

Conflict shows up everywhere: in shared living spaces and neighborhood rules, in online interactions, in politics, and in everyday business dealings. While the contexts vary, the core challenge is similar: how to respond in ways that preserve your dignity, protect your priorities, and avoid unnecessary escalation. This post offers a practical, neutral look at options you have—often more than you realize—when tension arises around you or lands squarely in your lap.Community rules are a frequent flashpoint. Apartment complexes and homeowners associations can enforce guidelines inconsistently, or tighten standards with little notice. When that happens, you still have choices. You can comply fully, comply where it matters most to your safety and well‑being, communicate respectfully about unequal enforcement, or document concerns for future reference. You can also avoid fueling group outrage that rarely improves outcomes. Recognize that leases and bylaws come with obligations; at the same time, fairness matters. Navigating that balance—tidying your own “patio,” asking for clarity, and addressing hypocrisy without personal attacks—keeps you grounded while the “patio police” make their rounds.Online and off, boundaries are essential. Curating your feeds, deleting hostile comments, and blocking accounts can be sensible self‑care; doing so on your own channels isn’t a free‑speech issue, it’s a moderation choice. The same applies in personal life, even with relatives: if repeated interactions bring harm or chaos, you’re allowed to step back. You don’t need to debate your decisions publicly or win a jury of peers. Often, you’re the only one who experiences a person’s difficult side; others may see a carefully maintained persona. That can feel isolating, but you can still act on the data you have, without demanding that everyone else confirm your experience.Public issues add another layer. It helps to resist hero‑versus‑villain thinking and remember how limited any one view can be—especially when charisma, titles, and “niceness” color our judgments. Be clear about what you know versus what you assume. Notice when you (or others) excuse conduct simply because someone holds a role or was kind in a brief interaction. You can want accountability while also accepting you may not get it. Decide what you truly need to be okay, choose when and with whom to discuss charged topics, and protect your inner compass from gaslighting—intentional or not. Confidence paired with humility lets you update your views as new information emerges.Work and services bring their own conflicts: remodels that drag on, contractors who overpromise, providers who blur professional boundaries. Set expectations, watch for patterns, try reasonable carrots or sticks, and be willing to cut losses if reliability doesn’t improve. You’re not obliged to absorb someone else’s personal drama to keep a project moving. Sometimes a candid conversation salvages a fit; other times, the wiser move is to part ways. Cultivating a bit of “roll‑ability”—the willingness to try a different tact or a different team—helps you adapt without abandoning your standards.Across all these scenarios, the through lines are simple: honor your choices, keep your side of the street clean, communicate respectfully, and protect your peace. Conflict won’t disappear, but you can meet it with clear boundaries, fair process, and self‑respect. That combination often reduces the mess—and when it doesn’t, it helps you move forward with confidence anyway. This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago. Is the World on an Apocalyptic Trajectory?

Conversations about “end times” have a way of resurfacing whenever crises stack up. From supply chain shocks and inflation to political turbulence and healthcare gridlock, many people are asking whether we’re watching society fall apart. Framed plainly, the question is whether the systems we rely on are failing in ways that feel unprecedented—and what that might mean for our daily lives. While “apocalyptic” evokes finality, there’s another way to look at upheaval: as widespread, uncomfortable change that’s both disruptive and revealing.Across many domains, the evidence of strain is familiar. Prices don’t match receipts. “Stat” medical procedures are delayed for weeks. Institutions can feel sluggish, indifferent, or overwhelmed. These frustrations suggest mismatches between systems and the needs they’re meant to serve. Seeing breakdowns is not, on its own, a reason to despair; it can be a sign that longstanding processes are due for redesign. A neutral reading is that some structures are no longer fit for purpose. That doesn’t automatically imply societal collapse. It does suggest a period of adjustment, experimentation, and—inevitably—messiness.History also offers context. In every era, groups have believed they were witnessing the end of the world. So far, they’ve been wrong. Humanity’s track record includes surviving wars, pandemics, and technological upheavals through a mix of ingenuity and adaptation. That doesn’t mean everything gets “fixed” or that a golden age is guaranteed after a downturn. It does mean people and communities often find workable ways forward—sometimes imperfect, sometimes surprisingly effective—without waiting for a savior or a perfect system. At the personal level, what we believe about crisis shapes how we experience it. Catastrophic thinking can spill into health, finances, and relationships, making hard situations harder. Practical counterweights help: ask for help sooner, not later; look for competent individuals within imperfect systems; consider second opinions; tend to basics like sleep, sunlight, movement, and nutrition; and use simple resets like gratitude and time in nature to interrupt mental loops. None of these erase real problems, but they do improve our bandwidth to navigate them.Perhaps the most useful question isn’t “Is the world ending?” but “Who do I want to be while things are changing?” If systems are wobbling, we still influence how we show up—for family, coworkers, neighbors, and ourselves. Change often removes what wasn’t working and makes space for creativity. In that space, small choices add up: staying curious, pausing before reacting, spotting workable opportunities, and supporting others where we can. Even in choppy waters, those habits keep communities afloat—and make apocalyptic certainty feel less like a foregone conclusion and more like one story among many. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. October 2025 Energy Forecast: Fresh Starts, Real Closure

Energy forecasts have become a familiar feature in many people’s routines, offering monthly themes, cautions, and cues for what might be ahead. A recent conversation between hosts Janet Eichorst and Jill Renee Feeler explored not only what an “October 2025 energy forecast” could suggest, but also why we seek such forecasts in the first place. Their central question was about personal agency: do forecasts inform and inspire, or do they subtly outsource our decision-making and confidence to systems outside ourselves?A helpful metaphor surfaced: think of forecasts like weather reports. If you have a well-built “house” (your personal energy framework, boundaries, habits), the “weather” matters, but it doesn’t dictate your wellbeing. The planets’ positions, numerology cycles, and seasonal markers may be objective in their measurements, but what they mean for your life is inherently subjective. Used skillfully, these tools can be like umbrellas and mittens—preparations rather than prophecies. Used unskillfully, they can amplify insecurity, foster codependence, or lead to fear-based decision-making.There are many ways to engage with forecasts constructively. Some people enjoy the ritual of checking in monthly; others dip in and out for inspiration. The key is noticing how the information makes you feel and act. If it energizes curiosity or creativity, great. If it nudges avoidance, panic, or a sense that you “can’t” start something because of a retrograde or a date on the calendar, it may be time to recalibrate. Seasonal shifts and equinoxes can be meaningful anchors for some, irrelevant for others; either way, it’s reasonable to expect variability in how sensitive individuals feel to cycles, space weather, or other environmental changes—and to choose self-care accordingly. As for October 2025 itself, one neutral lens offered was numerological: October as a “1” month (new beginnings) set within a “9” year (culmination and integration). That pairing can feel like a fresh start emerging from completed cycles. Themes that may resonate include gentle transitions, permission to begin again, and letting what’s truly finished be complete. That can apply to creative work, beliefs, habits, or relationship patterns—especially if holding on is limiting what wants to grow next. It also acknowledges that not all endings are chosen; if you’re navigating loss or unplanned change, October can be a compassionate moment to regain footing without rushing clarity.Practically, the invitation is to treat any forecast as a prompt rather than a prescription. Explore an idea you’ve put off. Take one small step toward meeting new people if partnership is a goal. Adjust self-care if you know you’re sensitive to external factors. Keep stories about “what must happen” flexible, and be wary of narratives—especially fear-tinged ones—that shrink your options or place you in a passive role. The most reliable throughline isn’t a date or a transit; it’s your capacity to respond with curiosity, discernment, and self-trust. In that sense, October 2025 can be as empowering as you make it.This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago. It's now being offered to our channels. Empowerment First: How to Tell If Guidance Leaves You Whole or Hooked

In this 45th episode, Janet and Jill explore how people process information and why discernment matters, especially in spaces where advice, guidance, or “insight” is being offered. We revisit an earlier episode on information and reflect on how easily messaging can be framed to attract attention, time, and money. We emphasize that information isn’t neutral in how it’s presented or received; it can be clarifying, but it can also be manipulative. In a world crowded with claims to truth and tools for self-improvement, we encourage listeners to notice how messages land in your bodies and lives: Do you feel clearer and more capable afterward, or more dependent and unsettled?A central theme is the role of discernment—recognizing patterns, motives, and impacts—without falling into cynicism. People often show us who they are through consistent behavior, not just words. Rationalizing harmful comments, overlooking red flags, or assuming we’ll be treated differently can lead to repeated, often preventable patterns. Even highly discerning people can have “blind spots” in certain contexts or relationships, and it’s useful to examine those without assuming you need to fix everything at once. The goal isn’t perfection but reducing avoidable suffering and increasing access to one’s own wisdom. We also discuss the tension between maintaining what’s “working” and choosing when (or whether) to explore deeper issues. One useful framing is a mental “line”: above the line are areas of life that feel functional and aligned; below the line are areas that feel off or unresolved. The conversation acknowledges that probing into the “below the line” territory can sometimes disrupt what is working well, which is why timing, method, and intent matter. Not every challenge needs immediate excavation; sometimes the most supportive path is to strengthen what already functions and approach deeper , “messier” layers gradually, if at all.Examples illuminate how discernment applies in practice. Janet and I contrast empowerment-based support—where a person leaves feeling more whole and self-reliant—with approaches that create dependency, urgency, or confusion. We caution against “hooks,” such as teasing withheld information to trigger fear or curiosity, or implying that only a specific guide or method ensures safety or authenticity. Genuine shifts can occur without dramatic revelations; sometimes subtle energetic support or a single reframed belief yields meaningful change when it aligns with your own system and readiness. The overarching takeaway is to prioritize empowerment: measure interactions by whether they enhance clarity, agency, and self-trust. When seeking help, notice marketing tactics, emotional tone, and whether the individual respects your autonomy. When relating to information, examine your own rationalizations and patterns with compassion, and choose changes that offer a high-quality return without destabilizing what’s already working. In a landscape where information is abundant and motives vary, discernment is not about constant suspicion—it’s about staying centered, honoring your internal guidance, and choosing supports that reinforce your capacity to live and decide well. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. When Someone Close Is Making Horrible Choices: Boundaries, Grace, and Next Steps

Watching someone you care about make choices you believe are harmful can be deeply unsettling. Whether it’s a romantic partner, colleague, friend, or family member, the mix of worry, frustration, and powerlessness is real. A helpful first step is to pause and acknowledge the distinction between their agency and yours. You don’t get to make their decisions—and they don’t get to make yours. That boundary can feel uncomfortable if roles or emotions have become entangled, but it’s essential for your clarity, calm, and integrity. From that steadier place, consider your options. Start by assessing safety and risk. If there’s any threat of abuse, impaired judgment that endangers lives (such as driving under the influence), or other situations where harm is imminent, seek professional help and use appropriate authorities. In less acute scenarios, the best action may be to allow natural consequences while staying available and supportive. Especially with teens or independent adults, blunt opposition can backfire; a neutral stance paired with open lines of communication often makes it more likely they will turn to you if things go wrong. How you communicate matters. Asking thoughtful questions—“What might happen if this doesn’t go as planned?” “What criteria are you using?” “Have you considered X?”—is usually more effective than declaring, “This is a mistake.” Timing and setting matter, too; a private, calm conversation tends to be better than a public challenge. In professional contexts, add a practical layer: consider legal, ethical, and policy implications; document your concerns where appropriate; and, when needed, get counsel. Sometimes you must speak up to fulfill your responsibilities—other times, silence and observation are wiser. If harmful decisions become a pattern, you may need to step back. Protecting your well-being is not disloyalty; it’s healthy. That can mean redefining your involvement, setting firmer boundaries, or—when necessary—ending a front-row seat to repeated chaos. Reach out to trusted support: friends, mentors, therapists, or relevant professionals. In close relationships, these moments also invite deeper honesty and, at times, unexpected intimacy—naming your reality thoughtfully can strengthen bonds even when you disagree.A simple checklist can help: 1) Is anyone’s safety at risk? 2) Do I have standing or responsibility to speak? 3) Will my input add value now, and what’s the right time and place? 4) How do I honor both their autonomy and my boundaries? 5) What steps can I take to avoid regret? Uncertainty is part of life; you won’t control every outcome. But with steadiness, respect, and care—for them and for yourself—you can navigate someone else’s decisions without losing your own center. This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago. Staying Centered Amid Algorithms and Agendas

In a time of nonstop headlines, notifications, and AI-shaped feeds, many of us are rethinking our relationship with information. Beyond questions of accuracy, the deeper issue is how what we watch, read, and hear influences our sense of self, our choices, and our energy. The core challenge is staying informed without being unconsciously steered—preserving personal sovereignty while navigating sources that may blend facts with framing, incentives, or agendas.A useful starting point is distinguishing subjective truth from objective truth. An objective truth remains true whether we accept it or not; a subjective truth becomes “true” because we believe it. In practice, the two are often intertwined—especially in fast-moving news cycles or complex social issues. One simple experiment is to pause before and after consuming content: take a breath, center yourself, and then notice what shifts. Do you feel grounded or rattled? Empowered or fearful? If a fear response is triggered, ask whether the content informed you—or nudged you toward a narrative.Energy and attention are finite, and beliefs can become costly when we over-invest in them. Personal stress, dissatisfaction, or uncertainty can make us more susceptible to information that mirrors our current mood—sometimes creating self-reinforcing bubbles. Intentionally sampling credible, contrary perspectives can loosen rigid patterns and restore balance. This isn’t about denying hard realities; it’s about keeping enough openness to update our views and protect our vitality.AI and algorithms add new layers. Much of what is labeled “artificial intelligence” is better understood as synthesized or simulated intelligence—powerful at assembling patterns from existing data, but not immune to bias or built-in optimization goals. Personalized feeds can overfit to what we already click, narrowing our lens. Meanwhile, some institutions and outlets simplify complex topics to the point of distortion. The antidote is not cynicism but a shift in role—from passive consumer to active “considerer.” That means welcoming nuance, tolerating uncertainty, and accepting that randomness—in good and bad surprises—remains part of reality.Practical guardrails help: cultivate presence before engaging; take periodic “news fasts”; ask why you’re seeking a given piece of information; prefer sources that inform rather than inflame; and notice when content pulls you off center. Most importantly, protect your inner authority. Information should support your agency, not substitute for it. When we honor our individuality and discernment, we’re better able to learn, adapt, and contribute—without letting the noise define who we are. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. My Manifestations Stopped Working!

In a world where the concept of manifestation has gained significant popularity, many find themselves at a crossroads when their manifestations seem to have stopped working. This intriguing topic was discussed in depth in a recent podcast featuring Janet Eichorst and Jill Renee Feeler. The conversation delved into the nuances of manifestation, exploring why it might feel like our efforts to bring about desired outcomes aren't producing the expected results. The dialogue offered a refreshing perspective, challenging the traditional views that often accompany manifestation practices.Janet and Jill approached the topic with humor and curiosity, questioning the simplistic notion that manifestation is as straightforward as "A plus B should equal C." They highlighted the complexities involved, pointing out that many manifestation techniques are mind-centered and lack a holistic connection to one's entire being and source. This disconnect, they suggest, could be a reason why some individuals experience disappointment when their manifestations don't materialize as anticipated. Instead of placing an order at a "drive-through" of the universe and expecting instant results, they propose a more integrated approach that considers the broader context of our existence.Throughout the discussion, Jill shared her personal experiences, emphasizing that while she has enjoyed a blessed life, many of her most cherished outcomes were not consciously manifested through traditional techniques. This revelation challenges the universal applicability of manifestation theories. Jill's life experiences suggest that while preparation and readiness are important, unexpected opportunities and blessings can occur without deliberate manifestation efforts. This perspective encourages a shift from strict adherence to manifestation rules towards embracing the unpredictability and spontaneity of life's journey.Janet, on the other hand, introduced the idea of being a "devotee of being," which resonates with a more profound understanding of manifestation. She advocates for aligning with one's true self and using manifestation techniques as tools to stay on track and reinforce one's intrinsic nature. This approach emphasizes tapping into the core of who we are and allowing our being to guide the manifestation process. By focusing on the essence of our desires and letting go of rigid expectations, we open ourselves to a flow of creation that transcends traditional manifestation practices. The podcast ultimately encourages listeners to reconsider their relationship with manifestation. Rather than viewing it as a guaranteed formula for achieving specific outcomes, Janet and Jill suggest exploring the broader landscape of creation. They invite individuals to embrace the mystery and complexity of life, acknowledging that while we have control over our responses and actions, we may not have complete control over the outcomes. This perspective fosters a sense of empowerment and invites us to engage with life more fully, celebrating the beauty of creation as it unfolds in unexpected ways.

When Your Inner Voice Conflicts with Your Mentor

In the journey of spiritual exploration, it is not uncommon to encounter moments of disagreement with a spiritual teacher or advisor. Whether this mentor is part of a religious institution or a broader spiritual community, differing perspectives can arise. These moments of disagreement can be unsettling, especially when the individual has played a significant role in your spiritual development. However, as discussed in the podcast episode featuring Jill Renee Feeler and Janet Eichorst, these instances can serve as fertile ground for personal growth and empowerment.Firstly, it is essential to normalize disagreement within spiritual contexts. As Janet Eichorst emphasizes, individuality and sovereignty are vital components of our spiritual journey. We each embody a unique expression of source energy, and naturally, this means we will not align with every teaching or perspective shared by our spiritual mentors. Disagreement does not have to equate to conflict; rather, it can be a sign of personal spiritual growth and a reflection of our evolving understanding. Embracing this perspective allows us to maintain harmony in these relationships without compromising our authenticity.Secondly, acknowledging the reality of our spiritual teachers as fallible human beings can be liberating. Jill Renee Feeler points out that elevating a spiritual teacher to an infallible status can inadvertently disempower our direct connection to source energy. Recognizing that spiritual leaders are also navigating their own journeys, with strengths and weaknesses, can foster a more compassionate and balanced relationship. This understanding allows us to appreciate the teachings and benefits we have received without idealizing the individual. Moreover, maintaining an open heart and mind in spiritual communities can enrich our experiences. As Janet shares, the collective energy of individuals committed to exploring their spirituality can be profoundly inspiring. Whether it is through traditional religious institutions or non-traditional settings, the presence of individuals who embody love and light can amplify our own connection to source energy. This sense of community, coupled with personal discernment, can guide us in navigating disagreements while remaining rooted in our spiritual truth.Furthermore, exploring the role of inner beliefs and expectations can offer valuable insights. Many individuals may find themselves grappling with the fear of spiritual disconnection when faced with disagreements. As Jill discusses, the belief that our spiritual teachers are our sole conduit to source energy can create unnecessary pressure. By shifting our focus from external validation to internal knowing, we empower ourselves to cultivate a direct relationship with source energy. This shift in perspective can dissolve fears and liberate us from the need for external approval. In conclusion, disagreements with spiritual teachers are not obstacles but opportunities for growth and self-discovery. By embracing our unique perspectives, acknowledging the humanity of our mentors, and fostering open-hearted connections within spiritual communities, we can navigate these moments with grace and empowerment. Ultimately, the journey of spirituality is a deeply personal one, and honoring our individual paths while remaining open to diverse experiences can lead to a more profound and fulfilling connection with the divine. This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago. Reprogramming Your Subconscious

In the latest episode of our podcast, hosts Jill Renee Feeler and Janet Eichorst embark on a fascinating exploration of the subconscious mind and its profound impact on our lives. Building on discussions from previous episodes, they delve into the concept of reprogramming the subconscious, presenting fresh perspectives and methodologies for those seeking personal transformation. As the conversation unfolds, listeners are encouraged to adopt a curious mindset, ready to embrace new ideas that may challenge longstanding beliefs. The subconscious mind, which Jill describes as the software running in the background of our consciousness, holds immense power over our thoughts and behaviors. Jill and Janet use relatable metaphors to illustrate how our subconscious can be updated, much like the software on our devices. This process doesn't have to be painful or disruptive; instead, it can lead to smoother functioning and greater alignment with our more soulful layers. By examining our beliefs and the drivers behind them, we can begin to loosen the bonds that hold us back from living freely and creatively.Throughout the episode, the hosts emphasize the importance of considering multiple dimensions of our existence when addressing subconscious patterns. They challenge conventional approaches that focus solely on past life experiences or childhood traumas, advocating for a more holistic view that includes pre-life research and soul-level wiring. By expanding the container of our understanding, we open ourselves to a broader spectrum of possibilities for healing and transformation. One of the key themes discussed is the role of practitioners in guiding individuals through the process of subconscious reprogramming. Janet shares insights from her work, highlighting the importance of listening—both to our inner selves and to the energetics emanating from others. This attentive presence allows practitioners to act as midwives of transformation, assisting clients in accessing their own healing potential. The hosts also stress the importance of finding practitioners who honor and celebrate individual uniqueness, ensuring that each person's journey is respected and supported. As the episode concludes, Jill and Janet encourage listeners to embrace curiosity and openness in their personal transformation journeys. Getting Real About Emotions & Soulful Layers

Jill and Janet explore the dynamics of spirituality, idealism, and the human experience. Jill reflects on her occasional grumpiness when discussing spiritual topics due to her idealistic nature and the frustration with systems that don't meet people's stated spiritual needs. The conversation delves into the interplay between idealism and realism, and how embracing realism can soften idealistic tendencies.Janet and Jill also discuss the importance of allowing oneself to experience different emotional states, such as grumpiness or joy, without judgment. They emphasize the idea of being present in the moment, letting go of expectations, and allowing the natural flow of life to unfold. They explore the concept of being multidimensional beings and how this understanding can enhance one's connection to source energy and the universe. The conversation touches on the significance of nature and personal experiences in evoking feelings of transcendence and connection to our wider range of the source we are. Both hosts highlight the importance of recognizing and embracing one's mastery and expertise without being enslaved by it, allowing for a more authentic and fulfilling spiritual experience.Throughout the discussion, there is a recurring theme of choice and empowerment, encouraging listeners to consider different perspectives and responses to life's challenges and to appreciate the beauty and magic of existence. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. Stretching Ourselves

Exploring the Dynamic of Stretching Ourselves: Insights from Jill and JanetIn the latest episode of our podcast, Janet and I engage in a deep, introspective conversation about the concept of "stretching ourselves" as practitioners and individuals navigating the complexities of life. This episode, the 36th in our series, offers a rich tapestry of ideas, personal anecdotes, and reflections on being present in the moment, the nature of personal growth, and the importance of authenticity in our daily lives. As we explore these themes, Janet and me provide listeners with a nuanced perspective on how to approach challenges and opportunities for growth. The conversation begins with me candidly admitting my tiredness, a state many can relate to in our fast-paced world. Yet, this acknowledgment becomes a springboard for discussing how practitioners, or anyone for that matter, can navigate our roles amidst personal fluctuations. We emphasize the importance of honesty and transparency, particularly when engaging with an intuitive audience that can sense these nuances. This openness sets the tone for a broader discussion on how individuals can stretch themselves beyond their perceived limitations, whether they're aspiring practitioners or simply people striving for personal growth.Janet introduces the idea of being present in the "now," a recurring theme in their podcasts. She reflects on how distractions can pull us away from our more authentic layers and how vital it is to stay grounded in our authentic light. The dialogue evolves into a discussion about the expectations placed on practitioners, both by themselves and by others. Janet highlights the misconceptions surrounding practitioners, pointing out that despite their spiritual inclinations, they are human and subject to the same everyday experiences as everyone else. This acknowledgment of humanity within spirituality serves as a reminder that growth often involves embracing our imperfections and, for Janet, finding balance in routines.I offer a contrasting perspective by challenging the need for routines or even more rigid spiritual practices. I speak passionately about the inherent light within everyone, resisting the notion that it requires constant safeguarding through specific practices. Instead, I advocate for a more fluid approach, where one's light can shine brightly without the constraints of strict protocols. This dialogue between myself and Janet underscores the diversity of approaches to spirituality and personal growth, highlighting that there is no one-size-fits-all path.As the conversation progresses, Janet and I share personal stories that exemplify our points. Janet recounts a recent camping trip, an experience that pushed her out of her comfort zone and provided an opportunity for growth. On the other hand, I reflect on the challenges and opportunities I face in my professional life, working with new clients and navigating personal losses. These anecdotes illustrate the different ways individuals can stretch themselves, whether through embracing new experiences or meeting life’s challenges with resilience and curiosity. In conclusion, this episode offers a rich exploration of how we can stretch ourselves in our personal and professional lives. My and Janet's conversation encourages listeners to embrace authenticity, find joy in the present moment, and challenge the constraints that limit personal growth. By sharing our insights and experiences, we hope to provide a roadmap for anyone looking to navigate the complexities of life with grace and courage. Whether you're a practitioner or on a journey of self-discovery, the themes discussed in this episode are universally relevant and deeply inspiring.Janet's website is at https://janeteichorst.com/ and Jill's is https://jillreneefeeler.com/Please enjoy, comment, share your experience and pass this video on to anyone that you think may benefit from it. The Evolution of Personal Spirituality

The main idea of this 35th episode between Janet and Jill is an exploration of spiritual practices, beliefs, and the evolution of personal spirituality. They discuss the idea that spiritual growth and connection do not necessarily require traditional or rigid methods such as rituals, ceremonies, or specific practices like processing emotions in a painful way. Instead, they emphasize the importance of individual empowerment, personal experiences, and the idea that spiritual transcendence can be achieved in a more fluid, personal, and sometimes unconventional manner. The most controversial idea from this conversation appears to be the critique and skepticism of traditional and contemporary spiritual practices, ceremonies, and rituals. Jill and Janet discuss the notion that spiritual growth and transcendence don't necessarily require the conventional, often ritualistic approaches that many spiritual communities advocate. They question the need for painful emotional processing, specific diets, and ceremonial practices like cacao ceremonies, suggesting instead that individuals might already be whole and complete without these external aids. This perspective challenges long-held beliefs within many spiritual circles about the necessity of these practices for achieving spiritual enlightenment or connection. The conversation highlights the notion that spirituality and personal growth can be more accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to individual needs, without being bound by established rules or practices. They also touch on the idea of questioning the necessity of certain spiritual practices and encouraging a more self-directed and intuitive approach to spiritual development. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. More Effective Approaches to Growth and Change

In episode 34, Janet and Jill provide more effective approaches for personal transformation, creativity, and the exploration of different belief systems, particularly in the context of spirituality and daily life choices. Jill shares her experiences from a recent retreat, discussing the profound impact it had on her and the participants, and how such events can lead to personal growth and new insights. The boldest takeaway from this Mind Body Spirit conversation is the emphasis on personal empowerment and the idea that cycles and patterns in life are not fixed or inevitable. Jill challenges the common belief that personal and historical cycles must repeat until they are resolved, suggesting instead that individuals have the power to declare themselves done with certain patterns and create new pathways in their lives. This perspective encourages a mindset of self-authority and exploration, allowing individuals to reshape their experiences and transcend perceived limitations, thereby fostering profound personal transformation and empowerment. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. As they reflect on their 33rd episode, both hosts express gratitude for their conversations' impact, noting how their discussions often resonate with listeners at just the right time. This sense of purpose and connection fuels their continued exploration of topics that may be challenging but ultimately rewarding, encouraging their audience to engage actively and share the insights they find valuable. One of the key themes explored in this episode is the concept of stability versus instability. Jill emphasizes that stability is not something we find but rather something we create. This involves assembling stability for ourselves in a world where we cannot control everything. Janet adds that this process requires maintenance and focus, suggesting that fostering positivity and self-awareness can lead to better decision-making. By sharing personal anecdotes, both hosts illustrate how they navigate their own lives with a blend of positivity and realism, emphasizing the importance of maintaining one's internal authority and discernment. The discussion takes an intriguing turn as the hosts address the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in our lives, particularly in the context of spiritual guidance. Janet shares a story about an AI program that purportedly channels messages from the "oversoul" level, raising concerns about the potential for individuals to relinquish their personal authority to external sources. Both hosts stress the importance of maintaining one's sovereignty and being critical of the information received, whether from AI or spiritual practitioners. They advocate for a balanced approach, where individuals remain open to external insights while firmly rooted in their own inner wisdom.Throughout the episode, Janet and Jill also explore how our beliefs and thoughts shape our experience of stability. They encourage listeners to be the creators of their thoughts, likening it to having control over a steering wheel during a drive. By choosing thoughts that support stability and well-being, individuals can navigate life's challenges more effectively. Janet and Jill emphasize the importance of having a healthy belief system, particularly regarding mortality, as it can influence how we perceive and respond to life's uncertainties. In conclusion, Janet and Jill's conversation highlights the importance of personal authority, discernment, and the continuous creation of stability in an unpredictable world. They remind their audience that while external tools and insights can be valuable, true stability comes from within. By fostering self-awareness, maintaining a balanced perspective, and embracing the power of choice in thoughts and beliefs, individuals can navigate the complexities of life with greater resilience and authenticity. As Janet and Jill demonstrate through their candid and insightful dialogue, the journey toward stability is an ongoing process that requires both introspection and openness to new possibilities.Janet's website is at https://janeteichorst.com/ and Jill's is https://jillreneefeeler.com/Please enjoy, comment, share your experience and pass this video on to anyone that you think may benefit from it. Shattering Illusions: Embracing Light and Navigating Shadows

In the 32nd episode of the Janet and Jill podcast, hosts Janet and Jill Renee Feeler delve into the complexities of personal growth, spirituality, and the multifaceted nature of human experience. This engaging discussion offers listeners an exploration of the idea that personal transformation and spiritual enlightenment are not linear journeys but rather nonlinear experiences filled with unique challenges and opportunities for growth. The hosts emphasize the importance of approaching these experiences with an open mind and heart, allowing for a deeper connection to one's inner light and source energy.Janet and Jill highlight the significance of approaching personal and spiritual growth as an individualized journey, where each person experiences and interprets their reality in distinct ways. They illustrate this concept through the analogy of a Michelin star chef's dish, where different individuals taste and experience unique flavors based on their palates. This metaphor underscores the idea that personal perceptions and interpretations of spiritual teachings and life experiences can vary greatly, making it crucial to be open to the diverse ways people connect with their spirituality.Throughout the podcast, the hosts emphasize the value of experiential learning and the profound impact it can have on personal development. They suggest that true growth often occurs through direct experience, which can lead to transformational shifts in perspective and self-awareness. By encouraging listeners to engage with their experiences openly and without judgment, Janet and Jill advocate for a more profound connection with one's inner self and the world around them. The most controversial idea from this conversation is the notion that even individuals who consider themselves highly spiritual or light-based must acknowledge and navigate the reality that this world can be dangerous, and that their light alone will not necessarily keep them safe. Jill and Janet discuss the necessity of discernment and self-preservation, even when interacting with individuals or communities that are traditionally seen as safe or trustworthy, such as spiritual leaders or healers. This challenges the often idealized view that being spiritually enlightened or connected to source energy inherently protects one from harm. They emphasize the importance of being realistic about the potential for malevolence in any individual, regardless of their perceived role or status, and suggest that sometimes prioritizing one's safety may involve going against social norms, like being "nice."Janet and Jill stress the importance of trusting one's instincts and being mindful of one's surroundings, even when engaging with individuals who may appear trustworthy and/or “spiritual”.In closing, Janet and Jill remind listeners of the interconnectedness of all beings and the inherent potential for love and light within each individual. They encourage people to embrace their unique paths, trust their inner guidance, and remain open to the transformative power of their experiences. By fostering a sense of realism and self-awareness, the hosts aim to empower listeners to navigate their spiritual journeys with confidence and compassion. This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago. Turning Into Our Parents!!

One of the most intriguing aspects of growing up is observing how we slowly begin to resemble our parents—not just in appearance, but in mannerisms, habits, and even life choices. This phenomenon, often met with both humor and dread, forms the crux of a conversation between Jill and Janet in their podcast's 31st episode. They delve into the complexities of turning into our parents, sharing personal anecdotes and insights that reflect on this inevitable transformation. The discussion unfolds around the notions of self-awareness, personal growth, and the delicate dance of maintaining individuality while inheriting familial traits.Jill recounts a poignant story about her experience with her daughter Georgia, which serves as a backdrop for exploring how we perceive our relationships with our parents. She shares a moment of insecurity where she misinterpreted her daughter’s actions during the emotional event of putting down their family cat. This misunderstanding led Jill to reflect on how she might be perceived as overbearing, similar to how she sometimes views her own mother. This narrative is a relatable depiction of how our perceptions can be clouded by our fears of turning into the aspects of our parents we might find challenging.Janet and Jill's conversation further explores the theme of unconscious behaviors and the stories we create in our minds. Janet shares her reflections on her own mother, expressing the universal struggle of embracing certain inherited traits while resisting others. The episode underscores the importance of confronting these unconscious patterns, which often stem from our upbringing and parental influences. By bringing these stories into the light, we can begin to dismantle them, allowing for greater self-awareness and personal growth.A significant part of the conversation touches on the power of individuality within the context of familial relationships. Both hosts emphasize the importance of recognizing and celebrating the unique aspects of ourselves that differentiate us from our parents. They advocate for a balance between honoring our roots and forging our own paths, highlighting the potential for personal empowerment when we choose to be conscious of our choices. This empowerment, they suggest, can lead to healthier relationships and a more authentic expression of self.In conclusion, the discussion between Janet and Jill offers a thoughtful examination of what it means to turn into our parents. It encourages listeners to approach this transformation with humor, compassion, and an open heart. By acknowledging the parts of our parents that we carry within us and actively choosing which traits to embrace or change, we can create a more harmonious relationship with ourselves and those around us. The episode serves as a reminder that while we may inherit certain tendencies, we also possess the power to redefine our narratives and live authentically. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. The Cost of Being Too Open

In the latest episode (#30) of Janet and Jill's podcast, the dynamic duo delves into the intriguing topic of susceptibility. This discussion comes on the heels of the previous episode which addressed the power of openness. What about the downsides, the actual costs of being too open, being too susceptible, too trusting, even gullible? This episode offers listeners insights into the unconscious patterns and influences that shape our decision-making processes. Through a series of relatable anecdotes and examples, Janet and Jill explore how susceptibility operates beneath the surface, often unbeknownst to us, and how it can lead to unexpected outcomes in various aspects of life, from personal relationships to health and wellness decisions.Janet emphasizes the importance of recognizing patterns and belief systems that might lead us to trust others based on expectations or assumptions rooted in past experiences. Janet encourages listeners to bring these unconscious patterns into conscious awareness, allowing for more informed and intentional decision-making. Her approach is not about seeking out problems but rather increasing awareness of what might not be working in our lives.Jill adds to the conversation by discussing the layers of ourselves that contribute to susceptibility. She highlights how, at times, we can find ourselves in situations where our personal empowerment is compromised, leading us to make decisions that do not align with our true desires or best interests. Jill shares a personal anecdote about susceptibility in a timeshare scenario, illustrating how even the savviest individuals can find themselves persuaded under the right conditions, such as during a vacation when guards are down. The hosts also examine how susceptibility manifests in different contexts, such as sales and marketing, where tactics are designed to lower defenses and influence decision-making. They discuss the psychological tools used by skilled salespeople to create environments where people are more likely to make impulsive decisions. Janet and Jill stress the importance of self-awareness and having systems in place to recognize and counteract these influences, allowing individuals to make choices that truly reflect their values and needs. The most controversial idea from this conversation revolves around the concept of susceptibility, particularly in the context of sales tactics and personal decision-making. The controversial element lies in the suggestion that susceptibility operates from unconscious layers of the self, and the conversation challenges the notion that "everything happens for a reason," proposing that this belief can sometimes prevent deeper self-awareness and personal growth. The discussion encourages listeners to become more aware of their own patterns and susceptibilities to make more empowered and informed decisions. As the episode unfolds, Janet and Jill provide listeners with practical tools and strategies to enhance self-awareness and reduce susceptibility. They emphasize the significance of understanding personal triggers and areas of vulnerability, encouraging listeners to engage in self-reflection and seek input from trusted individuals. By doing so, individuals can better navigate situations where susceptibility might otherwise lead them astray, ultimately fostering a higher quality of life characterized by more authentic and empowering choices. This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago. The Power of Openness & Embracing New Perspectives

In a world where rapid change is the only constant, the ability to remain open to new experiences, ideas, and perspectives is invaluable. Openness is more than just a state of mind; it is a dynamic way of engaging with the world that fosters growth and transformation. This episode (#29) delves into the essence of openness, exploring why it's crucial in our lives and how it can lead to a more fulfilling existence.Openness is fundamentally about staying out of one's own way and allowing life's myriad possibilities to unfold. As discussed in a recent podcast episode featuring Janet Eichorst and Jill Renee Feeler, openness requires us to access our authentic selves, free from the constraints of preconceived notions and societal expectations. When we are truly open, we can tap into our innate potential, experiencing life more fully and authentically. This openness is not about being present all the time but about being receptive to the cycles of creation and transformation that life presents.A key aspect of openness is the willingness to listen to the subtle voices within us. These whispers of intuition often guide us toward paths that our rational minds might overlook. As Janet and Jill discussed, these inner voices are not about following a single directive but about allowing a variety of insights to inform our decisions. The quality of these inner voices matters; they should inspire and support us, leading us toward a version of ourselves that aligns with our values and desires.Openness also challenges us to reconsider the voices we allow to influence our lives. Whether these voices come from family, faith-based organizations, or societal norms, it's essential to discern whether they serve our true selves or merely perpetuate outdated beliefs. By practicing openness, we can break free from the confines of external authority and instead chart a course that resonates with our personal truths. The most controversial idea from this conversation is the notion of voices in one's head, particularly in the context of mental health and spirituality. During the discussion, Janet and Jill explore the concept of inner voices or guidance, which can be perceived as a spiritual or intuitive experience. However, they also acknowledge the societal stigma attached to admitting to having voices in one's head, as it is often associated with mental health issues. This dual perspective—seeing these voices as either a source of valuable insight or as something potentially problematic—highlights a controversial tension between spiritual beliefs and mental health interpretations.Ultimately, embracing openness can significantly enhance the quality of our lives. It invites us to live without regret, to experiment with new versions of ourselves, and to remain curious about what each day can bring. By cultivating an open mindset, we not only enrich our own lives but also contribute to a more vibrant, dynamic world. So, let's challenge ourselves to be open to the unknown, to the whispers of intuition, and to the endless possibilities that life offers. This episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago. Deeper Self-Awareness

In today's fast-paced world, many of us are seeking ways to understand ourselves better and live more fulfilling lives. In a recent discussion (episode #28) between Jill Renee Feeler and Janet Eichorst, the topic of recognizing and releasing our energetic attachments was explored, shedding light on how these attachments can limit our true potential. By delving into the depths of our subconscious, we can discover how to become a fuller expression of ourselves. This process, though it may seem daunting, is accessible to everyone and can lead to profound personal growth. One of the key themes discussed was the idea of how we often unconsciously attach to certain expectations or beliefs, particularly those formed in our relationships with parents, partners, or even society at large. These attachments can manifest in various aspects of our lives, from career choices to personal relationships and even our self-worth. Jill and Janet emphasized that the first step towards liberation is awareness—recognizing these patterns and understanding their origins. This awareness acts as a catalyst for change, providing the opportunity to make empowered choices that align with our true selves.Janet shared her personal experiences of releasing old attachments and patterns, highlighting that this journey doesn't have to be painful or overwhelming. Instead, it can be a graceful process of self-discovery, supported by what she refers to as "calling in grace." This concept involves opening ourselves up to the possibility of transformation and embracing the courage to explore the unknown aspects of our subconscious. By doing so, we can experience a sense of freedom that comes from understanding that we are more than our past experiences and limiting beliefs. The most controversial idea from this conversation is the critique of traditional mental health approaches, particularly the notion that one must relive past trauma to heal. Jill expresses strong disagreement with this idea, suggesting that individuals do not need to re-experience past pain to process and heal from it. She advocates for a more empowering approach where individuals can achieve personal growth and healing without revisiting traumatic experiences. This perspective challenges conventional therapeutic models and suggests an additional path to self-awareness and transformation. The conversation also touched upon the importance of integrating our spiritual essence into this journey of self-awareness. By connecting with our spirit, or the flame within, we can illuminate the parts of ourselves that have been hidden or suppressed. This connection allows us to experience life more fully, with an enriched sense of joy and purpose. Jill and Janet encouraged listeners to explore their inner worlds with curiosity and openness, suggesting that this exploration can lead to revelations that are both enlightening and empowering. In conclusion, the journey towards self-awareness and inner freedom is one that requires courage, openness, and a willingness to explore beyond the surface. By recognizing and releasing our energetic attachments, we can step into a more authentic and fulfilling version of ourselves. As Jill and Janet beautifully articulated, this journey is not about reliving past traumas but rather about embracing the vastness of our potential and allowing our inner light to shine brightly. Whether it's through introspection, spiritual connection, or simply being present with ourselves, the path to inner freedom is accessible to all who dare to explore it.This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago. Unique Paths to Transformation

This conversation (episode #26 of Janet and Jill's sharing together) emphasizes on personal empowerment and autonomy in spiritual and personal growth. Beyond the Ages: Spiritual Evolution & Familial Reconciliation in a Transcendent Era

Exploring how individuals may incarnate with energies that are not aligned with the current age or cycle they are born into. This idea suggests that some people bring in energies from a different era, potentially from a future age, and how this can create a sense of dissonance or loneliness as they navigate a world that operates on a different frequency. Jill and Janet discuss how this can lead to feelings of being a "black sheep" (or should it be “white sheep”) within one's family or society, and how these individuals might struggle but also contribute significantly to societal shifts and transformations. The discussion touches on the notion of free will, the evolution of consciousness, and the potential for individuals to transcend the limitations of their time, ultimately contributing to the evolution of humanity as a whole. This concept is fascinating as it blends spiritual theories with personal experiences, offering a unique perspective on human evolution and the potential for individual impact on a macro scale. This episode was shared with Jill's newsletter several days ago, now being offered to our channels. Creating More Peace (and less separation) for Yourself

It is common to feel isolated and even alone in this world. Many here have questioned, and even transcended, traditional methods for connecting to God. Moving past convention can make us feel misunderstood, separate or even excluded. In this message we help us feel more peace, and less separation from ourselves and each other (even those who have different beliefs, passions). The main idea from podcast #16 is about embracing openness and curiosity towards other's ideas and experiences, even if they initially seem outdated or uncomfortable.Janet and Jill discuss the importance of being receptive to different perspectives, whether they come from metaphysical concepts like channeling or everyday interactions. They emphasize the value of pausing and reflecting to better understand ourselves and others, fostering harmony and personal growth. The conversation also touches on the idea that inspiration and wisdom can come from unexpected sources, encouraging listeners to remain open-minded and avoid limiting judgments.Summary:Janet invites us to revisit some topics lightly covered in episode 15, particularly "woo-woo" concepts and technical language in healing and energetic work.We discuss the increasing awareness people might experience in their evolutionary process and how open-mindedness can help in understanding new ideas.Jill emphasizes the importance of being neutral and curious when confronted with unfamiliar concepts instead of feeling threatened or disinterested. We explore the concept of unity consciousness and living harmoniously with differing opinions.Janet highlights the value of pauses in life to reassess and avoid falling into non-useful habits.Jill shares insights on personal growth, embracing new experiences, and breaking patterns of disharmony. We talk about inspired thinking and the significance of thoughts in creating reality. There's a discussion on what is sometimes called channeling and the varying ways people experience and interpret divine inspiration. The podcast concludes with reflections on being open to receiving inspiration from unexpected sources and caring for one's physical body amidst new energetic frequencies.[00:00:05] Introduction by Janet and Jill, reflection on past episodes.[00:02:19] Discussion on "woo-woo" concepts, energetic work, and new awarenesses.[00:04:02] Understanding and Respecting Different Perspectives[00:09:42] Pause and Curiosity as Tools for Growth[00:14:33] Thought Patterns and Personal Growth[00:25:07] Channeling and Inspired Thinking[00:40:02] Receiving Inspiration from Unexpected Sources[00:44:27] Final thoughts, breathing exercise, and closing remarksThis episode was shared with Janet's newsletter several days ago, now being offered to our channels. JRF Podcast #248 Support for my Fellow Creators and Inspirers

Have you ever felt inspired to share something on social media but got nervous, intimidated?  Are you afraid of negative comments on your posts?  Have you experienced internet trolls, haters or just negative people who seem motivated to tear others down?  These feelings are so natural, especially with so much divisive, toxic interactions on social media. It can be intimidating to share inspired ideas publicly. In this podcast and here, I provide you with strategies for sharing yourself publicly on your terms. You probably have some pretty amazing ideas you want to share with others. There are so many reasons why we may hold ourselves back from being a more expanded version of ourselves in this world. Criticism that isn't constructive, that feels like it is done thoughtlessly, can hurt. This sensitivity can be especially true forempaths. In this podcast, I share some advice and insights for sharing your work on social media and some options and strategies you may not have considered. I've been sharing my work online since 2009 and have felt many of the sensations and hesitations described above.I noticed recently thatSteven Pinker disables comments on his social media posts and I love the freedom of this approach. I support and am alongside so many inspiring creators, who often don't share publicly because of the possible ridicule they may experience onsocial media. Set your own rules! The social media apps allow for disabling comments and it is ok to share without inviting dialogue. Is it less common? Yes. It is unwelcome by some? Yes. Will Facebook and possibly other platforms limit visibility of your post if comments are disabled? Yes. There are trade offs. But if it is a matter of you sharing your inspired ideas, or not, then please consider this option that Pinker unapologetically uses in his sharing. This brief podcast also supports your authority over what you create, offer, share and represent in this world. There are some very unfortunate intuitive and psychic readers out there who offer dictates such as (dramatic voice, please) "thou shalt author materials in this realm, as commanded by your spirit guides and God." This outdated form of reading leads many spiritual seekers, lightworkers and awakened individuals to feel as if they are in service to their higher self.My work offers you a completely new operating system for being the light you are.I help youcreate a system such that your higher self, your spirit guides, your soulfulness is in support of you, not you in support of it. It's a liberated, authentic method that yields dramatically different results for anyone truly interested in connecting with Source Creator energy (God). I highly recommend it.The testimonials on my site and over a decade of 5 star reviews from even the most advanced, experts in spirituality, consciousness and philosophy are the evidence that it works.I am honored to admit that I am a psychic to psychics, a healer to healers, a creator of philosophy for those desiring intelligent answers to their biggest, and smallest, questions about how this reality actually operates.

They delve into topics such as timelessness, zero point frequency, and the idea of quantum or transcendent time. The conversation touches on how individuals experience time differently, the power of focusing on the present moment, and the potential for rapid personal growth and healing by allowing oneself to transcend traditional notions of time. Additionally, they address feelings of not wanting to be in this reality and offer insights into how people can better integrate their soulful, creator energy to improve their experiences and interactions with time and space. Ultimately, the podcast invites listeners to reconsider their relationship with time and how it influences their lives. Jill helps this world better understand itself, its purpose and why it's here. In 2008, she had a transformational experience. It wasn’t from hitting rock bottom, nor from a near death experience. She was stressed about a career decision and her sister-in-law recommended her psychic. To Jill, this idea sounded ridiculous. Still, she said yes to the strange invitation. That reading set in motion a series of graceful unfolding into a transcendent version of herself, filled with the Holy Spirit. She tapped into an internal access for timeless wisdom, epic insights, and liberated philosophies, available to humanity through God. Jill provides rational, effective access to transcendence, agency, self-actualization. https://jillreneefeeler.com/

Starting a Podcast is Easier Than Ever Before - Practitioner Support Episode

Is starting a podcast on your dream board for 2023? Exciting! Podcasting has replaced blogging for many content creators. But there is a whole different set of technical choices and challenges in podcasting. Which mic is best? Should you do live or pre-recorded? Audio only, or video, too? Guests or monologue? Which camera do you need? What recording programs will you use? How much editing/polish are you expecting from yourself? Do you need a website in order to podcast? Do you need/want a community engagement space? Where will you distribute it? How will you distribute it? Given that most podcasters are interested in the content, and not the tech, there are lots and lots (and lots) of companies ready to make money on you podcasting, even though you *may never make money* podcasting. 🤔 Or, you can do it yourself. Even if you aren't technical. I know because I do it myself, and have for over 12 years ~ since before they were even called podcasts! I can show you how, in easy to understand language with easy to manage systems. In this intro call to podcasting, I cover the various decisions needed to get started and operate a podcast and where I can help. If you want effective, efficient help from an actual podcaster who does it themselves, I am available for 1:1 hand-held "how to" sessions designed to get your first podcast created, uploaded and distributed to your selected service(s). We'll do it together so that *you* can learn all the steps needed. And, hopefully you'll let me help you avoid having drawers full of *expensive* equipment... that you don't even use. Business Advising appointments and practitioner resources are available at https://jillreneefeeler.com/practitioners/ Creating new ventures is exciting. Creating new ventures without over investing, is *smart*.

Mother Mary: Self-Love is Not Required to Love Others

We received this inspiring message from Mother Mary, helping us let go of the idea that we need to love ourselves before we can love others.  Some might be thinking, “Wait, Self Love is NOT Required?  What?! I thought in order to love others I had to love myself, and I’ve spent years trying to do that.”  Others reactions to this message title might be, “Good! Because self-love is damn hard!”  We received this inspiring message from Mother Mary, focused on liberated and more fully received love amidst imperfection.  I hope you love it as much as the live participants did. She asked us to share this far and wide with others that are working hard on loving, healing, ascending, perfecting themselves – which is a lot of people. Thanks for your help sharing!  What a wonderful way to start 2023.  Transcription, audio version and other mentioned items are at https://jillreneefeeler.com/january2023/

A Soulful Perspective on Abortion, the Death Penalty and the After life

This message provides the wider, soulful perspective of such relevant topics as abortion and also the death penalty. It also offers the preparation and instructions for proceeding through the afterlife and practicing the very important internal connection with the widest soulful range of ourselves. Filled with insight, compassion, grace and rational perspective, this message may soothe many souls on these very important topics. How can we know this? Transcendence offers us insights beyond the brain and presently available human knowledge. Isn’t such insight best held by religious organizations, and others verified in such sacred matters? If my transcendent abilities confirmed the readily hate-filled, fear-mongering ideology offered by “verified” religious organizations, I would refer you to their teachings. But, that is not the case – the answers I receive to such relevant and highly-charged topics is different, is more loving, is more grace-filled and is more rational. So, yes, I’ll offer my answers to you… for you to consider and possibly agree with. (This message was shared with JRF premium members on Oct 1 2022. Policy Shock Syndrome

In this message we reach out with love and compassion to all sides of what has been an incredibly divisive year.  I hope it helps each of us feel seen, heard, valued and acknowledged, with ideas for moving forward in relationships and in society. Travel, Portals, Stargates, Possible Alien Visitations That Helped Create Ancient Sites

This message is about travel to Egypt and Jordan, portals, star gates, possible alien visitations that helped create the ancient site of Petra's Treasury in Jordan. I hope you enjoy this flashback message. And, I hope you aren’t thinking of little green men when you think of alien visitors. Because a lot of us in this community feel like visitors from another time, another place or even from beyond time and beyond space. Our expanded range of self created a human, us, so that we could be here and offer our own version of source layers to humanity. That technically is an alien visitation. But no human’s soulful layers is from here. So everyone is actually just visiting ;-) Top-rated intuitive. The coach's coach, consciousness teacher's teacher, intuitive’s intuitive. Go-to resource for those who appreciate logical, inspired explanations at the the intersections of science, philosophy and metaphysics.  Offering original insights and theories in the fields of consciousness and esoteric understanding around the world since 2010. Jill helps this world better understand itself, its purpose and why it's here. In 2008, Jill had a transformational experience. It wasn’t from hitting rock bottom, nor from a near death experience. She was stressed about a career decision and her sister-in-law recommended her psychic, which as an MBA sounded crazy. The reading set in motion dominos of unfolding into a transcendent version of myself that felt weirdly planned. She tapped into an internal access of unique, natural gifts for wisdom, insights, and philosophy. Jill provides innovative, rational, effective access to transcendence, metaphysics and self-actualization. Readings, Coaching, Presentations, Guest Spots, Published Books, Retreats, Epic travel.
