Embracing Your Values: Just Eat the Cake Explained
Welcome back!! In this episode, I really want to focus on setting the tone and giving you permission to level up your health and wellness values without the fear of criticism or judgements. Rome wasn't built in a day, we all have to start somewhere. And no matter where you are in your journey, it is important to celebrate the small wins and keep your eye on the bigger picture. But with all of that in mind, we are only human...the expectation is not perfection. We have to make better choices in life whenever and wherever available, but in the situations where we are limited, it's ok to give yourself permission to just eat the cake! Enjoy and look for a bonus episode late this week when I take a deep dive into specific micronutrients for mental health that will make a significant impact on your quality of life!
