Learning that self care means something different for different seasons of life is something that I had to come to terms with. This topic is so broad but I share a little bit of how I navigate motherhood and self care. What do you do for self care? 👇🏼

Sacrifice or Integration? We get to choose how we relate to it, word it and execute. I personally believe that sacrafice is necessary all while I carry the belief that we get to have it all without missing out, but what’s it mean to truly miss out?
